The customer service team patiently and diligently answered all our inquiries before we booked, and throughout the trip, they paid close attention to our travel experience. Our driver and guide were attentive and responsible, providing early pick-up and late drop-off, detailed explanations of each attraction, and guidance on how to explore. Five-star review! Traveling with seniors over 60 and children, I booked this package on Ctrip in advance. The customer service representative, Xiaoyue, was incredibly attentive and promptly customized the itinerary according to my needs, taking into full account the seniors' travel arrangements. The arranged driver, Mr. Yu, drove a clean car, had steady driving skills, and was very friendly. He also provided us with information about the attractions along the way. This time, my family and I visited Tiger Leaping Gorge, recommended by National Geographic, and also hiked the *** trail, making our round trip via Halfway. The scenery was breathtaking and well worth the trip. The entire journey was smooth and worry-free; we had a wonderful time and will definitely choose this company again for future trips! The day trip was incredibly fulfilling, and the weather was fantastic! It was cloudy in the morning, but by noon the clouds had cleared, making the scenery even more beautiful. Our driver, Mr. Sha, was incredibly responsible, explaining the background information about the attractions throughout the trip – a truly amazing driver! A large portion of the passengers in our vehicle were foreigners, and although my English is terrible, I still had a great time with them – a wonderful overall experience!

The driver was a handsome young man, not very talkative, but he covered the essentials without going into too much detail. To be honest, the tourist attractions looked quite appealing in the descriptions, but in reality, they were rather ordinary. The most attractive sights were Tiger Leaping Gorge and the prayer wheels. Lunch was a small hot pot for each person, but the meat slices were processed meat—it was neither beef, nor pork, nor lamb—just enough to fill our stomachs. The young man let us borrow clothes for free at the service station, which proved useful at Tiger Leaping Gorge. Since everyone borrowed clothes, we had to drive from the highway to the service station to return them and then back to the highway on the way back, which took up a lot of time. Thank you to the young man!

road to shangrila is really nice. good view. and going back to lijiang is also fantastic view in the van is anazing. every stop up over jave a great spot. something new. the driver is really friendly. thank you!!
