The hotel's overall performance was really hassle-free. While the facilities aren't luxurious, they are perfectly functional. The USB charging ports by the bed were especially convenient, and the hairdryer had plenty of power, so I didn't have to wait long to dry my hair after showering. The cleanliness was impeccable; the bedding felt crisp and soft, the bathroom's glass door was spotless with no water stains, the toilet was clean and odorless, and even the trash cans were tidied up very well. The environment was very pleasant, with a small garden downstairs for a simple stroll. The room's soundproofing was good, so I wasn't disturbed at night. The service was particularly thoughtful. I forgot my charger when checking in, and the front desk helped me find a compatible one to borrow. When cleaning the room, they even neatly arranged my water glasses. These little details really added to the experience. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town.

MM504437**** 2025.12.13
The five-star rating is for Zongzi (a staff member). They arranged for my luggage to arrive early, and the person who took over for me was excellent. On the downside, when checking out, there were a lot of staff members asking for good reviews. If a service is good, I'll naturally give one. For example, last time, they charged me 12 for the mini-bar and still asked for a good review, which I really didn't want to give. Otherwise, this time, I really felt like giving a 2-3 star rating. Some of the front desk staff I encountered this time were a bit lacking. It feels like the more I come, the less attention I receive. This time, I didn't get a room upgrade, though they did give me some fruit. If there's an empty room, they should definitely upgrade to improve the experience. For breakfast, if one portion is provided, it would be great if another could be offered for VIPs. None of the four of us went to eat. 1. There was an issue with the pillows in the room. I was too lazy to complain about it, but you can see in the video, there were hard lumps – I don't know what they were. If it weren't for Zongzi's excellent service, I would honestly consider giving a 2-3 star review. The Vianna next door is half your price, and their service was better when I went. But maybe it just depends on the person. 2. I overheard a department responsible for external car services – I don't know what it's called. This was a particularly unsatisfactory issue. They were complaining about a guest who parked to go upstairs to get something, saying that just because a guest spends a hundred yuan, they act like they're superior. To complain about guests when you're in the service industry – that's really not the standard you should have. Everyone has urgent matters sometimes. To speak ill of guests behind their backs, especially when you're supposed to be the best hotel in Jilin, is unacceptable. What's wrong with spending money? The hotel rooms aren't even worth this price; what you're paying for is the service. And then you talk behind our backs and nitpick.

I chose the hotel based on reviews, renovation date and location. I had little time - returning from another city in China, so everything matched for this place. The hotel is on the 3rd floor, below are retail premises. The entrance is not very noticeable. There seems to be a hall, but it looks more like a walk-through room. The room is large, clean, the equipment is new. New large TV. The shower is fenced off, the floor is stone, and there is a drain for water. The toilet seat is heated )))). The washbasin is located at the entrance. But there is no closet. Hanger. This is not very convenient, since there is no space to put things outside. All the linen is new and clean, the bed is large. The curtains open and close when entering and exiting the room. The view from the windows, both on one side and on the other, is not very good. Either a shopping street or a construction site, so the windows can only be opened at night. I have not tested how the air conditioner works. But in hot weather in this situation you can't do without it. Breakfast is not bad, you can find something to eat. I liked the hotel for my needs in general, but the price is obviously due to the location.

This hotel stay completely redefined my understanding of what a truly excellent accommodation should be! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm lighting and soothing music in the lobby immediately put me at ease. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional; check-in was super efficient, and they even proactively upgraded my room, which was a delightful surprise! The hotel also thoughtfully provided Type-C charging ports. The room itself was absolutely flawless: the bedding was incredibly soft, and with the blackout curtains drawn, it created a perfect sleeping environment. Even the bathroom was impressive, featuring a smart toilet and a large rainfall showerhead – every detail showcased thoughtful design and comfort. The hotel gym was equipped with brand-new machines. Breakfast offered such a vast selection that it was hard to choose, with everything from Chinese hot congee and fried dough sticks to Western pastries and coffee, truly catering to all tastes. The location is also superb, just a few minutes' walk from the nearest subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. This entire stay was absolutely perfect – a definite five-star experience! I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel again for my next trip.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right across the river from the Water Market and West Market. To the right, you'll find Yanji People's Park, and a short walk through the park brings you to the famous internet-famous wall at Yanbian University. From the moment we arrived, through check-in at the front desk, and even the restaurant service, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. We were especially impressed with the VIP manager's WeChat service; they even helped us arrange a private car tour, which made us very happy. The hotel rooms are quite spacious, clean, and tidy, and they even offer complimentary drinks and snacks. Breakfast was abundant and delicious; we had hot dishes for two days straight, and none were repeated. Plus, you can even watch the sunrise from the restaurant 🌅. This hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

My stay was just okay. First off, I was upgraded to a deluxe double business suite, but the entire suite only had two outlets, both in the corners of the room, and none by the bedside. I had to ask the staff for a power strip to charge anything. The fridge and water heater shared a single plug, meaning I could only use one appliance at a time, and the other just sat there as a decoration. In the bedroom, the TV cable dangling from under the vanity looked quite alarming, unsafe, and a real safety hazard. Also, the hygiene was seriously lacking. On our first day, we found a used toothbrush wrapped in the anti-slip mat, and during my shower, a used dental floss pick washed out from the base of the wall. This is just too unsanitary. Finally, for a 'deluxe business suite,' you'd expect some basic amenities, but the room was completely bare. It was so clean it didn't even look like a business suite. Pretty disappointing.

