Pretty nice hotel. The rooms are nonsmoking but they can smoke in the hallway near the elevator. If smoking bothers you. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it.

The room was clean and well-maintained with complete facilities. The smart home system, controlled by Xiao Du, was incredibly thoughtful. The environment was quiet, tidy, and odor-free, and the service was excellent. I had a comfortable and relaxing stay! Highly recommend!

There is a direct subway from airport to hotel. Name of the subway is ZAOYUAN and walking distance from subway to hotel about 5mins walk. Hotel room is spacious and clean. There is a small gym and nearby there is a night market and supermarket about 12mins walk from hotel. Near to residential area, there are few restaurants and we found a nice Lanzhou Beef Noodle which is clean, friendly and good. FREE 24hrs airport pickup from nearby hotels to airport , we took the 5am ride and within 15mins reach airport.

The service was prompt and attentive, and the price was reasonable even during the Chinese New Year period. Staying at this hotel truly became a highlight of our trip. We stayed here with our family during the Chinese New Year, and every aspect of the design catered to both adult quality expectations and children's comfort. The location is excellent, directly facing the Millennium Plaza with a lake outside. The 'Big Corn' light show on Chinese New Year's Eve was magnificent and a delightful surprise for the kids. The room was spacious enough, providing ample play area for the children. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the cleaning was exceptionally thorough – every corner the kids touched was spotless, which gave us great peace of mind. The buffet restaurant's food was perfect for families, even thoughtfully preparing dishes that children love, with unlimited fresh fruit and desserts. The kids were always incredibly happy eating there. The Chinese New Year decorations were festive and full of childlike fun. The staff were incredibly patient. They confirmed our check-in time before arrival and prepared children's amenities. Upon departure, Chloe, a staff member, bid us a warm and polite farewell. From the thoughtful details and facilities to the dining and service, everything perfectly suited our family's travel needs. Staying here with kids during Chinese New Year was definitely a fantastic choice!

This hotel offers great value for money. It's an established five-star hotel with a grand and spacious Chinese garden-style architecture, boasting nice views. The rooms are very large; we booked a double room and even with two kids and an extra bed, there was still plenty of space. We had dinner at the first-floor restaurant, which had a wide selection of dishes, including local cuisine and Cantonese, all tasting great. What truly stood out was the service. Even before we checked in, the AC in our room was already on. Check-in was quick, and requests were attended to promptly. A special shout-out to Manager Zhang, who was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive. He anticipated our needs before we even thought of them, clearly explaining the hotel facilities and surrounding amenities. Since we had an early morning flight and wouldn't have time for breakfast, he thoughtfully arranged for the staff to pack breakfast for us to pick up at the front desk. A huge thank you for your dedication. The hotel is very close to the airport, and the airport shuttle was perfectly on time, making it an ideal choice for early morning flights. Just a small suggestion: the soundproofing of the room doors could be improved. During the day, we could hear conversations in the hallway and the sound of doors closing. However, once everyone rested, it became quiet. This might also be partly due to some guests speaking loudly or not closing doors gently. Perhaps earplugs could be offered or a quiet zone designated for guests with special needs.

The service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and the front desk staff were welcoming and efficient. We were pleasantly surprised by the room type; it was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the plush bedding ensured a perfect night's sleep. The breakfast was also generous and delicious, and the facilities were well-appointed and very convenient. Guest Room: Attention to Detail I stayed in a King Superior Room, approximately 30 square meters, with a well-thought-out layout: · Excellent bedding quality, with a mattress that was neither too soft nor too hard, providing an excellent sleep experience. · The workspace was equipped with an ergonomic office chair and a multi-port charging station. · The mini-fridge provided cold water. · The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, ample water pressure, and instant hot water. · Good soundproofing; I could barely hear any noise from the hallway or adjacent rooms. Dining and Facilities The breakfast selection was rich, with a good balance of Chinese and Western options. The freshly made noodles and the local specialty, 'Hulatang' (spicy soup), were particularly impressive (breakfast starts at 6:30 AM). Excellent Location The hotel is located near Zhengzhou East Station: · A 10-minute walk to the high-speed rail station. Areas for Improvement While the overall experience was good, there's still room for improvement: 1. The in-room Wi-Fi speed was a bit slow during peak hours. 2. There are no shopping facilities nearby, making it inconvenient for shopping.

Convenient near airport location. We needed a place to stay before taking a train in the morning. We got in late and needed to wash some clothes we put the clothes in the washer and in the morning they were dry and folded up waiting for us. We lovely a great breakfast and the rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Very great price for all the amenities.

Environment: The room was bright, quiet, and well-soundproofed. The bedding was comfortable, and everything was cleaned thoroughly. Amenities: They have a self-service laundry room and a gym, perfect for layovers or business travelers. Breakfast: Standard Express breakfast, with a good variety of options, including freshly cooked noodles and congee. Price: Nearly 600 RMB during the Spring Festival, including breakfast for two. For a chain brand, the value for money is excellent. Service: Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they even offered welcome drinks and proactively asked about our needs.
