As an airport hotel, most guests are just passing through for a night. It's really inconvenient that breakfast only starts at 7 AM. I had to wolf down my meal in 15 minutes. They should really start breakfast by 6 or at least 6:30 AM. And for those with breakfast included, you even need to pre-order a sandwich if you can't make it to the main breakfast. Other than that, everything else is fine for an airport hotel; the shuttle to Tung Chung and the airport is quite convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything organized perfectly. The location was also very convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options every morning. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the excellent customer service throughout my stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality service.

Overall, it exceeded my expectations. For a price of 600+ in this location, it's quite good, especially since it includes breakfast and afternoon tea. This Ctrip voucher deal offered incredible value for money. It was Mother's Day on the day of check-in, and although there wasn't any special gesture, the sweet young lady at the front desk seemed to have upgraded my room. It was on a high floor and very quiet, with a spacious room and a large bed. The pillows were also very comfortable – excellent! 👌 First, the positives: The location is superb, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the afternoon tea is better than breakfast. Plus, the 30th floor was a pleasant surprise with drinks, coffee, and toys. Both adults and children were thrilled! On the first day, a toy lost a leg, and on the second day, we found that the hotel had replaced it with a new one – truly fantastic! 👍 Now, for the negatives: The breakfast really isn't worth it; I'd rather book a room-only rate and eat out, perhaps at Sister Hua. The restaurant seriously needs an overhaul, especially since it's on the first floor and the lighting isn't great, which spoiled the breakfast experience. Also, the TV in the room was exceptionally dim. With my aging eyes, I could barely see the screen, and I couldn't figure out how to adjust the brightness, so I barely watched it. Overall, the value for money is good, and the service is also quite decent. Keep up the good work!

Hotel near North Point and Quarry Bay,Hong Kong 1.4% of visitors choose this area
AAnonymous User 2026.04.23
I booked this hotel for a good price. I was coming from mainland China to Hong Kong on business, and I wanted somewhere quiet so I can wind down, but also somewhere with good access to public transport so I can get on the move easily. This hotel was in a good location, a couple hundred meters from the Quarry Bay station. There's a McDonald's and a few coffee shops nearby for a quick meal or breakfast. There is also a bridge by the sea where you can run, cycle or just take a walk. The issue is the old carpets and furniture in the hotel. The first room I booked online looked old in the photos, but what I was not expecting was how it smelled. It really smelled moldy and bad. I couldn't even stay there for a couple of minutes. I just went back to reception and asked them if they can give me another room, and they did, but the other room had the same issue. I sat there for 5 minutes rethinking my decision to book this hotel and thinking about what solutions I can come up with to find somewhere clean where I can sleep. Luckily I went back to reception and asked them to find me a newer room and I'm willing to pay the difference. They gave me one of the remodeled rooms on the top floor. Honestly I didn't have any problems with the hotel besides that. I was on the move so I didn't try any of the food. I can tell you that you have to pay for your own water. The price is not ridiculous at HK$5 per 370ml bottle, and the fact that the reception is 24h makes it acceptable. However in most hotels I go to I'm generally used to getting free water in the room so it was a bit of a surprise on the first day. The area is nice and the hotel is on King's Road, with access to the bus, the tram and a 30 second walk to Quarry Bay station as mentioned before. However, although the area is very well connected, if you are looking for a hotel where you can just walk downstairs and find things to do in the same area, this is not the hotel for you, but considering how well connected it is to all forms of transportation, just a 10 minute Subway ride will take you to Causeway Bay or Central or a little longer to go anywhere you would like in Hong Kong. The hotel staff is respectful, and the cleaning service was always good. I think this hotel can get a much higher score if they just remodel all their rooms or at least clean the carpets in them thoroughly.

Hotel near Hung Hom and Kowloon City,Hong Kong 1.8% of visitors choose this area

This hotel boasts an excellent location – it's right in the heart of Hung Hom, what I like to call the 'center of the universe.' There's a side entrance that leads directly into a mall, offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and even car shopping options. A skybridge connects the mall to PolyU, and nearby you'll find the Hong Kong Science Museum and Hong Kong Museum of History, making it super convenient for exploring. From the hotel's back exit, you can walk past the Hong Kong Coliseum and soon reach the trendy new hotspot, the Hung Hom Promenade. The hotel also provides multiple shuttle buses to Middle Road in Tsim Sha Tsui, and Hung Hom Station is conveniently located nearby. I booked a suite this time, and I wasn't aware of any specific benefits when I made the reservation. So, I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk staff, referring to a printout, informed me that it included a buffet breakfast for two, as well as afternoon tea and evening refreshments at the Executive Lounge. The room was quite clean and quiet at night. The kitchen facilities were very complete, perfect for anyone who wants to cook during their stay. The hotel's breakfast spread was quite extensive, featuring a variety of Chinese, Western, Japanese, and Indian dishes. It caters wonderfully to guests from different countries, ethnicities, and backgrounds worldwide. The Executive Lounge is conveniently located on the same floor as the suites. I visited twice, and the atmosphere was elegant with incredible sea views. Even better, you can step out onto the terrace to admire the stunning views of Victoria Harbour, which are equally beautiful day or night. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong.

