Staying at Dorsett Wanchai was a great experience, with the most memorable aspect being its convenient location. It's really easy to get to both Wanchai and Causeway Bay from here, and there are tons of dining options and transport links nearby. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean, and the room was quite cozy to stay in. The staff were friendly and always willing to help when I had questions. Even though it's in the city center, I felt a sense of peace and relaxation when I returned to the hotel. After a few days, I really started to enjoy the rhythm of exploring Hong Kong during the day and then coming back to the hotel to rest in the evenings. Overall, I was satisfied with the location, service, and the entire stay – it was a very pleasant accommodation experience.

It’s my second time at this hotel, I’m glad they renovated, not that the first time around was any bad but it’s a dated hotel so renovating it gave the room brighter lights. This time around we were given a bigger room. I could easily open up 3 luggages at one time. Hotel is very near the train station and there are plenty of bus stops that goes to the main attractions right outside. Walk about 5-10 minutes and there are plenty of good restaurants / cha sats to dine at. Overall I really enjoyed

The environment here is fantastic, and the facilities are all very well-equipped. The service is also excellent; every day, the staff greeted us with a smile and were very attentive. It's not too far from Disney, which is very convenient. And especially the hotel's view!!! It's absolutely stunning.

The kitchen was a lifesaver for cooking for my kids, and having a supermarket nearby was incredibly convenient. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance; I'll be back next time. The location is excellent, and the restaurants downstairs are also very good.

This was my first stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bedding was good, and it was quiet enough. However, getting the room took far too long; I didn't get it until 5:30 PM. The air conditioning system stopped working in the morning, and it took 30 minutes for the technician to arrive for repairs, which was a bit slow. The swimming pool was clean. For the main pool, children are required to wear life jackets, which is quite inconvenient for kids who already know how to swim, regardless of their age. Please consider changing this rule. Life jackets should only be required if a parent is not accompanying them.

I booked this hotel because I was going to a concert in Hung Hom. It was within 'walking distance,' but since it's hot during the day in summer, I'd recommend the subway. It's about 5-6 minutes to Tsim Sha Tsui East Station. However, I didn't realize Hong Kong concerts would go on so late into the night! Still buzzing with excitement, I took my time and ended up missing the last subway train... I walked back. I have to commend myself for choosing this hotel. If you go through the subway underpass and come out on the other side, then cross the footbridge, you'll reach it. Probably around 15-20 minutes? - When I arrived in the morning and wanted to store my luggage before checking into my room, they first had me complete the check-in process, and then the concierge took care of it. At that point, they didn't give me the key card (I couldn't enter the room). - When I returned after 3 PM, I joined the checked-in queue at the reception and got my key card. - The room was standard. The toilet and shower were separate, and since all I needed was a bed, a fridge, and a TV, it was very comfortable. The only minor inconvenience was that all the room lights couldn't be turned on/off with a single switch. - When I messed up the security box settings and couldn't open it, I reported it to the reception, and they immediately brought someone to open it for me... Very helpful. If there's another concert at the same venue, this will definitely be a strong contender for accommodation again! I was too busy to take photos of the clean room before using it... I usually take pictures of the shower and toilet too.

The hotel's location is right next to the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal, which is super convenient for concerts – it's literally just outside the door, and you can see the venue from your window. The MTR station is also very close, making it easy to get to Tsim Sha Tsui and Mong Kok. The room was clean and the soundproofing was excellent. The cleaning staff were exceptionally warm and polite. I'd definitely stay here again.

When choosing a hotel, I always check the bedding first because I have sensitive skin. I also prioritize transportation, location, and room cleanliness, and the Four Seasons Hotel satisfied all my expectations. The staff were friendly, the hotel pool had a great view, and the in-hotel restaurants and bar were also top-notch! The view from the room was also incredibly beautiful, making for a delightful trip. I was worried about the heat or typhoons since it was a July trip, but the weather was fantastic, and the fact that the IFC Mall is connected to the hotel made getting around easy, which made the trip even better. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Hotel! 👍👍👍

I had a 14-hour layover between flights and chose this hotel. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's a great hotel that's compact and offers excellent value for money. They do have a shuttle bus, but in the evening, it only runs every 30 minutes, so walking is definitely faster and more reliable. The route to the hotel is covered, so you don't have to worry about the weather, even on rainy days, and you can get there smoothly.

I chose this hotel over other options in Hong Kong Island and Kowloon, mainly for its excellent location. With kids, it's just two subway stops to Ocean Park, and The Peak Tram is only about a ten-minute walk through Hong Kong Park. The hotel also has direct access to Pacific Place and the MTR, making getting around incredibly convenient. While the facilities do show their age, the service here is absolutely top-notch. From the patient and friendly front desk staff during a late-night check-in to the thoughtful family-friendly amenities, it really adds to the emotional value of a family trip. Highly recommended for families!
