"Booked using trip.com app. Third stay at this location. Great location. Good parking. Efficient check-in. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Shower had great power and wall mounted shampoos and washes were a nice touch. Buffet breakfast including various fruit, hot and cold cereals, yogurts, bacon, turkey sausage (and more) was tasty. Service at breakfast by several young ladies was friendly and attentive. We loved speaking to Ruby who is a wonderful ambassador of hospitality for the Inn. Check out was fast and easy. Thank you to all! Will be back soon!"

Deposit of $250 on arrival not returned on departure but apparently will be after a few days. Would not return."

Dropped a suit for dry cleaning on a Tuesday afternoon and front desk never once respected their promise to follow up and confirm it would be ready for my departure. Worse, after the second day, no one seemed aware of what had happened to my dry cleaning. Ended up changing my plans and moving meetings to hope for my garments to make it in time on my day of departure. Luckily it made it, but I ended up paying for a late return of my rental car. I received no apology from anyone at the hotel."
