Excellent hotel, Great helpful staff. The only thing negative I can say , the room was very small, I'm sure they have bigger rooms, maybe I did not notice the room size when I booked. Breakfast was excellent, even though we were late after 9 AM which we did not realize that in Japan most of the places breakfast ends at 9AM, not like in USA 10AM The location is the best, right next to the River and walking distance to the Gondola the Ferris wheel. The view from the breakfast room is awesome, over looking all the gorgeous beauty. Enjoy Yokohama. I loved this City.

I think it is based on the person, but if you walk from the east exit of JR Yokohama station to Nissan headquarters building, it is a hotel in another block, so there is a choice here if it is not painful to walk. 1F Enter the hotel entrance and the front desk is 9F so it is in the elevator. Check-in is paperless with automatic check-in machine. Check-out is at the counter. 10F On the above room floor, the security elevator that doesn't move if the card key is not swallowed. This room is room 1312 on the 13th floor. Room on the side of Minato Mirai Boulevard. The view from the room is Shiseido, Keifuku headquarters building, Minato Mirai Boulevard, bay quarter, etc. 43 inch Sony 4KTV has a button that can access hulu, NETFLIX, U-NEXT, AbemaTV, YouTube from the remote control. If you have registered guests in each service except Abema and YouTube, you can watch it. The lighting in the room is a little dark only by downlight. The room and unit bus are large enough (^ o ^) v hand soap is Laura Ashley. Body soap is Steven ･ nor. Amenities are also necessary for toothbrushes and shaver. There is a humid air purifier, a hot pot, and a refrigerator. There are coffee and Sencha amenities. There is a small moon object in the room. The bed was large and I could sleep well.

You can find a 7-11 on the ground floor, next to the elevators, while a direct link to the Prince PePe shopping center leads you to some eateries and a supermarket. It appears to be mostly frequented by business folk, at least when we visited in late November. Checking in was a smooth process with the friendly, English-speaking concierge. You'll want to grab some amenities such as washcloths, cotton pads, and shaving cream before taking the long elevator ride up to your room. We had a nice view overlooking the city seeing how we were past the 30th floor, though said view gets better once you head to the top for teppanyaki or the lovely lounge. Visit the latter at dusk to soak in the panoramic sight and count passing trains while you sip on house cocktails and savor their beef tagliata. Or maybe treat yourself to a dram of Hibiki 25 -- you deserve it. The double room is more business than leisure, though clean and comfortable enough to relax in after a long day out. There's a safe and a mini-fridge, as well as an air-conditioning remote mounted on the wall, and a room control panel by the bedside. There's also a table right by the TV that could pass as a work desk (with accompanying chair) if needed, though I much prefer the sofa by the windows so I can ruminate on my choices while at the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum. I should also mention that the housekeeping staff are incredibly warm and friendly should you cross paths. It's these little things that make a stay enjoyable, you know? Excellent value and a definite return should Yokohama ever be on the itinerary again.

Location is excellent. 3 mins walk to JR station. The family mart is just at the entrance. I'm impressed that you can even borrow a hair straightener and then return ik a box at the same place. Staff are super polite and helpful. Highly recommended!

Although we were only here for the night I enjoyed the available amenities and the river view. The closeness to the airport made it for us as we had a 13hrs lay over and decided to spend the night here rather than at the airport.

The location of this hotel is really good. Just 10 minutes from Shin-Yokohama Station. Also around the hotel there are many shops and restaurants. 15 minutes walking there is the Yokohama Stadium. The service is just amazing. Very polite and kind all the time. I even could do the check in before the time. Also can wash your clothes for a cheap price. Smoking area in the second floor. Room not big but not small neither. Very comfortable and cozy for one person. I really recommend this hotel. Also can exchange money and buy a SIM card for your phone. If you don’t know how to do it, they will help you.

Booked the hotel room during festive season and was charged 190usd for the room. Room furniture and equipment are old and seem to be at least 20 years old. Room felt cold even with centralised heater on and wifi connection was unstable. There was also brown stain (coffee?) on the day curtain and the night curtain could not be closed completely. Would recommend that one source for other hotels in the vicinity (many) and likely could find a better option out there.

