It’s a bit of hot when I registered, and I have tried to turn on the air conditioner, but it didn’t work. I called the reception desk saying the air conditioner can’t work, she said the temperature was not too high and suggested me open the window if I felt hot. And she still told me the air conditioner would work at night…actually, the air conditioner didn’t work at night also. Meanwhile, the WiFi is terrible in my room. It can’t connect with internet although it looked like have been connected. And it’s funny that the WiFi run well when I was out of my room.

my family had a perfect moment. The hotel was clean and the staff were really kind to us. The interior was awesome (perfect for taking SNS photos) while we were staying at the hotel, a local party was hosted. Fortunately, we were able to experience the party. it was the best moment of our trip.

Very neat and clean facility. The comfortable rooms with home automation, very comfortable bed and bathroom with a nice shower. I really appreciated the presence of a kettle in the room and the variety of products in the mini bar. In the area where there is the swimming pool, sauna area and solarium there is a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very professional and kind. I highly recommend it.

Отель хоть и старый ,но он в отличном состоянии. Территория ухоженная, номер был с видом на море ,просто супер. Лежаки и зантик бесплатно. Обслуживание на высшем уровне. Были на машине, парковка была без дополнительной оплаты. Чистота и комфорт везде. Еда вкусная. Рекоменду. Спасибо большое за отдых.

Staying on the lake side means checking in and out in the main building. You can book a restaurant dinner at reception, but if you dare ask for an outdoor table, you can't choose one unless you go to the restaurant and ask the waiter. The welcome at the restaurant is terrible. The waiter decides on the tables based on his acquaintances. You queue politely, but if a lady who knows you arrives, everything stops. If you stay in the lakeside property and need water in the evening, there's no room service. In short, it seems like you're not a guest to be pampered, but they're the ones doing you a favor.

Close to the Vatican Museum, the hotel needs to go to the 4th floor to check in, the front desk has a 24-hour vending machine, but you can go to the nearby supermarket to buy items before 11 pm
