It’s an old hotel, but clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The choices for breakfast was fantastic. Although I have to pay extra for my little niece. Downside was the pool was join with other hotel and it got too crowded.
Lovely experience in the lush forest with loads of nearby attractions and places to walk and explore. We enjoyed the cabin that was really cool. It felt a bit rubbish that you had to pay for every little thing. And we didn't like how you couldn't just buy water from the reception when you needed more (despite providing it daily). We did the campfire with marshmallows which was fun, the waterfall is beautiful and you can swim in it!
We also didn't like that, as foreigners we had to pay an extra 120k for both of us to enter the area, it should really be included in the cost.
Been my whislist and finally got here. Superb design and hospitality. And got free voucher of photo by professional hotel photographer as souvenir. Welcome drink and snack also good. Including prayer amenities in every room.
Possibly this hotel had been expecting more guests in the past but the pandemi had made their ability to maintain its standard a bit more difficult to achieve
its nice to stay here with my family, the hotel is good for children
the seafood in hotel so tasty and affordable for the price.thank you dwangsa lorin..
Only because of the location of the hotel to the point of the photos of Borobodur and the valley. Pricing is inadequate. If on the peak day you paid a luxury with the possibility of free cancellation or change the date of arrival, then even if you change the date in which there is no loading and the price is three times lower, then prepare to pay another third of the value of the usual price... breakfast in the form of Swedish Don't wait for the table either... such a financial approach is very disappointing. Food in the restaurant is quite edible, pleasant swimming pool, friendly staff. If you want to get on the morning photo of Borobodur, you can boldly choose a more budget option even if it is a little further.
3 star hotel but budget price. Room cleanliness is quite good. Executive room with city view. Superior room has no window. Choose executive smoking room. On the 4th floor it is good. In room 418 the water drain is slow and the deposit box cannot be used. The refrigerator is still cold. Breakfast menu choices are good.
The Executive Room had a decent layout. What truly stood out was the bedding – it was the cleanest I've encountered in all my stays in Indonesian hotels. Plus, if you're not satisfied, they're happy to change it for you.
It's been wonderful staying here, but the hotel itself needs to be renovated. The staffs were nice and kindly provide many great information about the city.

Very Good
DDr. Ong SoetantoI do not think I would choose to stay at this hotel again if I return to Semarang.
From the moment I arrived, the experience was already disappointing. I asked the staff for a prayer mat and they told me the hotel had them available, but no one ever came back to provide one. If a hotel confirms that something is available, it should be delivered to the guest properly. Small things like this reflect the level of professionalism and attention to guests.
Another issue was during sahur or the early breakfast. I came down to level 5 around 3.30 am and many items were already almost finished, including the rice. I informed the service staff that the rice had run out and needed to be refilled, but nothing was done. Eventually I just took other items such as nasi goreng and whatever was left. The breakfast selection itself was also very basic with very limited variation.
Considering that it is the Ramadan month, I believe the hotel should prepare much better for sahur service. Guests wake up very early specifically for this meal, so food availability and proper staffing are important. During that time I only saw one staff member handling everything, which made the situation even more difficult.
The location of the hotel is actually quite good. It is within walking distance of many trendy cafes and there are plenty of street food options around that stay open late into the night. For guests who enjoy exploring the food scene or hanging out in nearby cafes, the area is convenient.
The front desk service was acceptable, but overall the hospitality experience felt quite standard. Personally, it did not reflect the warm and attentive hospitality that people usually associate with Java.
I did not take any photos during my stay because honestly my mood was not very good after experiencing these issues.
I hope the hotel management can take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of service, especially during Ramadan when guest needs are quite specific. Thank you.
GGuest UserAbrikri Village has provided excellent services during our stay in Dieng, Wonosobo.
Starting from the pre-departure service when the staff member contacted me personally to assist our reservation for 16 people— especially when I asked their assistance to arrange our breakfast mode to be made at 2AM due to our specific agenda. When we have arrived at the Abriki Village, they were very responsive in accommodating our reservation by making the check-in process hazzle-free. The staff members were also really acommodating our needs, showcasing a true-identity of Javanese welcoming services.
The Villa is actually even BETTER than the pictures. The rooms are very clean and spacious, especially the Three-Bedroom Villa and the Two-Bedroom Villa. The in-room and out-room facilities work properly without any issues. Our family also had no issues on the wifi provided as it can be accessed in all the area of the Villa.
As for the breakfast, even though the breakfast menu are quite standard as it serves the basic Indonesian buffet style, yet our family really enjoyed the food and beverages provided.
The location for the Villa is also convenient as it’s located 5 minutes from Alun-alun of Wonosobo City and 40-50 minutes to reach Puncak Sikunir Dieng.
For me personally, this villa deserves a 5-star due to its excellent services, facilities, and locations.
However, there are still rooms of improvement, such as additional services like Netflix for each room, more varieties of breakfast option, and the balcony/terrace of 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom villa’s entrance that should have a roof that would cover us from the rain when entering the villa.
Nevertheless, if I had chance to go back to Dieng, Wonosobo, I would CERTAINLY BE DELIGHTED to stay again at the Abriki Village again. That’s for sure.
Thank you Abriki Village and Trip.com for making our holiday season unforgettable.
ZZyzyhassimGood stayed , Good Breakfast, friendly staff & near to Solo's wisata places. Securely kept our luggage at the hotel storage room after check out. Will come back here again if in Solo. We had good dinner at Pendopo Yoso by FIM with their signature Nasi Goreng Sultan. 👍👍👍⭐️
DDr. Ong SoetantoThe room is very small, but it's fine for a short stay. They do have a common area with free tea and coffee, which is a nice touch. However, what I didn’t like was the number of staff present during breakfast. It felt like they were watching what we ate too closely, which made me uncomfortable—almost as if they thought we were going to steal something. It would be better if guests were made to feel more relaxed and trusted.
GGuest UserI've stayed here twice already... it's comfortable, clean, the food is delicious, and it's artistically designed near the Laweyan batik village. The service is excellent. All the staff are friendly and helpful, from front office, cleaning, restaurant, bakery, doorman, security, and parking – everything is really good. It's a shame that the unique cafe near the hotel was closed during this long Eid holiday. If you want more dining options, head towards Solo.
SSONY COSRINI have ever stayed several months ago but last night due to extreme weather I were late arrival a day behind . Maybe wants to upgrade my next week stay .
