Connected directly to Hakodate Station. I received a complimentary room upgrade, and the room was quite spacious by Japanese standards, offering an unbeatable view outside the window. The breakfast was incredibly rich and even included a conveyor belt sushi bar. I highly recommend booking with breakfast! Plus, there's a hot spring on the top floor.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to JR station and within walking distance. It's right by the sea, with a seafood market just below, which makes breakfast convenient. There's also a convenience store nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and offer beautiful sea views from the windows. The front desk service is great. My favorite part was the public indoor and outdoor onsen on the upper floor of the hotel, where you can soak while enjoying the sea view. Even the lounge area offers sea views – it's fantastic! Highly recommend this place! 👍

Between the JR Nikko Hotel and this one, the room size was the deciding factor in the end 🤭. We chose the South Tower, which is also relatively new, and the room was incredibly spacious – enough to open a large suitcase. It was also very clean. They have self-service laundry and a bathtub. It's about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station. A taxi ride costs around 1000 JPY, so it's convenient to grab one if you're tired. The New Chitose Airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. For the return trip to the airport, the bus stop is just across the street at the Crown Plaza. Taking the airport bus is much more comfortable than dragging suitcases through the snow.

Beautiful hotel with a moor onsen spa and sauna. However it is a 15-min walk from the station and shuttle service is limited. Lots of weddings and royal visit at this resort. Twin Room is spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to M fast food chain next door and Aeon shopping nearby. I would highly recommend it.

I stayed in a 24sqm room, and I thought it was decent, not small at all. There was enough space to open my luggage. Breakfast is served on both the 22nd floor and the 1st floor. If you want the set menu on the 22nd floor for the next day, you can reserve it in advance. The hotel staff were friendly. The hotel shuttle goes directly to the airport, but there was no shuttle due to heavy snow. Also, shuttle tickets can only be purchased on the day of travel, not in advance.

My overall experience during this stay was very satisfying. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the Hakodate Morning Market, making travel incredibly convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. The front desk and all staff members were very friendly and professional, always patiently assisting with any issues. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. Overall, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I revisit this city.

Amazing hotel. Close to the TV tower and the park. The train station is also not far away. It's convenient for when you have to walk with your luggage in the snow. Relaxing hot bath. Lavish breakfast with a lot of options. Outstanding service. The only complaint is that the laundry service was closed for the holidays and there is no self service laundry in the hotel. The closest one was 20 minutes away.

The room isn't very spacious; we had to move the table to lay out the futons. The air conditioning wasn't particularly warm either, which might be due to the room's size or how old the decor is. Plus, the futon bedding set had a hole in it. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered limited choices, which felt like a downgrade after staying at Toyako乃之風 (Nono Kaze). On the upside, the hotel's exterior environment is quite nice, and of course, the onsen (hot spring) is fantastic – that's why everyone comes here! There's also a small shopping area at the hotel, and on the same floor, there's a gachapon machine where I got my favorite capsule toy.

I had really high expectations for the Noji-Kaze Hotel, especially considering the price tag of 4-5000 a night, with a 50 sqm suite going for over 6500. Plus, Ctrip listed it as one of Asia's top 100 onsen hotels, so I booked it without a second thought. The hotel's public areas are indeed nice; the lobby is spacious, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offer a great variety of vegetables. The staff are generally competent, and basic English communication was possible. However, stepping into the room was a huge disappointment. The bedding and furniture must be at least 20 years old. Not only are they dated, but they're also poorly maintained, comparable to what you'd find in a 400-500 RMB hotel in China. What's even more outrageous for an ”Asia's Top 100 Onsen Hotel” is that the bath on the 9th floor is only a few dozen square meters. The visibility was less than two meters due to dim lighting and heavy steam. Two-thirds of the area was completely obscured. I could only find a corner with slightly better lighting and soaked for 20 minutes before leaving. It's hard to imagine how dangerous it would be for elderly people or children to bathe there. The room I stayed in on the second day was a 50 sqm suite. The furnishings were still old, and the layout felt impractical, a relic of an older era. The private bath for the second day's suite was on the second floor, also a mere 20 square meters. This is a far cry from what I'd expect from an ”Asia's Top 100 Onsen Hotel.” It's also perplexing that such an expensive hotel doesn't even have a gym. And despite mentions of airport shuttle service, I didn't see any available. Overall, this hotel is not good value for money. Proceed with caution. I also hope Ctrip's platform conducts more in-depth investigations.

YY SinExcellent! Every staff there are taking every step to address your needs and make your stay wonderful. Many of their staff speak good Wnglish. They set up an area to attract the owl and other birds to come where you can enjoy a magnificent view to watch them. They provide a globe and pants for male and female to share the same outdoor onsen.Food is wonderful and with a wide variety. Free milk, yogurt (all day), midnight rice roll. They provide free Morning take away coffee and sweet red bean dumpling. When an owl came, they will phone your room to come down to the viewing station. Speechless!

Kkishin214I had a great time. I booked a room on the top floor. Business hotels are cramped, so I stayed overnight with a friend. There was a sauna, karaoke, and a large TV. It was also well soundproofed, so I could drink and make a lot of noise. I had a great time.
