Ming was our driver, and he informed us of the meeting time and place the day before departure. The car was quite new and comfortable, and there were eight of us in total. He drove very steadily, and we visited almost all the mentioned attractions, allowing us ample time to explore. We departed at 7:30 AM and arrived in Lijiang around 4:40 PM after completing the entire itinerary. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would recommend it.

Tiger Leaping Gorge Shangri-La Day Trip ✨ Highly recommend this tour! The driver was incredibly nice, patient, and reliable, and the journey was comfortable and unhurried. We were lucky to meet a group of friendly fellow travelers, chatting and laughing all the way. We even saw colorful clouds, which the driver said was very lucky and rare 😄😄😄 Tiger Leaping Gorge is a must-see! Witnessing the Jinsha River rushing forward with your own eyes was truly exhilarating. ⚠️Important Reminder: The wind is extremely strong at the gorge's entrance; your hair can easily get messed up. Hold your phone securely and remember to bring a windproof jacket!

The driver was smooth and provided excellent service, offering detailed explanations of the sights along the way, and the itinerary was well-planned. Tiger Leaping Gorge in Shangri-La is definitely worth a visit; the scenery is beautiful, and the elevator makes it less tiring. Baishuitai is just average; it requires a long hike to reach, and while the scenery is decent, I wouldn't recommend it for older people. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the trip; it was good value for money, and I give it a positive review!

The customer service was excellent, and communication was pleasant. The driver was wonderful. Since we were a family, we booked a private car. The departure wasn't too early in the morning, and the driver drove smoothly throughout the trip. He helped arrange everything at each attraction, so we just needed to get off and explore. It was very convenient and effortless. He also explained the fees and details about the attractions to us, ensuring we didn't make any mistakes. Finally, on our way to Shangri-La, he gave us tips on how to get around conveniently and dropped us off at our hotel. We were extremely satisfied! 👍