The hotel's location is great, convenient for getting anywhere, and taxi fares start at the minimum rate. The staff are very enthusiastic, and the breakfast for 18 yuan offers incredible value for money. The room is spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and there's a large sofa that can easily sleep an adult. They also have products at unbelievably fair prices. On the 13th floor, there's a restaurant, billiards, a gym, and even washing machines – something for both adults and kids to enjoy.

This stay was a wonderful surprise! The entire process, from booking to check-out, was incredibly smooth. The front desk staff, Pang Ying, was efficient and professional during check-in. The room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. All of the hotel's facilities, such as the gym and restaurant, were also very well-maintained. Most importantly, every single staff member had a smile on their face.

Room facilities: Everything was well-appointed, and watching the snowflakes fall from the balcony was incredibly picturesque. Value for money: This Hilton hotel was the most worthwhile booking of my Changbaishan trip. The package included hot spring and skiing tickets, both of which were very practical and made the entire trip incredibly fulfilling. Breakfast: There was a good variety of options, more than enough for us women with smaller appetites. Bed: Very comfortable, just the right firmness. Restaurant: On the first day, we had Korean BBQ at the hotel. The dishes were exquisite; it didn't look like much, but two of us ate until we were stuffed. Location and transport: The location is excellent, very close to the entrance of the North Slope scenic area. Service: What deserves the most praise is the hotel's truly outstanding service. They meticulously arranged transportation for us to every attraction, which was incredibly thoughtful. Every staff member was enthusiastic, helpful, and answered all our questions, making us feel like old friends. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests for a room upgrade and late check-out. Next time I come to Changbaishan, I must stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton again.

The Grand Hyatt Changchun is probably the best hotel in Changchun. First, my complaints: Honestly, the design is illogical. The driveway from the car entrance/exit to the lobby is a tiny, U-shaped hairpin turn! The public area of the lobby has no sofas, so a bunch of people were standing around waiting to check in! The underground parking garage is practically for expert drivers only! It was the National Day holiday, and we booked two king rooms. One room's key card was ready at 3 PM, but the other wasn't available until 5 PM. Last year during the National Day holiday, the InterContinental Taiyuan's efficiency was far, far better than the Grand Hyatt Changchun. Now, for the praise: The decor is very new, the rooms are spacious, and having the toilet and shower separate is a huge plus. The facilities are also very new, and the bedding meets Grand Hyatt's high standards. When they couldn't free up a room, they upgraded us. A senior manager in the lobby, who spoke fluent Cantonese, was excellent at communicating and managing the situation. Her attitude was very good, and she handled issues promptly. I hope the hotel can improve its service efficiency and optimize processes like check-in, public areas, and luggage service. Ultimately, if you come to Changchun, I still recommend staying at the Grand Hyatt Changchun. It's centrally located, and the facilities are great. I give it five stars. However, try to avoid coming during holidays; your experience might be better on weekdays.

GGuest UserWhat a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

VVincent WKCBeyond Five Stars: Sheraton Changbaishan & Manager Xiao Xie Turn Hiccups into Hospitality Highlights Our family holiday at the Sheraton Changbaishan was transformed from a great ski trip into an unforgettable story of genuine human kindness, thanks entirely to Front Desk Manager Xiao Xie. His service didn't just meet expectations; it redefined them. From Late-Night Arrival to Instant Support Arriving on the late Spring Airlines 9C7751 flight at 21:21, we were weary travelers. Xiao Xie, on his night shift, welcomed us with calm efficiency. He masterfully explained our extensive 6-night package—daily skiing, hot springs, water park access, and shuttle service—making it all instantly clear. The Heart of Hospitality: Personal Intervention What sets Xiao Xie apart was his proactive help when small obstacles arose. He didn't just give directions; he provided solutions: 1. WeChat Pay Hiccup: When we couldn't access a convenient unmanned shop due to a mobile payment issue, Xiao Xie didn't hesitate. He stepped in and paid for our items first, trusting us to settle it later. This act of personal trust and immediate problem-solving was astounding. 2. Power Bank Rescue: Realizing we needed a portable charger, he seamlessly assisted with the rental process, ensuring we stayed connected. 3. Hot Springs Ticket Resolution: When there was a minor glitch redeeming our included Hanna Hot Springs tickets, he took personal ownership. He didn't just make a call; he followed through until the issue was resolved and we gained entry, preserving our evening of relaxation. 4. Local Guide: Beyond the resort, he offered fantastic recommendations for local eateries, leading us to some of our best meals during the trip. A Testament to Exceptional Service Xiao Xie operated with a philosophy that no guest concern was too small. His assistance during the night shift was particularly valuable, providing a constant, reliable point of contact. He embodies the true spirit of hospitality—anticipating needs, solving problems with grace, and investing personally in the guest experience. The Verdict The Sheraton Changbaishan offers a fantastic product: a seamless booking, incredibly valuable ski/activity package, and comfortable amenities. But Xiao Xie is the soul of the place. He turned potential frustrations into memorable demonstrations of care. Thank you, Xiao Xie, for your exceptional kindness and professionalism. You didn't just manage the front desk; you managed our entire experience, making it perfect. We will return, in no small part because of the service culture you exemplify. Highest possible recommendation. This hotel and its staff, led by individuals like Xiao Xie, deliver not just a stay, but a truly worry-free and heartwarming holiday.

