The room was great. I have to thank Trip.com, as I booked the wrong dates and they helped me get a full refund for those days, which I really appreciate. However, the Eurotel is supposed to be a bit grander. My parents and I booked a suite, and I was going to sleep on the sofa for a night. I asked for an extra blanket, but the service here is quite inconsistent. The last staff member I spoke to helped me with the blanket, but the previous ones all said they didn't have any. It's not a big deal, but these small things make you feel uncomfortable. They told me all the blankets were checked out and there were no spares, but there were plenty of empty rooms online. Are you really telling me you'd rather leave rooms empty than give a guest an extra blanket? I ended up getting quite angry and complaining to customer service. Who wants to lose their temper during the New Year holiday?! Although it was eventually resolved, it still left a bad taste in my mouth.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! A huge thank you to our butler, Leo, who was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. When my phone died, he arranged a shuttle and brought a power bank to our room. He also delivered meals, helped us switch to a room with no stairs, and even brought welcome fruit. The housekeeping was prompt, and ice was delivered quickly. When a family member had a stomachache and went to the lobby for medicine, the staff kindly prepared hot water and bottled water. The shuttle driver was smooth and efficient. Everyone's service was truly heartwarming. A quick heads-up: the Yunpeng constant temperature pool opens at 3:30 PM, so remember to ask your butler to ventilate it in advance. The omelet station at breakfast had enthusiastic service and plates were changed quickly. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied!

The hotel is right next to Qishui Bay, with direct beach access and nice views. The location is very convenient, with more and more businesses opening up nearby. It's not far from Longlou Town for dining, or attractions like Tongguling, Moon Bay, and Dongjiao Coconut Grove. It was a bit busy during Chinese New Year, but not as crowded as Sanya or Gaolong Bay. It would probably be even quieter during off-peak seasons, making it a great choice for a relaxing 'lie flat' vacation, and you can even watch rocket launches. Public transportation is a bit inconvenient; self-driving is recommended, but ride-sharing apps like Didi can also cover your transportation needs. Facilities: A bit old, but good value for money. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. Wenchang Station to Hotel Shuttle Bus: Convenient. Family Fun Kids Activities: Plenty of activities, great for kids. Service: The butler was very responsible and attentive to our arrangements and needs throughout our stay.

Returned for another stay, and the experience was still great. Although it's an older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained. Last time I stayed in the Ocean View Suite, which was fantastic. This time I chose the main building's full sea view room, and it offered excellent value for money. Of course, older hotels in Sanya Bay mean a superb location with beautiful sea views and a perfect spot for sunset. Our butler, Vivi, was also very thoughtful. For family trips, I highly recommend the Ocean View Suite, and for couples, the Executive Full Sea View in the main building is also a good choice.

The butler, Hanghang, deserves full marks for excellent service. They promptly addressed any issues, and their service really added to our hotel experience. However, the room I stayed in had a damp, musty smell upon entering. The double bed room allowed for the door and windows to be opened for ventilation, which helped air it out. But the children's twin room had a sealed balcony glass door, preventing any ventilation, so the smell was quite strong in there.

I stayed at the Sheraton Haikou during the off-season this time. There were very few people, and whenever the sun was out, the hotel's public areas looked beautiful no matter where you took a photo. The breakfast was of a standard quality; I overslept on the second day and missed it. The butler service was very attentive. I casually asked if the hotel sold swimming caps, and a staff member immediately delivered one to my room. Since my flight was in the evening, I asked for a late check-out until 5 PM, and they readily agreed. This was probably because it was the off-season and rooms weren't in high demand. I got to relax at the hotel all afternoon before heading to the airport without any rush. For these three days, I barely left the hotel. I re-watched 'My Sunshine' countless times in my room, and when I got tired of that, the beach was just a five-minute walk away. Before 10 AM, there were hardly any people, and it felt like the entire ocean belonged to me. In the evening at 7 PM, there was a HH performance by the pool, which you could catch while having dinner, swimming, or soaking in the hot springs. Overall, the experience was quiet and comfortable. I'm planning to bring my mom next time; it's very suitable for seniors and children.

