Hotels With Spa in Kedah, Malaysia

Used to be one of my fav hotels when I travelled to Langkawi. But during my current visit, I wasn’t keen about the vibes. Minimal choices of breakfast, not like before. The taste also not to my likings. The room was not as expected as 4-star hotel. The tv was not working well. Disturbing noises such as running water felt so annoying. I won’t return to this hotel again. 😥

The staff is really friendly, the room and bathroom are comfortable to use, the swimming pool is really great just in front of the rooms. Lots of amenities. 15-20 min of walk to the main street with shops beach etc pretty good location. Only thing is that there is no laundry service (there is a 24h service laundry around 5 min by car)

Bayview is the excellent hotel in the heart of Kuah town. It’s obviously quite old but very-well kept and well-equipped. I haven’t had any disappointments during our 5 nights stay. We had a family suite. It’s well-furnished, so spacious and light! There’s a great view on the Maha tower and the sea! We didn’t have any meals in the hotel, so can’t say anything about the food and the restaurant. There’s proper cleaning every day. The staff is so helpful and friendly. So, the stay was great!

The resort has a great location, with easy access to beach, and the amenities and cleanliness are well-maintained. The swimming pool was also very good for kids, making it a nice choice for families. Breakfast was quite good and offered a decent variety. However, the windows in the room cannot be opened, which made the space feel a bit stuffy at times. Additionally, the staff could be more welcoming and friendly to enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, it’s a good place to stay, but there’s room for improvement in service.

This is my second visit to D'Lima Beach Inn and as before I found the hotel very good. It is convenient to the beach, shopping & food and gives a great feeling of being in your own little village as it's located just off the busy & sometimes noisy main tourist street. Abit the reception manager is always helpful & very friendly, he always greets you with a smile! Thanks for a good stay again! Andy G

Initially we are curious because we never been outside the langkawi mainland. In our trip here, i think we are the only malaysian there, but the hospitality given to us both were beyond words. Amenities, room, location and food were perfect. For a nature lovers like us, i think is good place to run away from busy life in city. Just be aware with the boat schedule, and plan your trip ahead. You can stay in the island whole day, but its depend on your type of holiday that you seek. I definitely would come back again.

Booked 1 bed room suit this time, price was good. Room can stay up to 4 pax. Furnitures were old, renovation was on during my stay. No bottle water provided still, Room service came every day, one thing I want comments is house keeping staff don’t locked my belcony after cleaning although I did locked every day.

My first time here.. good location, Room is too simple for Wyndham standards, but still clean and cozy, great scenery with sunset view from the room everyone will be amazed, staff are friendly, breakfast is ok2 sajae.. Everything about this hotel is good..

had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Villa Langkawi from 15th to 19th September, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The resort is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery and direct beach access that made every morning feel like a tropical escape. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially loved waking up to the serene sounds of nature and enjoying my coffee on the balcony with a view of the pool and gardens. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant team, everyone made sure I felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. The beach was stunning – clean, peaceful, and perfect for swimming or just lounging under the sun. I also appreciated the range of facilities available, from the lovely infinity pool to the well-equipped spa and beachfront restaurant. Overall, Holiday Villa Langkawi offered the perfect blend of relaxation and comfort. I truly enjoyed my time here and wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Langkawi.
