Amazing hotel and I cannot wait to go back.
The view is to die for.
I just wish I had checked in a lot earlier.
The convenience store downstairs sells alcoholic drinks, bento and other snacks at reasonable prices.
The shuttle bus is convenient but does not run that frequently so I recommend you to check it well in advance. I ended up paying around 3500 yen for taxi one way 🤣
Nice and beautiful hotel. Can walk to the main tourist attractions l.
Not walking distance to Hiroshima station and the easiest way is by taking taxi which cost around 1000 JPY.
My hobby is staying in hotels, and for better or worse, I have stayed in over 100 hotels, but this hotel is in my top three.
My mother and daughter came to Kure from Osaka using a dice ticket and stayed in a twin room with breakfast.
-The room was spacious and clean.
-The ocean view overlooked the port of Kure, and I was so excited to see the submarine.
-The bathroom was separate from the toilet and was spacious.
-DHC amenities.
-The breakfast was amazingly delicious. You could choose between curry rice and a porridge set, and both had a wide variety of appetizers, beautiful and luxurious, and the main course was also very delicious.
I was personally impressed by the poached egg in the side dish of the porridge set. It was so smooth and round that I thought it was raw wheat gluten at first.
-The hotel staff were all very kind.
The only drawback is that the hotel is a little far from the station, but if you call, a shuttle bus will come, so it's not a problem.
On the way back, they took us to Kure Station or Central Pier, so we were able to easily go to the Yamato Museum even in the light rain.
Thank you for the good memories.
The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, greeting me upon arrival and seeing me off at check-out. The location is excellent, right next to the station with plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel's own restaurant is superb. The bedding and pillows in the room were incredibly comfortable, truly impressive – I even considered buying some to take home! The environment was clean and hygienic, and the windows were so spotless they seemed to disappear, giving me a fantastic impression of Hiroshima overall. The only minor downsides were the hairdryer wasn't great, and the shampoo and shower gel weren't big brands, leaving my hair a bit stiff.
Friendly, helpful staff who gave clear bus and train info you just need to ask and have google translate ready. Handy for shops and food. Rooms very clean with a good layout and spacious for Japan. Best part was the Onsen great experience, super clean and a great way to end the day!!
The hotel is a 2-minute walk from Hatchobori Station. It is located in the most prosperous area of Hiroshima. It is a 3-minute walk to the shopping street and a 5-minute walk to Parco. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs on the top floor. The room is not big, but very practical. The air conditioning is very strong. The reception is on the 13th floor. There are daily necessities in the lobby. The hotel entrance is a little hidden. When you arrive, walk to the end and there is a hidden door. It will open automatically as long as you get close.
The location is great, but the price changes depending on the day, which is a bit of a hassle. It gets very expensive.
The breakfast menu was unique and delicious.
Facilities: The hotel provides free breakfast and hot springs, and a free beer every day.
Hygiene: The room is clean, the toilet is clean, and the public space is clean.
Environment: There are few people and cars nearby, and it is quiet when sleeping.
Service: When cleaning the room, you need to put a sign on the door that needs to be cleaned.
The bathhouse is great, the open-air pool is large and very relaxing. The room is also large, good quality and affordable. Taking a taxi from Hiroshima Airport is about 2,000 yen, which is acceptable. Plus, a taxi is still much cheaper than accommodation near the airport.
The environment is good. Last night, the geographical function of staying in the oversized room (comfortable) was not very convenient.

GGuest UserFacilities: The room was on the smaller side for two people to move around freely, but having a microwave was a great bonus.
Cleanliness: Standard for a business hotel, with refreshed linens.
Environment: Decent, and the location was superb.
Service: The hot spring on the 10th floor was a pleasant experience, also featuring an outdoor pool and a sauna.

DDonaldDongBecause the flight to Okayama was diverted to Osaka and cancelled, we arrived about three hours later than expected. After calling the hotel, they helped us reserve dinner (normally dinner is at 7 o'clock at the latest). After arriving at about 8 o'clock, dinner was served as originally scheduled, which was very good. The room is spacious and very clean, with four beds, and it looks like you can also sleep on the floor. This room is 85 square meters, which is no problem for a family. The decoration quality is very high, and there is a type-c USB port on the wall, a full set of Sony TVs, echo walls, etc. There is only Japanese breakfast, but the room type I booked can go to a room similar to the executive lounge, which has coffee, drinks, small pastries, etc., as well as drinks, all free. The hotel service is very good, and there are waiters who speak English. The shuttle bus to Fukuyama Station takes about half an hour, and the schedule can be checked on the official website. The hot spring is clean, there is also water massage, and there is a sauna room. There is an open-air hot spring pool on the third floor and on the top floor, but it was too cold when I went there. Very good hotel, with few people.
施施This is definitely the best service hotel in Japan. Everyone knows that Japan's service attitude has always been good. This is a bit of a good time. As long as you see the waiter, you will smile and say hello! You can try it for dinner, and the meal is very rich! The hot springs in the hotel are not a bit boring in the open air, but the bubbles are not bad. There are a bunch of deer at the door~... You can call the hotel at the Miyajima Pier. If you want to go to the shrine, you can call the hotel to send you. Room we are on the fourth floor, sea view is OK!
SSolomon ChoiThe room is small but there is a table and sofa, enough space to open two suitcases! The 1/F hot spring is big enough and comfortable enough. Breakfast buffet is included, although there is not much variety of food, but the standard is good. Location near Sakezo-dori and JR stations, Lawson downstairs, although Saijo itself is not many restaurants, but overall good!
