Guest UserMy stay at this hotel was an unforgettable experience of warmth and professionalism. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, not only greeting every guest with a smile but also ensuring everyone felt right at home with their thoughtful and meticulous service. Whether it was handling check-ins or simply coming and going, they were always patient and enthusiastic, as if fulfilling each guest's needs was their top priority.
The hotel's facilities and environment were also a major highlight. From the exquisite decor in the lobby to the comfortable layout of the guest rooms, every detail showcased the hotel's commitment to quality. In the rooms, the spaciousness, soft bedding, high-definition TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi all elevated the guest experience to a new level.
This hotel not only earned praise for its service attitude but also excelled in its facilities, providing every guest with a comfortable, convenient, and pleasant lodging environment. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, it is an ideal choice for accommodation.

Guest UserThis hotel was the most pleasant surprise of our trip to Xi'an! We stayed in two other good hotels before this, but Ling Hotel was definitely the most delightful.
The hotel is located north of the old city and is a bit hidden, but taking the direct elevator to the 16th-floor lobby for check-in was an absolute revelation. The public areas are wonderfully designed, with great attention to detail and a high-quality feel!
The room details were also excellent. The sofa was very comfortable, and the TV was large, though the lighting was a bit dim. The LE LABO toiletries and Dyson hairdryer were definite bonuses.
But the biggest surprise was the hotel's rooftop observation deck and swimming pool. The observation deck offers a complete view of the Drum Tower and the central axis, and the pool view is also perfect, especially at night when it's lit up!
The most, most, MOST delightful thing was the small gift we received at check-out. They specially carved a small seal for my child! Even though we only stayed for one day, they managed to craft such an exquisite seal. This gift was truly thoughtful. Thank you to all the hotel staff! Thank you for your considerate service!
My only minor suggestion is that the breakfast and late-night snack options could be improved.

Anonymous UserHUAQING YUTANG Hotel can be considered one of the top hotels in China. Although it doesn't have a star rating, all its facilities and services exceed five-star standards. The service, rooms, dining, and views are all first-class 👏. The costumes, makeup, stage design, and lighting for 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' are incredibly beautiful and exquisite, and the performance is breathtaking❗️ Both the à la carte and buffet breakfast at the hotel are delicious and authentic. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of items, and most importantly, the quality is very high. My family loved it 😀. In the morning, you can enter Huaqing Palace directly from the hotel before other tourists arrive, making for a leisurely and pleasant visit. After exploring the park, you can head straight to breakfast – a perfect start to the day 😊. The hotel includes hot springs, including carbonic acid springs, which are very comfortable for soaking. There are also hot springs in the room, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak before a good night's sleep, which is very refreshing. Whether it was in the lobby, guest rooms, shuttle bus, restaurant, hot spring SPA, or with the doormen, every staff member we encountered was incredibly thoughtful and polite. They remembered guests, proactively identified our needs, and provided precise service, which deserves high praise 👍. The complimentary small gifts and welcome fruits were not perfunctory; they were all of high quality 👍. The hotel also provides a complimentary 'Jinghong' photo shoot where you can choose three free photos. The makeup, props, and follow-up photography were meticulously done, and the quality was excellent 👍. In summary, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you to every staff member. If I visit Huaqing Palace again, I will definitely choose to stay at HUAQING YUTANG Hotel, and I will recommend it to my friends 🌹🌹🌹.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is unbeatable! Right outside the entrance is a Metro Line 6 station, and Line 2 is at the same stop, making it super convenient for getting to and from the high-speed rail station. It's surrounded by various commercial areas, and the Bell and Drum Tower, City Wall, and Muslim Quarter are all within walking distance. The hygiene and facilities are also good, and the service is warm and thoughtful. Overall, it was a great travel experience.

For my trip to Xi'an, I stayed at the well-established and upscale Sheraton Hotel. While the decor has a bit of a vintage feel, the hotel is very well-maintained overall. The room cleanliness was exceptional; daily housekeeping was thorough, towels were changed promptly, and everything was spotless.
The hotel's facilities were comprehensive, and the service was particularly attentive and detailed. Requests like luggage assistance and room service were responded to very quickly, and the staff were all gentle and thoughtful. The surrounding area also offered convenient access to transportation and amenities. Overall, it provided great value for money. As a long-standing five-star hotel, its service standards are definitely up to par. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Xi'an.