GGuest UserUnlimited access to the semi-mountain forest hot springs for 2 adults and 1 child: The hot springs are both indoors and outdoors. Going early in the morning will reduce the crowds, and the outdoor hot springs, nestled among trees, are a pleasant experience. [Note: The following appears to be unrelated and should likely be omitted.] VIP access to the Changbai Mountain North Scenic Area (tickets must be purchased 7 days in advance). We stayed at this hotel primarily for the VIP privileges, as it's very close to the scenic area. We took the bus up the mountain at 9:00 AM, queued for tickets, and arrived at the main peak by 10:00 AM!

2206219****Exceeded my expectations! As someone who rarely stays in guesthouses, this place completely changed my perception of them. It truly lives up to the Huazhu brand, with both its facilities and service rivalling five-star hotels. First off, it was incredibly clean. The hotel facilities felt new, and everything was spotless, not a single stain anywhere. Secondly, it was comfortable. The mattress and bedding were just like what you'd find in a five-star hotel. Thirdly, it felt very welcoming. From the handsome guy who picked us up at the entrance to the lovely young lady at the front desk, and even the cleaning auntie, everyone was warm and patient. Bottled water was also unlimited. Fourthly, it had style. This hotel has a real sense of character. From the room layout to the furniture and decorative pieces, every detail was tastefully done. Lastly, it was convenient. The hotel is located right inside the Enduri Scenic Area. A short walk out the back gate leads directly to the North Gate of Enduri. Transportation and dining options are excellent. Downstairs, there's Bawang Chaji, a burger joint, and Xingyi Tofu. It's a shame my stay was so short, only one night. Next time I'm in Erdaobaihe, I'll definitely be booking this place again.

QQingqingwindyThe hotel offers a dedicated shuttle service from the high-speed rail station, which is very convenient. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and luxurious. I stayed in Building 3, and breakfast was right downstairs. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious. The hot springs are great, with both indoor and outdoor options, so you don't have to worry about the cold. My skin felt very smooth after a soak. The ski resort is also excellent. Ski instructors at the resort are hundreds of yuan more expensive than those selling tickets directly. It's worth comparing prices first. The ski gear rental offered by the hotel costs 100 yuan, so consider if that's a good deal for you. The hotel also provides a 'green channel' to Changbai Mountain, which is not only convenient but also saved some money – truly fantastic! Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel.

MM449380****The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the staff are warm and patient. You can enjoy the hot springs; although there aren't many pools, soaking in them is very comfortable. The transportation is also convenient, with the Meiren Song Scenic Area right across the street, and it's not far from the Rime Rafting. It's a 10-minute taxi ride to the Edelweiss Camp, which has a small reindeer park. The entrance fee is cheap and includes a portion of food to feed the elk and sika deer. There's a snowman at the hotel entrance, and I don't know who built it, but it's wearing a scarf and a hat – very pretty! Overall, it offers good value for money.

JJongaI recently stayed at Hanting Hotel during my trip to [insert city]. While the hotel provided me with a comfortable stay, there were a few aspects that left something to be desired. Firstly, Hanting Hotel's location was superb. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible to popular attractions and public transportation. This was a major plus point for me, as I could explore the city effortlessly. Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby exuded a modern and clean atmosphere, which was quite welcoming. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures were commendable, ensuring a safe environment for all guests. My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly. The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience. In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort. One aspect that stood out during my stay was the hotel's breakfast. The buffet offered a variety of dishes, catering to both local and international palates. The food was delicious, fresh, and served with a friendly smile from the staff. Overall, Hanting Hotel offered a decent stay with its convenient location, friendly staff, and tasty breakfast. However, improvements in sound insulation, room cleanliness, and inclusion of additional room amenities would greatly enhance the overall experience.