1. New World Millennium Hong Kong | Floor-to-ceiling windows elevate the ambiance to another level 🌃 2. The free room upgrade was such a pleasant surprise, every photo by the window turns out amazing 📸 3. Staying in this ideal Tsim Sha Tsui spot, the room is so comfortable you won't want to leave. 4. Gazing out at Victoria Harbour from the window, the most beautiful and healing moment of my Hong Kong trip. 5. The service was incredibly warm, and both the room's aesthetic and comfort were top-notch. 6. This is *the* place to stay in Hong Kong, perfect for both photos and a great stay! ✨

Even though it wasn't a weekend or a holiday, the hotel upgraded me to a sea-view suite for free. The view was absolutely stunning, and the room was incredibly spacious. The only downside was that the room was really damp, which couldn't be helped. On a side note, the toothpaste quality was excellent, unlike the powdery taste you often get in mainland hotels. The lobby staff were very attentive, and the employee who handled my luggage storage was very dedicated.

Located in the old town, very close to Kai Tak Sports Park. The area downstairs has a strong local vibe, with a wet market and many repair shops, so finding places to eat is easy. The room size is quite generous for Hong Kong, and the view from the window is nice, you can even see Kai Tak. Overall, it offers good value for money. The complimentary hotel shuttle bus service to West Kowloon is a major plus, solving a lot of transportation issues.

The hotel is good. At great location, with spacious rooms and helpfull personnel. We enjoyed our stay and they accommodate most of the request. In all the negative reviews, the complaint is cleaningness and too worn out facilities. It is true. There are small things that the hotel could do, like renewing the sealant silicone in the bathrooms and clean better around the windows and the air ducts. Simple stuff. Don't expect it though and it shouldn't affect your decision to stay. The place is good. There were two things which were annoying to me, to affect the stay. First it was the non-option to stop the bathroom ventilation fan which was noisy and normally stops when you turn off the bathroom lights. Eitherway you have the A/C to ventilate the room. Second was that the bed frame was slightly smaller than the matress which made the mattress bend at the sides. It was like fitting a queen size mattress to a double bed size frame. I am adding picture of the items that caught my eye and are the main reasons for complaints but not to discourage people to book this hotel. The photos are mostly for the hotel to see and make small improvements which can improve the reviews. The photo of the messy bed is only for room reference and not a comment :) Thank you for the stay.

Hotels in Hong Kong are generally quite small, often only a little over ten square meters. This hotel is actually comparable to a Home Inn in mainland China, and the price is similar to a Home Inn or Hanting in downtown Shanghai. Given that hotels in Hong Kong are quite expensive, this one offers relatively good value for money in Central. So, if I were to rate it by that standard, I'd give it around 4 to 4.5 stars. My main reason for choosing this hotel was its excellent location. Bus 15 to Victoria Peak is just a short walk away. You can also take the A11 bus directly from the airport. Getting to Causeway Bay is just a few stops on the tram. For Stanley, both bus 260 and 6 go directly there. Mong Kok is also directly accessible by MTR. And for Central Pier, the Observation Wheel, and the Star Ferry, there are direct bus routes. The location is just fantastic, so convenient! The hotel provides disposable slippers, disposable toothbrushes, and even a universal adapter, which was a thoughtful touch (though I had brought my own). There were no disposable combs, however.

Bbb1979_2006I booked two adjoining double rooms. Though small, they had everything needed, and the hotel felt quite new and comfortable inside. It's located next to a highway, so there was some noise (rooms facing the small road on the opposite side would probably be quieter). I'd say the air conditioning unit was even louder. For breakfast, they offered one pastry and unlimited coffee refills. There was no bottled water in the room, and toiletries and slippers were not provided. It's about a 10-minute walk to Prince Edward MTR station. The value for money is much better than some of the older hotels.