Used for a single trip to Kamakura (one week difference in ofuna, stay at [Aitetsu ﾌﾚｯｻｲﾝ Kamakura ofuna East Exit]). There are two types of rooms for one person [ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ (16m2 ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ width 140cm), ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙ (19.5m2 ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ width 160cm)], and ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙ (19.5m2) are 2 ﾀｲﾌﾟ ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙ A (main building) We used the accommodation. Opened in April 2002, December 2017, ﾘﾆｭｰｱﾙ was made in the room & ﾛﾋﾞｰ, so when I stepped into ﾛﾋﾞｰ, I didn't feel old at all, but there was no step in the room ﾊﾞｽﾙｰﾑ. I did ﾁｮｯﾄ ﾋﾞｯｸﾘ. ﾘﾆｭｰｱﾙ ｵｰﾌﾟﾝ ﾎﾃﾙ Most of the rooms are beautifully decorated, but ﾊﾞｽﾙｰﾑ is mostly a step. ｱﾒﾆﾃｲ is ﾛﾋﾞｰ and takes what you need by yourself ﾀｲﾌﾟ, but since there is a small bag with ｱﾒﾆﾃｲ, it is very convenient to bring it back to the room. I have a good feeling in the sense of preventing forgetting did. I don't know ﾃﾞｽｸ in the ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ (16m2) room, but ﾃﾞｽｸ in the ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙ (19.5m2) room is large enough and recommended if used in ﾋﾞｼﾞﾈｽ. There are two types of rooms in ﾌﾟﾗﾝ and ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙ, but ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙ A: Main Building, ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙ B: New Building. Breakfast is ﾀｲﾌﾟ to choose from 7 types of ﾒｲﾝﾒﾆｭｰ (see attached photo). Considering the recent new ｺﾛﾅｳｲﾙｽ infection prevention, I think it is a ﾍﾞﾀｰ method.

This hotel was only built three years ago. It is conveniently located near Yokohama station close to the shopping mall and restaurants. Upon arrival at the lobby, I noticed that they have a stall of toiletries, from comb, hair band & pins, shower caps, cotton buds, cotton pads, and a wide variety of bath salts to choose from, and a coffee dispenser open 24/7 free for all the staying guests. The room is so clean, modernly designed. The bed is comfy, the bathroom is awesome! Even if the room is quite small, it is good, not to mention I only paid ¥4,000 for a one night stay. I really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely come back to this hotel when I am in Yokohama. Indeed, a M-emorable E-xperience T-o S-tay.

This hotel is conveniently located near Chinatown, making it ideal for a half-day visit there, with another half-day available for sightseeing in the city. The hotel is clean, and the room sizes are reasonable for the price. It comes highly recommended for a transitional stay.

I love the location of this hotel, which is right above Shin-Yokohama station and on the 10th floor of a mall which houses usual popular stores like Uniqlo and Gu. Souvenir/food stores are in the mall and train station too. It also has a gym although I didn’t go check it out. There’s also a guest lounge for free coffee/tea/juices and newspapers which you can enjoy on the 12th floor. And this lounge has a nice view too of the streets below. Staff are friendly and helpful, although many are not proficient in English. I’m All in, I would stay here if I visit Yokohama again. I would also recommend this place to others (which I did!)

いつも親切丁寧な対応をしていただきありがとうございます。このホテルはオープン当時から利用させていただいております。今回、ゴキブリを見かけました。初めての経験です。追いつめて処分しましたが、１匹いるとその３０倍はいると聞いたことがあります。当然、ホテルですから部屋内で飲み食いをしますので、ゴキブリがいても不思議ではありません。多々お願いしたいのは、駆除の方法があるかと思いますので、対策をお願いいたします。また、仕事上、全国あちこちで年間70～80泊程度しています。どこのホテルも共通して言えることですが、価格が20％程度上昇していて、利用者としては金額的に辛いのが現状です。

As a city hotel, it is nearly perfect. Could not find anything to complain. Staffs are nice and helpful, helping a lot on our luggage and transportation. Appreciated.

