1. This itinerary includes a cable car ticket package that requires visitors to cooperate with ticket issuance after placing an order (please be advised).

2. Foreign travelers must provide valid contact information after placing an order for communication purposes. The assigned driver only speaks Chinese and can communicate via WeChat translation (please reconsider booking if this is unacceptable).

3. The cable car tickets for this itinerary are in high demand. Once the guaranteed ticket package is successfully booked, it cannot be canceled or modified (cancellation will incur losses and require compensation). Please confirm your itinerary before placing the order (do not book if you have concerns).

4. This itinerary experiences high visitor traffic, and tickets are in high demand during peak season. Travelers who book within 4 days of travel must cooperate with the ticket issuance process on the WeChat mini-program (or visit our meeting point for waitlist assistance with on-site staff guidance). For bookings made 4-7 days in advance, system tickets are guaranteed (please refrain from booking if this is a concern).

5. This itinerary includes pick-up and drop-off within the designated area. Our pick-up & drop-off area covers a loop around Lijiang Ancient Town and the nearest point to your accommodation in Shuhe Old Town. (For details, please contact customer support)

6. The Yulong Snow Mountain 1-day tour includes driver service, which is a self-guided tour without a guide. Since the tour involves taking a cable car, the driver cannot accompany you on the cable car, making it a self-guided experience. The driver can provide basic guidance on the itinerary throughout the trip (your understanding is appreciated).

7. On the way to the snow mountain by vehicle, you will stop at an oxygen supply store to collect the provided "Snow Mountain Essentials" including oxygen bottles, cold-proof clothing (to be returned after the tour), and mineral water. Staff will guide you on safety precautions for visiting the snow mountain. Travelers may purchase additional personal items as needed, please make rational choices.

8. On the way to the Visitor Center, you will pass by the Dongba Culture Art Museum. The attraction staff will introduce the Dongba culture of Snow Mountain and its sacred origins (visitors who wish to pray, please make rational decisions).

Due to limited capacity, for safety reasons, we regret to inform you that this itinerary is not suitable for pregnant women, individuals with hypertension, heart disease, respiratory conditions, lung diseases, asthma or other chronic illnesses, infants under 1 year old, minors under 18 years old, and seniors over 70 years old (seniors aged 60–70 must be accompanied by at least one younger family member). We appreciate your understanding.

Travel Notice:

"1" Around 06:30 (during peak holiday seasons at Yulong Snow Mountain, departure may be earlier due to large crowds), our driver will pick up guests along Lijiang Ancient Town and Shuhe Ancient Town in sequence. The estimated return time is around 18:30 (the exact time will be confirmed by the driver upon arrival, please plan your schedule accordingly).

(2) Our driver (guide) will call you by 10:30 PM the day before departure to confirm the exact pick-up location and time. Please ensure your phone is reachable.

III. The sequence of our itinerary may change based on each person's cable car schedule, but this will not affect the overall experience (subject to the actual arrangement by the guide).

5. Children under 1.2m (excluding 1.2m) can take photos as children. Children between 1.2m–1.39m (not exceeding 1.4m) can take photos as children (details optional with customer support). Those over 1.4m are considered adults. For specifics, please contact customer support.

(6) Due to high demand during holidays and peak seasons, Yulong Snow Mountain admission tickets are extremely limited. If you request a refund or reschedule after booking, only CNY 100 will be refunded for the admission ticket. Please review carefully before placing your order. We appreciate your understanding.

"Seven" (Cable car tickets are allocated in segments with staggered boarding times; each person's cable car time may vary. We will adjust the sightseeing sequence based on cable car ticket availability.) The specific cable car time is subject to system approval; manual time selection is unavailable. "Eight" Notice on Refund and Modification for Temporary Suspension of the Snow Mountain Cableway: For those who have already approached the mountain, only the cableway fee can be refunded; for those who have not yet reached the mountain, a 50 CNY ancient town maintenance fee and a 50 CNY vehicle damage fee will be charged.
