Excellent stay! The room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location was perfect and convenient, with easy access to nearby places. The staff were friendly, helpful and provided great service throughout our stay. Facilities and amenities were also excellent. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I like the hotel. Can see nice scenery from the room. Room is clean, spacious & comfy. However, the location is a bit further than any other spots in Miri. Hotel can consider to improve breakfast buffer & service. I have added breakfast due to convenient to have it there since hotel is far from other places. But disappointed cause only few choices. Not even have eggs station & cereal. Food taste were average. Service were slow. We need to wait for food to be refilled.

Great experience for a night stay! Even though the hotel itself does not have breakfast but there are plenty of choices of restaurants around the area. We tried the chicken rice restaurant just right next to the hotel and it was so good! Size of our room was also quite spacious. The bathroom was fairly spacious as well with good water pressure. We requested for an iron & ironing board and they were fast to send it over to our room. Friendly and welcoming front desk receptionist and also the room service staff. Definitely a worthy stay especially if you’re only planning to check-in late and spending only a night in Miri. Highly recommended!

Great stay for a family Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and comfortable enough for 2 adults and 3 children under 10 years old. There was plenty of space for everyone to move around and the room was suitable for a family with young children. Everything was good overall and we enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the TV channels were quite limited and not very interesting. Other than that, everything was great and we were satisfied with our stay.

The unit where we stayed is clean, have a breathtaking full view of the sea. Miss Nisa is very helpful to inform me the unit that we supposed to stay according to my booking have problem with their air-conditioning. So she change it to another unit. We really enjoy staying at Bay Resort. We can brisk walk and sight seeing. There's a lot of Chinese restaurants nearby too. Its a great experience to us as this is our first time coming and staying in Miri. This place is recommended to travellers with families who loved beaches and love to listen to the sound of the waves.

I recently stayed at Miri Marriott Resort & Spa and had a pleasant experience. The beachfront setting and roomy accommodation created a calm and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The breakfast was fairly average. There was a decent spread that included basic hot dishes, eggs, pastries, bread, fruit, cereal, and a few local options, along with coffee and tea. While everything was acceptable and enough to start the day, the selection felt a little limited for a resort of this level, and there were no particularly memorable or premium items that stood out. It was perfectly fine overall, but it did not quite match the expectations one might have for a Marriott resort breakfast. Overall, it is a comfortable resort for a peaceful getaway, with lovely ocean views that add to the laid-back charm.

I add one more night for the same room. However the receptionist asked me to check out the current roim, and check in again huhu...they apologize later for the mistakes. Good enoughy

Just nice for a single or two travellers. Clean room and with enough facilities. Walking distance for food and malls and city center. Comfortable stay, will came again.

The hotel environment is quite good, and you can watch the sunset from the rooftop pool. There's also a gym. However, the room doesn't have a refrigerator, and there's only one stool, which isn't very convenient. The breakfast experience wasn't great when I went down around 9 AM; many items were empty and not refilled, even though they close at 10 AM. Still, it's acceptable since it's not too far from the city center. There are supermarkets and breakfast spots nearby downstairs, and it's also close to some restaurants and a supermarket. You can go to 99mart across the street for shopping.

I have no idea where the positive reviews about the cleanliness of this hotel came from. I've never stayed in such a dirty hotel before. Right after arrival, I found some kind of bug in the room, and the bathroom had a bathtub so filthy it was scary to even step into. It wasn't until the next day that we were moved to a different room, but that didn't help much. It was equally disgusting there. Dirty carpeting, plus there were tiny ants everywhere. Overall, the hotel is in dire need of a complete renovation. The walls haven't seen paint in probably 50 years. The only saving grace was the very kind and friendly staff and the excellent location.