The hotel is very close to Kawasaki Stn. The property is clean and staff friendly and helpful. Check In is self serve with machine. Easy process. Lots of toiletries etc close to check in desk. Breakfast was ok but staff must have had a bad night.

This hotel provides good service, clean rooms and wonderful breakfast. Especially, you can get free drip-coffee in the front desk. I suggest you all must choose Daiwa Roynet Hotels.

Nearby so many restaurants and shopping areas. 5 minutes walk to station and one stop from Shinagawa. Reception staff’s friendly. Service is good. I arrived hotel early in the morning and check in time is 3pm. I left luggage with the hotel. When returned in the afternoon, luggage already in the room. Good price for this kind of outstanding service. Will stay next time.

Consistent with JR East hotel style, the location is very convenient near the station. There are many large shopping malls, shopping streets, and underground streets nearby. The location is ideal. The room is clean and tidy, and there is enough space to open the suitcase in a single room. On the downside, when the weather is cold, the hotel may control the indoor temperature. Passengers who are afraid of heat may need to borrow a hair dryer from the hotel. In addition, the hotel does not have a hair dryer. Coin type washing machine.

Even though it is a three stars hotel but I felt that it has way exceeded my expectations. I was afraid that the public facilities such as the onsen and eating area will not be maintained well but they were really clean. Nothing to complain about the room, it looks new and tidy. Other than the perks of having late night snacks, there are also reading corners, massage chairs and laundry (+dryer) machines. It is worth to at least try the breakfast for one day, the spread was extensive! Location wise, it is really convenient. It's just a few mins walk to the main streets and there is a direct train station to Haneda Airport.

Nice staff. Nice environment. The hotel provides daily cleaning and front desk services with a lot of other self services. Guests are mainly Japanese locals. There’s a terrance and a mini pantry on the top floor of the building for the guests to use 24hrs a day. 房间很小，对于出行好几天的旅客而言不太方便，因为几乎没有任何收纳空间。如果酒店能利用墙上的空间做一些收纳平台就好了。前台和客房人员兼职打工的孩子比较多，英语日语都能顺利沟通。只有一个小哥是中国人，但他也不是常常在。人员服务各项都很好，卫生也无可挑剔。

It is a business hotel located about 5 minutes walk from Kawasaki Station West Exit. It was about 7500 yen for a single night stay. There is an entrance behind the building and you feel quite old. It felt like an old one-room condominium, and the elevator, front desk and room were quite old. The room facilities are as substantial as other rib max, including TV, refrigerator, desk, stand, microwave oven, gas stand, pot, extension code, outlets, etc. The amenities were only toothbrush in the room, and there was a razor, cotton swab, and kushi at the front desk. There is also a coin laundry next to the front desk. The key to the room is a password, so it was good that there was no time to leave the key when going out. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel, and I don't think there is any trouble with eating. As a pity, the toilet is quite dirty and not cleaned very much, the wall is abnormally thin, the sound of opening the door of the next room is echoed, and the air conditioning is roaring However, since the location is good, I think it is good to consider the use when you want to hold the accommodation fee or when you just sleep.

It was a wonderful 1 night trip tom Tokyo. Went by car, about 2 hours easy, relaxing drive. The hotel has car park, safety box at reception area, yukata (for room and bath use). Amenities by Pola cosmetics brand, very nice. Room slipper and hotel ground slipper. An own sock might be nice if you don't like the sticky feel. There is bath tub in room also although the onsen is far more wonderful experience. Locker within, hair dryer, water for drink. Basket is available in room for bathing purpose, where change and other stuff can be put in. The whole basket can be locked inside provided locker in bathing area. A code to unlock entrance door will be provided upon check in. Dinner (1 hour) and breakfast (50 minutes) were fabulous and plenty of choices. There is time limit and I suppose to discourage chatting during meal time. A can of drink is presented after finishing dinner. A bento palate is provided to some takeout if needed. There is a gift shop area at lobby too. (Will post photos later.)

