GGuest UserThis is the only one hotel that is serving half board meaning breakfast and dinner is included, plus they throw in a tea break serving a piece of cake and tea/coffee during the afternoon from 3pm - 5pm. Since our arrival was after the dinner time, the hotel reception was so nice to kept us two cold plate - was delicious! As we arrived during the Easter weekend, many shops were closed. Hence it was good that we have dinner included at the hotel. Everywhere is within walking distance. Help yourself Coffee/tea are served all day long at the reception. In the late night, after we returned from aurora chasing around 2am, the doors are locked and manned by security, so it is quite safe. There is a sauna but I didnt have a chance to use it, staff are friendly and helpful.

GGuest UserThe room has a living room that is quite big, the living room has a sofa bed, the dining room kitchen is connected, and the kitchen has a dishwasher, which is quite good.
There is a supermarket seven or eight minutes walk away. It is very convenient to buy things and cook them by yourself.
The only downside is that if the living room wants to sleep, the curtain is not wide enough to block the lights outside, and it is a bit bright at night.

GGuest UserThe hotel is centrally located, just a 5-minute walk to the shopping street. There's a supermarket and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. It's also less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the cruise terminal. The rooms are well-equipped. The front desk is in a small room on the first floor and offers luggage storage until 8:50 PM if you need to pick it up the same day.

AAnonymous UserThe location is super convenient, right in front of the cathedral. Many day tours meet up downstairs, which is fantastic! The hotel breakfast was also very satisfying. I was so happy to see the Northern Lights in Tromsø! You can consider a day tour or just walk to the pier. As long as it's a sunny day with a high Aurora Index, you'll be fine!

DD13928****This hotel is great. The restaurant on the first floor offers 24-hour hot water, tea, and coffee. There's an elevator and free luggage storage. Our ferry was at 1 AM, and it's only a five or six-minute walk from the hotel to the pier. We were able to relax in the restaurant and have tea, which was a very thoughtful service from the hotel, and we really appreciate it. The airport shuttle stop is also conveniently close, about 200 meters away. The breakfast had a good variety of food, including salmon (though without soy sauce and wasabi, only olive oil...). However, the salmon seemed to be limited; once a plate was gone from the buffet, it wasn't refilled... I wonder if asking the kitchen would have gotten more!! 🤭🤭

GGuest UserBasic hotel but you have the essentials. It is clean very close to the main street where all the shops are located. The breakfast buffet is very simple but you have a little bit of everything. You always have tea or coffee available in the hall if you feel like it. They also have a parking service in the back, it is fair but it gives you the service, I used it and although it was an ice rink at least you know that your car is ok since parking on the street is mission impossible and everything is pay.

GGuest UserEl hotel está bastante alejado del centro de Tromsø. La parada de autobús para ir al aeropuerto está a 10 min. Parece poco pero si está nevando y llevas mucho equipaje hay que ir con tiempo porque las cuestas tienen hielo.
Cuando entras, es una maravilla. Han renovado las zonas comunes y es súper bonito.
Pero al entrar en nuestra habitación doble.... No estaba renovada. Es la habitación más pequeña en la que hemos estado en 8 días por la zona. La puerta no está en buenas condiciones. El baño parece de ”un hospital”. Para nuestro gusto la cama y las almohadas son incómodas. Las paredes de la habitación tampoco están en buen estado.
Cuando fuimos a desayunar parecía otro hotel. La cafetería con vistas panorámica era preciosa. Y el desayuno tipo buffet estaba muy rico.
Nos choca bastante la inmensa diferencia que hay entre las zonas comunes y la habitación.

EEddie LowOur best stay for the trip. The room is very big, clean and fully equipped. Good location, walking distance to the ferry terminal and 15 mins by bus to the airport. The bus stop is just the next street of the apartment. Shopping, groceries, eateries are all nearby. Lucky to see the northern light on the first night outside our apartment. Strongly recommend all to stay when you are in Tromso.

Ttsun hitsujiGreat hotel for it's price. Especially when tromso is such an expensive city. Like seriously expensive. The check in process was seamless and quite convenient. A passcode is sent to me prior to arriving and I just needed to key that in. Only problem was that the hotel was located on the top of a hill. So it was painful trying to get to it from city center.