Five stars all the way! Le Méridien Shimei Bay, Wanning, wow – Nikki and the exceptional service are absolutely amazing! ✨ The entire experience was flawless, absolutely deserving of a perfect score! The hotel boasts a prime beachfront location on Shimei Bay, with a clean and uncrowded beach. The infinity pool offers breathtaking views, and every photo you take looks like it's straight out of a magazine. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding incredibly soft, and the ocean view was incredibly soothing. We were looked after with such care from check-in to check-out. I particularly want to commend Nikki; her service was meticulous and thoughtful, responding promptly to all our requests. She was patient and attentive throughout, making us feel incredibly welcomed. The hotel has excellent facilities for families, a wide range of beach activities, and delicious food. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. Everything, from the environment and facilities to the service, was impeccable. Nikki's considerate service, in particular, doubled the joy of our entire vacation. Staying at Le Méridien in Wanning is truly worthwhile, highly recommended!

Spent two days at the Westin Shimei Bay with my mom. The lobby is incredibly spacious and airy, which instantly put me in a good mood. The hotel is very close to the beach, perfect for anyone who wants to just step out and enjoy the sand. Our butler, Mile, helped us book hotel activities, and everything was arranged perfectly. The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of dishes, and everything tastes great! Highly recommended. If you're into fitness, the 24-hour gym is fantastic, with plenty of treadmills and weightlifting equipment, all well-maintained. Next time, I'd love to stay in one of the standalone villas!

Overall, it was decent. The hotel is a bit old, but the rooms are spacious, so it's a trade-off. Seeing that we had a child with us, they upgraded us to a suite. The room was very large, but on a lower floor. Pros: First, the room truly was big, and with a suite, the smaller room was separate, so it didn't disturb the people in the main room. Second, the sea view was quite nice, perfect for watching both the sunrise and sunset. Cons: First, the room was really old. Normally, a room of this building's age shouldn't be so run-down. The washing machine, light switches and sockets, and baseboards all had mildew spots. Second, the signal in the smaller room was very poor, and the air was stuffy. Third, the curtains in the main room offered no blackout at all. And since it was a large floor-to-ceiling window for the sea view, I wanted to sleep in the next day but was woken up by the sunlight early in the morning. Breakfast deserves a separate mention. It's a shared buffet restaurant with the neighboring Belmont. The hotel is newer, the food selection is rich, the environment is great, and the price isn't expensive. This was initially a plus, but on the second day, I found the corn kernels in the salad were rotten. At first, I didn't realize it was the corn, only after eating some did I find out. When I told the staff, they immediately removed the corn kernels. I didn't make a big deal out of it at the time, and since I checked out before noon, I didn't bother the hotel further. However, I started having stomach pain and an upset stomach that afternoon. It must have been from the bad corn kernels. I bought medicine myself and it took 2 days to recover. I hope the hotel chefs pay more attention to quality control.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially for families traveling with children. The location is easy to find. If the ground-level parking is full, you'll need to drive around to the underground garage. The elevators can be a bit slow at times. The rooms are very spacious, with modern decor and amenities. They feature smart toilets and smart control devices, which are very convenient to use. The option to combine beds is a huge plus for families with kids. The biggest highlight is the self-service laundry area, equipped with 8 washing machines and dryers. This is incredibly practical for long road trips and families with children. Overall, it's clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Highly recommended for your travels!

