I highly recommend staying in the Seogwipo area; hotels there offer much better value for money. Although this hotel is a bit old-fashioned in its decor, it's well-maintained and clean overall. The room has a balcony with a sea view, and for the price, it definitely exceeded my expectations. Due to personal reasons, I had to postpone my trip by a day, and the Ctrip customer service helped me change the dates for free, which was fantastic service! 👍
The hotel is located in a resort, a bit far from the city center, but you can get here by bus route 255. The Giant's Causeway is relatively close, about a 90 RMB taxi ride one way. My ground-floor room has a 'small garden,' but I felt it lacked privacy, as people on the higher floors opposite seemed able to see into my room. The front desk service was average. Shopping downstairs is convenient, but the brand selection isn't extensive, and the resort's restaurants are quite pricey.

This is an excellent hotel for a peaceful getaway. There are plenty of amenities nearby, including a couple of shops, cafes, restaurants, and souvenir stores. It might be a bit tricky without a car due to the road layout, but that's typical for those traveling around Jeju. Waking up to the sound of the waves is incredible, and the view from the window is absolutely stunning.
The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming. Even if you don't speak Korean, they'll actively communicate with you using a translator and are always ready to help. I have nothing but positive feelings about this hotel.
Good luck and prosperity to your business! If I'm ever in Jeju again, I'll definitely book this place.
I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at this peaceful and spacious hotel! All the staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spotlessly clean. The unlimited access to the hot springs was fantastic, perfect for a refreshing soak both morning and evening. And the breakfast was so delicious that I ate until I was absolutely stuffed!
There is the sea opposite the room. You can have a panoramic view of the town when you lie on your side in bed. Outside the door are fields covered with green unknown plants. The sea breeze hurts. Island rural style.
The room is small and there might be small insects. The landlord will not pick up the trash, so those staying there need to deal with it themselves.

The place was beautiful, just in front of Biyardo Island! The view from the room was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi is amazing, and there is also a separate shower and toilet in the room, which is very convenient. The room has a small kitchen with a kettle, fridge, microwave and a small stove, so you can easily prepare simple meals. Anything you need — just ask the owners, they are very friendly and extremely helpful. It is 10min from the beach

Located in the heart of New Jeju, the hotel boasts an excellent location, just a short walk from Shilla and Lotte Duty-Free shops and a bustling pedestrian street, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. As an established five-star hotel, Grand Hotel offers fantastic value for money. The service is warm and welcoming, with the front desk staff able to speak some basic Chinese. The greeters and porters are also very friendly. The rooms are spacious, and the higher floors offer nice views. The cleanliness is satisfactory. Two bottles of drinking water and disposable slippers are provided, but toothbrushes and toothpaste need to be purchased separately.

It was a stylish and warm accommodation. I chose it because it was close to Seongpanak, and after a hike to Hallasan, I relaxed in the spa bath. Great value!!

As soon as I entered the accommodation, they took such good care of me and even though I was staying for multiple nights, they refilled the bath salts and soap!! The spa was also really clean and the room smelled so good!!! For those who want a spa with a proper ocean view, this is the best value accommodation!!

Very Good
My elderly mum and me had a wonderful stay at Maison Glad, the hotel is a big property, there are two wings whereby my aunt and cousin stayed at another wing. We got a corner room and it was very spacious with two double beds. The toilet was equipped with standing shower and bath tub. It was a relief for us as we preferred standing shower as our legs were not that good to climb into the bath tub. The hotel breakfast is international style and there are different fruit drinks to choose. The hotel lobby has a cafe selling bakery and coffee, we spent our leisure there in afternoon too. Hotel staff are all very friendly and polite. The hotel location is very convenient diagonally across Shila duty free shop and many restaurants.

Great
Great hotel, great views, great amenities. The hotel was very luxarious, the pool was warm altouth it was pretty cold outside, not to mention the pools' showers felt like luxarious spa. The food was nice and we had pretty large variaty of resturants and caffes at the hotel. We also got a cake from the room service and it was very nice. The only down side is that the regular room is pretty small, but we still had great time their.
Marriott Hotel is very, very good. We used two hotels on this trip and for sure Marriott was the best. It's so big and has so many parts, so there is no need to go somewhere else. We traveled with kids, so they went to Theme Park(good one), zoo, and waterpark. There are a lot of different restaurants, cafes and shops. Staff was super polite and always enough. The food was delicious, and the rooms were clean. Compared with another hotel, I would rate Marriott as 100/100. Great place.
Dyne Oceano Hotel was amazing. Lovely location, plentiful facilities, and great service. The rooftop infinity pool was heated. The spa bath was very relaxing and had panoramic views of the ocean. The perfect stay. Highly recommended and we hope to be back soon.
The hotel is located 20mins away from Mt Hallasan. A good place to stay at after a long day of hiking, where we can soak in the jacuzzi that fits two pax. Kitchenware was provided for those who wishes to cook, and towels were hung outside the door if staying for more than one night.
I love that this hotel is very affordable and yet it has a lot to offer! It has a veranda where you could go out and enjoy the snow falling! The room itself is spacious and clean. The bathroom is not bad too! Totally worth the stay!
Checking in and out were easy. They were helpful when needed. I used to live on the island so it was an interesting stay. The room, gorgeous with an ocean view. I would visit again and my friends are planning to stay there now after they saw the room.