This hotel is a bit hard to reach by public transport. There is a bus that stops closeby, but there is also a train, however, after that you have to walk for 20 minutes and the road can be quite steep in some parts. In the vicinity, there are some convenience stores and restaurants. The town of Hakone is beautiful and located close to mount Fuji. We had a lovely ryokan-style suite with twin beds. Everything was very clean and comfortable, including the pillows. Breakfast is buffet-style and offers both European and Asian food. There are both a public onsen and a private one. Staff is very friendly and speaks English very well.

I stayed here for one night with two meals. The room was about 10 tatami mats in size and had a bath and toilet in the room. This accommodation does not have a large public bath, but you can use the large public bath at the hot spring facility next door. It is available until 11pm at night and from 6am to 9am in the morning. Unfortunately, it rained and the connecting corridor got wet and slippery in slippers, but the hot spring facility has massage machines, manga and games that you can enjoy for free, and although there is only one heated bathtub at the washing area, there are plenty of open-air baths. However, the sauna is only open until 10pm, and when I went in around 9:30pm, the lukewarm temperature was not even 80 degrees Celsius, which was not enough. The food was very delicious both in the evening and in the morning. My companion said, ”The water here is delicious,” and asked for about four refills. It is further back than Hotel Okada, and the road is very winding and difficult to understand, making it difficult to drive. Please be careful on the way.

　I stayed on January ５ day as last year. The room is a low-rise room as usual. The lower floors can see the moon, stars and the rising sun through the leaves of the garden tree 々. Our Japan Tour had booked us into this excellent hotel in Hakone- it was an excellent choice! We got a spacious room with 2 twin beds, a large bathroom, and a traditional Japanese sitting area with large windows to look out at thr snow falling! Service was spot on, and the room was kept spotless all the time. They have public and private Hot Spring baths. Breakfast was quite OK. But it was the catered dinner tha5 was out of this world! You have to see the attached pictures. The hotel was recently remodeled, thus everything was quite nice.

The view from the open-air bath and the feeling of liberation are very pleasant. Especially in summer, it is best to take a nap in a mist shower with a little cool feeling while basking in the sun. Care for the misplacement of cars during narrow and crowded times.

I visited for a walk in the morning at the location adjacent to Hakone Shrine. Lots of green. A promenade full of flowers. A promenade on the shore of the lake. You can see Mt. Fuji beautifully, and you can also see pirate ships passing through Lake Ashino. The silence as if time had stopped. The chirping of small birds is comfortable. I was surprised to stay at a resort where the speaker was wired, but I don't need such a small work here. Hotel to enjoy hotel stay. The customer feels like a repeater is quite, a little elegant and noisy, old, gentlemen, ladies 々. It's not a place for noisy young people to go. The food was a long-established hotel, so I chose Western food. There were many reviews that Japanese food was good, but because it is a hotel, the food is elegant and a little on a large plate. It's a little confusing, but the view and hot springs were the best. The main building was about ５ rooms, and there was not much contact with the people around me. On the 1st floor, there was a room on the 2nd floor with only a large atrium with a front desk and sofa, a bath and a dining room. The hot spring seems to work very well with nigori hot water. The skin becomes smooth, but the bathtub is slippery and carefully entered. We procured dinner and breakfast in Odawara, but we warmed it up and ate it leisurely in the room because we could use the microwave in the dining room. There is only one store that can be reached on foot from the inn. There are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby, so if you don't go by car, you must procure food. On a sunny day, you can see Mt. Fuji behind Lake Ashino from the balcony. Unfortunately the weather was the day I stayed, but I could see Lake Ashino and a pleasure boat. The map app takes ４ minutes from the nearest Oishishita bus stop, but it actually takes about 10 minutes. It is safer to use it because you can pick up and drop off at Kojiri and Taogendai. Also, since I climbed the stone steps further from the hotel parking lot, I thought it would be better to avoid those with bad legs and the elderly. The hotel is barefoot walking. I was a little confused that there were no slippers in the toilet in the room.