LLuoliyue92I recently stayed at the Shangri-La Sanya for 4 nights with my parents and child, and everyone absolutely loved it! This hotel is definitely a hidden gem for a family vacation. 📍 **Excellent Location:** It's super close to the beach, and some rooms even offer direct sea views. It's only a 10-minute drive to the Sanya International Duty-Free Shopping Complex, which is incredibly convenient for those who love to shop. Wuzhizhou Island pier is also not far, making it easy to hail a taxi. 🛏️ **Room Experience:** Since I was traveling with my parents and child, I opted for the Horizon Club. The Horizon Club offers access to an executive lounge with not only breakfast but also afternoon tea and dinner, which was incredibly convenient. The room itself was spacious and bright, and the balcony offered stunning sea views. The room was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully equipped with children's toiletries and a children's step stool. There's also a sofa bed in the room, which you can ask the butler to set up in advance – perfect for a family of four. 🍽️ **Satisfying Dining:** The main restaurant's breakfast spread was incredibly rich with a huge variety of options, including freshly squeezed watermelon and cantaloupe juice. To my surprise, there was even a dedicated kids' area! It offered not only dishes suitable for children like wontons, congee, pasta, steamed buns, and fried snacks, but also finely cut fruits and vegetables, showing great consideration for little ones. My child absolutely loved it. The Horizon Club executive lounge was also fantastic. Besides afternoon tea, they have an evening happy hour with different hot dishes each day. They also offered non-spicy vegetable and meat dishes, as well as fried noodles and rice, suitable for children. Everything tasted great. 🎪 **Abundant Children's Activities:** There are tons of parent-child activities every day, along with unlimited free rides on the mini-train. We participated in a dragon fruit sushi-making class, which was a wonderful experience, and my child had an absolute blast. The hotel also has an adventure zone, a petting zoo, and you can even ride ponies and ostriches, which the kids really enjoyed. The water park is also large and clean. Unfortunately, it was a bit chilly when we visited, so we didn't go in, but it would be perfect for warmer weather. 💫 **Five-Star Service:** The hotel service was absolutely superb. Romy checked us in, and she was incredibly kind. She helped us resolve a breakfast issue and personally escorted us to the shuttle bus stop after check-in. Our luggage was also delivered directly to our room by a dedicated staff member – super nice. This vacation was incredibly satisfying, and I will definitely choose Shangri-La again the next time I visit Sanya!

YYingwusuowangershengqixinFacilities: The facilities are a bit old, and some of the sofas in the public service areas are broken. Hygiene: The hygiene is pretty good; the cleaning staff are very diligent. Environment: The surrounding area is very convenient, and getting a taxi is easy. It's also very quiet at night. Service: The service was good overall. The complimentary cocktails at the hotel bar were delicious, and the afternoon tea snacks were decent. However, the service at the tea lounge was very poor. They asked for payment as soon as we ordered tea, and then charged a 15% service fee for a pot of tea before we even had the first cup, because the waitstaff had other arrangements. After discussing the issue with the tea lounge manager, they recognized their problems and committed to improving their workflow and attitude. They offered a solution by waiving the tea and service fees and promised to definitely improve. It's great to see them acknowledge their mistakes and commit to fixing them! The construction of Hainan's International Free Trade Port starts with service. Extended stay benefit: Check-out extended to 2 PM based on availability: The hotel front desk was excellent, extending our check-out to 3 PM, which made our Hainan research trip much more relaxed and enjoyable. Extended stay benefit: Double Cloud Drive Afternoon Tea | Hilton Haikou's 35th-floor Sky Lounge: The tea snacks were plentiful. [249-meter Cloud Blockbuster] 30-minute travel shoot with 5 digital photos: Didn't have time to experience this service. GGuest UserOn the first day, I added Jill, our butler, on WeChat. Our first room was a bit far from the sea, so I asked the butler, and she immediately helped us switch to a much more comfortable room. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic, which made us feel great. The next day, when they asked about our needs, I just mentioned wanting two extra bottles of water, and when we returned to the room, there were six! We couldn't even finish them by check-out. The pool had quite a few kids playing in the afternoon, but it was well-managed. Breakfast was decent; there weren't a huge variety of dishes, but the staff managed it very orderly, always leading us to our seats. The public areas weren't large but were very clean and perfect for photos. In the evenings, there was a lively band playing on the lawn. The room balcony was very comfortable, and once the sliding door was closed, the room was super quiet and not noisy at all. Overall, it was a great experience, and my child had a fantastic time. I would definitely choose this place again. Thanks to Butler Jill for her warm service!