BbeibeiloveseaComing to Hong Kong this time, I searched for many hotels on Trip.com, but most rooms were tiny and the facilities were outdated. I finally decided to stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong, and as soon as I entered, I was blown away by the sea-view room on the first floor with a large balcony! Stepping out, you're greeted by an endless expanse of clear blue sea – the view is absolutely stunning! 🌊 At night, I enjoyed the sea breeze on the balcony, watching the starry sky, eating fruit, and having drinks. It was so relaxing I didn't want to leave. Getting around from the hotel is super convenient; there's a free shuttle bus directly to the MTR station, making it easy to go shopping, explore, and try out all the amazing local food. The buffet breakfast was a bit simple, so don't have high expectations. Once you're near the MTR station, there are so many Hong Kong delicacies that you'll wish you had more stomachs to try them all. The hotel offers a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, with a healing sea view and excellent value for money. The experience was fantastic, and it's definitely on my must-stay list for my next visit to Hong Kong. I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserThis hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! For a price over HKD 1,000, I was expecting a tiny room in Hong Kong, but to my surprise, it was a suite. It had a living room with a sofa, coffee table, and dining table, and the bedroom had a super large bed. Plus, all the details in the bathroom were very clean. The hotel staff were very nice, and their Mandarin was good. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, where you could order one set meal, and all four I tried were delicious. You could even see parrots flying outside the window while having breakfast. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its convenient location. It's about two bus stops from Admiralty Station (or walkable, really), a 200-meter walk from the Peak Tram Macdonnell Road Station, and within walking distance of Hong Kong Park and Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens. Highly recommend!

MMIKOjinliyouRoom Environment: My 'premium room' with frosted, non-opening windows turned out to be a 'cemetery view room' or 'mountain view room,' right next to the Hong Kong Cemetery. It was surprisingly quiet though. I imagine a city view room might be a bit noisy since it's by an elevated highway. Cleanliness: Not great. I felt like the countertops weren't wiped down, there were water stains everywhere, and I even found a long hair from a previous guest on the wall. Facilities: Besides the disposable toiletries, they provide basic amenities like a fridge, hairdryer, makeup mirror, kettle, and even hand soap and body lotion. However, everything is quite old; even the plastic cups had scratches on the inside. On the bright side, there's a free pinball machine downstairs which was pretty fun. Service: The front desk staff were okay, and they spoke Mandarin which was helpful. You have to buy toiletries yourself from a vending machine downstairs, and there's no water dispenser in the room; you have to get water from one in the hallway. If your room is near the dispenser, you'll definitely hear people filling their bottles. Value for Money: If it were around 500 RMB, a cemetery view room would be great value. But I booked three weeks in advance for over 700 RMB, and it was non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and I couldn't even change the guest name. Then, closer to the May Day holiday, the price was practically cut in half! So, keep an eye on the pricing when you book.

XXiangshoulvtudexiaohaiFacilities: For a family-friendly hotel, the pool is perfect for toddlers and young children! There's also a small play area that costs HKD 110. Cleanliness: Very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Environment: Built by the sea and next to Ocean Park, the scenery is beautiful, and the sea view is top-notch. Service: We drove there, and overnight parking cost HKD 500, which is quite expensive. Aside from the front desk staff, who weren't great, the rest of the service was good.

GGuest UserAbsolutely loved our stay! The 45th-floor family level is such a unique feature, and we could even check in directly there. They gave the kids so many little gifts, and the view from our room was absolutely incredible, with a breathtaking panoramic of Victoria Harbour. Plus, the 'grab and go' healthy snacks were a fantastic touch, and the quality of all the food was really impressive. Highly recommend!

HHushenyuCleanliness: Decent, quite clean. Environment: Conveniently located at the Wan Chai Lee Tung Avenue exit. However, getting in and out of the hotel requires a bit of a walk as it's embedded within a shopping mall. The food street downstairs wasn't very lively. Service: The service was pretty good, though the pool closes at 6 PM, which is a bit early. I didn't get to experience it. Facilities: Honestly, it was ridiculous. There's a tiny sauna room, and five guys were squeezed into the dry sauna. The atmosphere was incredibly awkward, just unbelievable. Night view: Mostly obstructed, just barely acceptable. Breakfast: The vegetarian salad had too many vegetables and very little meat or cheese. No salmon was available, and they didn't provide disposable cups for coffee. That's a negative point. Overall, it doesn't quite live up to 5-star standards.

DDietmar KOur stay at W Hong Kong was nothing short of outstanding – and that's not only because of the breathtaking Victoria Harbour views, the stylish design, or the convenient location above the Elements shopping mall. The real difference was the exceptional service, especially from Alex, the Welcome Manager. From the moment we checked in, we felt truly welcome. Despite a fully booked hotel, Alex took plenty of time to explain everything, gave us excellent local recommendations, and made our request for a high-floor harbour-view room happen effortlessly. His warm, professional, yet relaxed attitude perfectly captures the modern luxury that the W brand promises. The room was immaculate, the famous W Bed was incredibly comfortable, the rooftop pool area was stunning, and the service at the bar was fantastic throughout our stay. Final verdict: Whether traveling for business or leisure, W Hong Kong comes highly recommended. And if you want something special – we hope Alex will be there to welcome you. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Alex, for an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back.
