"A fabulous venue. Hotel, Restaurant, farm shop, pizzeria and newly opened garden bar with views over the meadows and grazing cattle (unfortunately it was raining when we arrived, so we didn’t use it). We just had an overnight stay and didn’t need a full dinner, so ate in the cafe/bar, pizzas and coffees were great. Breakfast couldn’t be faulted, staff great, would definitely stay again if we’re in the area. Close to NEC too. The only negative was the lack of view from the ground floor bedrooms. Just looking at a high fence. May request upper floor next time."

"We were a wedding party and found we were accommodated quite well generally I.e the manager did open the bar for us on the Sunday evening where it us usually closed but there were a couple of issues within the party too. One couple had to change their room because of a very bad smell in theirs, another couple had an issue with the shower and toilet not working. All issues were promptly dealt with and resolved. In the restaurant they advertise children eat free yet 2 separate groups within our party were charged for them, these charges were removed when questioned but should not of been charged in the first place. The menu is quite extensive in the restaurant but unfortunately the quality of the food compared to the prices charged was not equal with some of the meals."

"My Chinese friend stayed here with her 6 year kid, as she wasn't happy with the location and hotel in Snow Hill. So I moved her here closer to my location. She liked the room, TV and the reception was helpful. The park is near to the hotel, so is the library. Very handy for families. The kid liked the pizzas in Greggs and there's a Chinese restaurant close that they ate in, which isn't too expensive. Overall she was happy she stayed here for about 8 days. She thinks she'd stay in this hotel again, if she were to visit England again."

"Great location for the airport. However poor signage to entrance of the hotel, limited options for breakfast for people with dietary requirements. The room we stayed in the bed was very comfortable and shower was so good, however it was not as clean as it could be it had a strange stain on the floor."

"Have used this hotel previously; thankfully it has mainatained the generally high standards I enjoyed several years ago. Polite and friendly check-in. The restaurant, although packed to capacity was efficient, and the food enjoyable. For me it is a near perfect transit service; probably the next best would be the terminal airpot, but I found the price prohibitive for a short transit."

"First time staying her before our early flight next morning. Lovely room with view of the runway at Birmingham airport. Food in the restaurant was lovely and all the staff very friendly from reception to Dining Room. My only gripe would be how much the price jumped up in a couple of weeks, I could have booked for £88 but then it jumped up to £232 in the space of 2 weeks, I managed to get for £190 with trip. The reason for my delay in booking was I was waiting for the go ahead that I could travel after having a full knee replacement and would not normally pay over £100 but for my own comfort and to save rushing my husband said pay it, would definitely book again but make sure more in advance."

"A nice hotel close to Birmingham Airport. The room was OK, the toilet was quite small but very clean. The receptionist was very kind. There is a bus stop at 100meters from the hotel for the airport which is very convenient. A very small super market at 10 minutes walking and generally a nice neighborhood. The price was a bit high for this kind of hotel."

This Novotel is absolutely perfect for me because it’s so accessible to the airport. Imagine—once you step out of the airport, it’s already there. That’s why I’m not surprised that many people check in here. It’s not just extremely close, the place itself is also really beautiful and refreshing. Their restaurant is excellent as well. I really enjoyed the Vegetable Salad (Caesar Salad) I had last night—it was very filling, and they definitely didn’t hold back on the ingredients, especially the chicken and seafood. This hotel also provides free water, with bottles already prepared outside the elevator, and you can refill anytime you want. As for the room, I’m honestly amazed by how beautiful it is. It’s very clean, smells great, and they also provide coffee. It’s so comfortable to sleep here, and you definitely won’t regret checking in. I will truly recommend this place to my friends who will come here to BHX, and I’ll tell them to book here because it’s 300% worth it with no regrets.

Very warm welcome and everything as it should be. Swift service both at the hotel and Beefeater next door. Good location for motorway but it’s not in Solihull- it’s in Shirley which is a distance from Solihull itself. No problem to us though.

A lovely clean hotel, the rooms have everything you need in all the right places and the location couldn't be better. A nice welcome from the staff upon arrival. We have used this hotel many times and will continue to do so and would certainly recommend without hesitation.

The environment is beautiful and the overall feeling is acceptable, but on the day of check-in, I was informed that there was a room error and was asked to cancel my booking. After contacting Trip.com's customer service, I was finally able to check in, but it was not the room I originally booked.

Other than me struggling to find it, would absolutely recommend. Bed wasn't that comfortable for me as was too hard but that's preferred taste. Service was great, accommodating me wishing for a microwave. Warm, clean and snug.

Good location close to M42, free parking onsite, easy access to reception check in was straightforward lifts to all floors and the room was perfect clean and warm. self service for buffet breakfast good variety for every taste. would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The location of the hotel is not very convenient. There are no good transportation facilities, supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding area. You need to walk for a while to reach the bus station and restaurants. The hotel's front desk clerk was very nice, but the hotel did not provide comprehensive equipment, such as slippers and hairdryers.