GGuest UserEnvironment: As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the sunset and a refreshing ocean breeze. The hotel is absolutely stunning and massive! The coconut groves, lawns, pool, and sandy beach provide endless photo opportunities – it's just amazing! The room has a small balcony, and when you open the door, the view is expansive. Facilities: They had a baby playpen and bathtub ready for me. Although some online reviews mentioned the facilities being a bit old, everything I needed was there. Hot water was fine, hairdryer worked well. The only minor issue was the air conditioning wasn't very cold, but it was still acceptable. The small balcony was perfect for drying clothes quickly, which was very convenient. Hygiene: There were notices on the table about geckos, ants, and insects, but I didn't encounter any bugs during my stay. The cleaning staff were also very efficient. With all my baby's things making a bit of a mess, the auntie quickly tidied everything up for me. Service: My requests were met very quickly! I called for band-aids, to have dishes cleared, for room cleaning, to order a kids' meal, and for a late check-out – all were handled promptly! A special shout-out to Butler Tudou (Potato) – incredibly enthusiastic, proactive, and provided excellent service! Also, the staff at the pool area were very warm and patient, and they even helped me inflate my swim ring for free. Another highlight was the complimentary Magnolia photoshoot. The photographer was very professional. I just told him what I wanted, and he quickly found suitable locations and patiently helped me set up props. I initially thought the five complimentary photos would be enough, but after seeing the final shots, I didn't hesitate to pay for more. They made a perfect gift for my baby's first birthday 🎁. The breakfast and buffet dinner included in the package offered a rich variety of options and tasted great. The noodles for breakfast really suited a Hunan palate, and there were various snacks. Dinner was a DIY hotpot buffet, so we didn't eat out at all these past few days, even though it seems there's a food street nearby, haha. There were also some parent-child activities, but my baby was too young to participate. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. For a family trip, it offers great value for money.

Bbobo20041007Atlantis Sanya was absolutely fantastic! I honestly didn't have high expectations for the service, given how many people would be there. Even the taxi driver warned me about the crowds and potential service delays, which made me regret booking such a popular hotel. But as soon as we pulled up, a young man immediately came to open our car door and help with our luggage from the trunk. I was so grateful! I thought, 'Okay, service isn't bad after all.' He didn't even let us lift a finger, pulling our two large suitcases all the way to the luggage drop-off. He thoughtfully told us to keep our luggage tag safe before heading to check-in. After check-in, the staff kindly suggested we could go explore, and they'd clean our room as quickly as possible for us to settle in. Since hotels usually have a 3 PM check-in time and we arrived at 11:30 AM, I just nodded, figuring I still had a few hours to wait. I took the kids to the waterpark first. Before I even finished changing, our butler, 'Little Crab,' added me on WeChat and enthusiastically told me to contact her directly if I needed anything. I thought, 'What could I possibly need?' Besides, based on my experience at another hotel (Yalong Bay HUALUXE), even if I had an issue, the butler there couldn't really help. Then, at precisely 12:28 PM, I received a text message: 'Dear valued guest, your room is ready. Please pick up your room key at the front desk at your convenience. Enjoy your stay.' Wow, I was genuinely touched! Let me explain why: when I stayed at the Yalong Bay HUALUXE, I asked the butler if we could check in an hour or even half an hour early so my younger daughter could rest. The staff kept saying no rooms were available or clean. There was nothing I could do because the website clearly stated 3 PM check-in, but my little one was so tired from the journey that she ended up falling asleep on me in the HUALUXE lobby. So, Atlantis Sanya's efficiency deeply impressed me. My younger daughter played at the waterpark until 2:30 PM, and it was perfect timing to go to the room for a quick nap, which completely re-energized her. Later, I didn't even have to ask, but Little Crab thoughtfully informed me that the drinks, coffee, fruit, and water in the room were all complimentary. That evening, my younger daughter wanted to take a bath, and I was worried about the cleanliness of the tub, so I asked the butler if they had any sanitizing wipes. She immediately responded, saying she could send staff up to clean it for me. Not only did they sanitize it, but they also brought a bath liner—so thoughtful! The next morning, we went to the G floor for breakfast. Because it was so crowded, the staff at the restaurant entrance suggested going to the 18th floor if we didn't want to wait. I asked if the food was the same upstairs and downstairs, and the server said there wasn't much difference. So, I went to the 18th floor, only to find a meager selection of food, nothing like what I'd seen on the first floor. I casually mentioned my regret to the butler, saying I shouldn't have come up and should have waited. To my surprise, the butler immediately had her colleague escort me from the 18th-floor restaurant back down to the first floor to dine. I was a bit embarrassed! This trip to Atlantis Sanya completely overshadowed my previous stay at Yalong Bay HUALUXE. I have to say, it was truly amazing. My kids and I loved it, and we definitely want to stay here again. A big thank you to Little Crab, our butler, for making this trip so special.