ZhenniTennyListening to the rain outside while soaking in a warm tub indoors – it was incredibly stress-relieving! It's been raining so much lately, I felt like I was about to grow mold. This weekend, I finally got to experience the hot spring getaway I'd been dreaming of. As soon as I opened the door, I was amazed – the room had a beautiful Tang Dynasty-inspired elegance! Wooden window lattices, gauze curtains, a tea ceremony setup, and even the hot tub was tucked away behind bamboo screens. The best part? Outside, it was gently raining. I was soaking in my private, steamy hot spring, with the window cracked open. The cool air, carrying the sound of the rain, drifted in, chilling my face while my body was warm to the core. This is exactly what a rainy day should feel like! The pool water was genuine hot spring water, smooth and silky; my skin felt so much softer after soaking. The room also came with rose petals and aromatherapy scents. After soaking until I had a light sweat, I wrapped myself in a bathrobe and had a hot cup of tea. It felt like all the week's fatigue was washed away by the rain. I have to say, rainy day + private hot spring + ancient aesthetic = triple the healing! If you've been feeling cooped up by the rain lately, ladies, you really should try the joy of 'escaping into your own little world' like this.

Ordering takeout and having it delivered to my room by the hotel robot was super convenient. I added the customer service WeChat for easy communication. Anything small I needed, like a sewing kit, hangers, or A4 paper for my kids' homework, the hotel robot brought right up. When I requested an extra writing desk, customer service brought it immediately! The breakfast was abundant, a mix of Chinese and Western options. The surrounding area is great for exploring; just grab a bike and see all the sights.

Guest UserChoosing the UrCove by Hyatt for my trip to Xi'an was absolutely the right decision – it truly lives up to its Hyatt sub-brand reputation. When checking in, the two lovely ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful. They answered all my questions, meticulously arranged everything according to my requests left on Trip.com (even changing the welcome fruit to sugar-free cherry tomatoes as requested), and upgraded us to a deluxe room directly because of availability.
The lobby on the first floor is spacious, bright, and elegantly decorated. They offer complimentary drinks, and I was particularly happy to see lemon-cucumber water, which is perfect for us elderly folks with diabetes. The room itself was unexpectedly huge! The bedroom, bathroom, and shower room were all exceptionally spacious. The facilities and linens were brand new, and the bathroom amenities were high quality. There were plenty of charging outlets strategically placed to meet various needs. The electric curtains and smart mattress were a godsend for relieving travel fatigue – truly an excellent stay experience.
The hallway carpets and wallpaper were spotless, and the incredibly large elevator lobby on our floor was also tastefully decorated (it felt like the biggest elevator lobby I've ever seen in a hotel!). Even the cleaning staff on our floor were very polite, always greeting guests with a smile and a nod. In the evening, the coffee bar on the first floor offered complimentary eight-treasure porridge and small pickles.
Beyond all that, the hotel's location is truly exceptional. It's just a 7-minute walk to Beidajie Metro Station (from where you can take the subway directly to Xianyang Airport – it's convenient, less crowded, costs 8 yuan, and takes 1 hour and 25 minutes). Alternatively, you can take the airport shuttle (Zhonglou line) to the Bell Tower Hotel, which costs 25 yuan and takes 1 hour and 10 minutes (allow 1 hour and 20 minutes for the return trip). The surrounding snack streets (popular with both tourists and locals) are simply countless – Muslim Quarter, Xiyang Market, Sajinqiao – all within walking distance. You'll find all the popular, 'insta-famous' snacks there. Getting to attractions, the metro, buses, or shared bikes is incredibly convenient.
Next time I'm in Xi'an, I will definitely choose to stay at UrCove by Hyatt again. I highly, highly recommend it!

Javan TArriving weary and tired to be welcomed by lively, friendly locals having drinks by the roof terrace pool. This is not the welcome I expected to Xi’an at all! But it was very fun.
The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure I understood what was going on, and striving to make adjustments to my booking details where necessary.
The distance from the centre means much less traffic when travelling to and from the station or other sites - making the location very convenient.
The food and drinks by the roof terrace have a very wide selection, which is all delicious and comes with great service.
I would definitely stay again.
