"Service was fine, they gave us warm cookies upon arrival and check out. The pool and fitness rooms were clean, and the rooms were tidy, though they were a bit dark from lack of lighting. A couple of things to note: the mattresses were extremely soft (even as someone who prefers soft mattresses), it felt like I was slowly sinking into the floor. The soundproofing is also quite weak, so I would recommend sleeping with earplugs or it may be hard to sleep with guests running around. One more thing to note was that the balcony door was not locked when we checked in. Since we are on the 7th floor it was safe, however next time I would double check just in case, because there are many people visiting the hotel for functions and events."

"Comfortable hotel. It was easy to get to using the public bus from the airport: a stop just a couple of minutes away. Beds comfortable. What I liked was that the coffee maker could be used to heat water so I was able to make tea."

"I stayed at this hotel while visiting Calgary for my son’s tournament. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable. One of the two elevators was under maintenance, but since the building only has five floors, it wasn’t a major inconvenience. The room had a kitchenette with a sink, which was convenient for heating up simple meals in the microwave, and the refrigerator was a good size. However, the bedside lamp and the desk lamp didn’t work, and the outlets near them also seemed to be out of order. I had to unplug the clock to charge my phone. Among the four pillows on the bed, one had a noticeable bleach smell, so I set it aside and used the others — it would have been nicer if they had been rinsed more thoroughly. The staff were friendly and helpful overall, and the ice machine worked well. The hot tub in the pool area was also very enjoyable. Despite a few minor issues, I was satisfied with my stay and would consider staying here again in the future."

"Location is great (about 8 drive to the airport), shuttle service runs every 30 minutes from the hotel. Room was large and relatively clean. The AC wasn’t exactly great, fan runs at all times and can be noisy for some people. Hot water at shower took about 10 minutes to come out when I almost finished my cold shower :( The price was great but I may choose something different in the area for my next overnight layover."

"It’s the best for a person who has overnight layover! Like they are trained for that specifically. Free shuttle bus any time is real! But I couldn’t contact them by email though. Gotta call them, hope they fix that, I emailed a lot prior to my trip too. And the staffs are so kind that it made me feel safe and secure that I will not miss my flight 😌 If you have to leave early for flight before breakfast time. They will give you muffins and apples! The room was so big and nice, I wish I didn’t have the flight to catch so I can keep sleeping in that humungous king bed. There’s an atm at the lobby."

"The two beds were perfect for my friend and me. Having a convenience store nearby was super handy for grabbing snacks or anything we needed in a pinch. We walked to downtown in about 20 minutes, or you could easily take the bus too. My only minor complaint was hearing footsteps and conversations from the upstairs neighbors. But it wasn't too bad, so it was fine. Being on the first floor, it got a little warm at night when we closed all the windows. Other than that, everything was great!"