GGuest UserMy first impression of the hotel was really bad, right from when I first tried to call them. I called for two days straight during normal business hours, but no one answered or called back. I honestly thought my booking was a bust. When I finally got through, the female customer service rep was very rude and cold. She seemed completely clueless about everything and just told me to wait until I arrived at the hotel to discuss any requests, saying she couldn't answer anything at the moment. Surprisingly, once I got there, it was actually pretty good. I stayed for several days, and the housekeeping staff were incredibly meticulous and just fantastic – huge thumbs up! Many little details were very thoughtful, and the kids' activities were varied and plentiful. However, the concierge wasn't very honest; I asked for a higher floor, and she said none were available, but when I arrived, the front desk said there were. The check-in process at the front desk was incredibly slow – definite thumbs down there! There were very few strollers available; I only managed to get one on the third day of my stay, and I had to reserve it in advance. Overall, the restaurant food was good, and the whole place felt well-managed. The service definitely needs improvement. Thumbs up for the kids' activities and room cleaning, but the hotel's phone answering service was terrible and really lowered my overall impression of the hotel.

LLost_in_the_JungleLet me first say, hotels are always looking for a good review, but I will only give a good review if I honestly feel they deserve it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Qixian~ the resort grounds are absolutely stunning. My husband and I were so pleasantly surprised to discover that the resort has been thoughtfully designed to feel part of the rainforest. Everywhere you look there are giant boulders, gurgling clear streams, ancient trees and hidden trails that make you feel you are walking deep in a forest. All you hear are the birds and the water rushing in the streams! We have travelled all over China, and this is the quietest, most authentic feeling nature spot we have ever experienced. In addition, there are so many hot springs you can choose to relax in, or you can use the hot spring attached to your balcony! The restaurant has a good variety and we liked everything we ordered, it was fresh and flavorful, we tried the pork ribs and braised tofu, both delicious, but the green coconut filled buns were a perfect ending! The lobby staff was friendly and helpful, and gave us all kinds of upgrades! You can get pickup on the carts anytime, but we preferred to walk and enjoy the beauty, the resort grounds feel huge, but honestly its well designed so you can reach any spot in 5-10 minutes. Also, they have all kinds of activities you can join. We really enjoyed the rainforest walk, the lady from the Li family that conducted the walk was so lovely, we could tell she really had a connection to the forest and just radiated joy as she showed us all the plants, it was one of the highlights of our stay! Our room was clean, the sheets were soft and the bed was comfortable. The view onto the palm forest was so relaxing to look at as we soaked in the spring. The infinity pool was spectacular, the setting is gorgeous and peaceful. The coconuts and dessert we ordered were really good, however, the drinks we ordered were awful and maybe they can get some more outgoing staff to work at the pool bar, maybe because it was winter time and less people are at the pool? Breakfast is served in a building that overlooks the river, there is ALL kinds of food, if you are a Westerner you can find fried eggs, toast, and pastries. But I recommend going to the area where fresh rice noodle is made for you on the spot, add toppings and fried eggs, it was delicious! There are some rustic areas to the resort- it feels a bit abandoned in areas, like its just too big to keep up with ie. Giant empty pools, some of the buildings look in desperate need of refurbishing, but overall we felt like the resort was truly beautiful and amenities really made this a great value for the price we paid. We are already planning to come back when we need a break from the city!

GGuest UserOur butler, Kay, contacted us a day before our arrival. We arrived around 9:30 AM and she helped us upgrade to a top-floor sea-view room, allowing us to check in by 10 AM. They also sent a fruit platter, and the view from the high floor was excellent. We didn't participate in any of the hotel's kids' activities; our child just enjoyed playing in the sand and swimming. He had a great time swimming in the large pool around lunchtime. However, the showerhead in the room wasn't very flexible and got stuck sometimes, making it hard to adjust the water temperature – it was either too hot or too cold. Also, there were firecrackers going off near the hotel late at night, which woke us up. As for the airplane noise, we were pretty tolerant of it.
