Barcelonès Apartments

The apartment is centrally located with lots of eateries around. Check in was not communicated properly. No instructions was provided that this is a self check in aptmt. Its different from the pictures where there is a hotel concierge. We arrived late at 10pm and could not enter the main gate. Luckily, the service man came down to clear rubbish and helped us with check in then. The host should have provided clear instructions on check in procedure and pin prior to arrival.

There is only one small lift in the entire building so you have to squeeze and wait. We had large luggages so it was a little difficult to carry up but the front desk was nice and helped us throughout. They don't have a parking place but they collaborate with a carpark nearby so everyday we have to park about 3mins walk away before walking home. They have a washing machine in the apartment and they provide the washing detergents just that you had to pack and throw out your own rubbish. Quite a big space for a family of four because we had a living room too. Overall ok stay but the stairs to our apartment is steep so it was a little difficult for my aged parents everyday.

Excellent location of apartments (metro and supermarket of mercadon in 5 minutes). In the apartments there are all necessary for comfortable life: microwave, induction stove, toaster, coffee machine, lots of dishes, with a stock of toilet paper and paper towels, in the kitchen there is salt and oil, hand towel. The tug with a smooth board and a folding dryer for clothes is also available. The bed linen is perfectly tailored and looked completely new. The towels in the bathroom are fluffy and liked that huge towels were provided for the shower. I would like to thank you for having a couch and a couch in the apartments (though we did not use it), but in other travels would not prevent. The apartments are very clean. During the stay, the maid came once and after it all shone clean. Thank you very much! I recommend accommodation in these apartments! Attention! Be careful. We paid accommodation through the trip.com site and it was indicated that the value included a city tax. But! Two days before the settlement, a letter came to the email requesting to pay the city tax and referring to the payment! Very stressful situation, as it was not possible to pay our bank card.

I stayed at Aparthotel Rambla 108 for five nights, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of La Rambla, making it super convenient to explore all the nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, quickly handling any requests we had. Our one-bedroom apartment was clean and well-equipped, with a kitchen that had everything we needed. There was a faint sound of the train passing by, but it wasn’t bothersome at all. My family and I were thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and central stay in Barcelona.

The apartment was okay, great location, about 15-20 mins walk to Pg. de Gràcia & Plaça de Catalunya. There is no staff at the apartment, the entrance code was received before check-in. There is an elevator for travellers with luggage. The apartment was tidy but some areas were a little dusty. Soundproofing was pretty bad even with the windows closed. There is a welcome pack given with oil, salt, pepper etc. Dishwashing liquid and 1 laundry pod was given as well. There is also dishwashing tablet, even though there's no dishwasher in the apartment. However, there is no kitchen towel. Bathroom amenities were also very minimal for our 4-night stay. Drying rack was also broken. Additionally, there is a security deposit of €300, they only returned it more than a week later after messaging and reminding them. I doubt they will return the deposit if I didn't ask.

I was very satisfied with the location, which offered a glimpse into local life in Barcelona. I had seen some recent negative reviews, so I was a bit worried, but the place was clean and comfortable. With two bedrooms and a living/dining area, there was plenty of space, which was perfect. It just so happened that my stay coincided with the Gràcia Festival, which was a unique experience. The double-glazed windows were surprisingly effective at blocking out noise to a certain extent. The elevator occasionally being out of order and the creaky floors in some areas were minor inconveniences I could overlook.

The hotel is very well located, close to the metro. Everything was really clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The only downside was that there's no one at reception to guide you upon arrival. However, communicating via WhatsApp was very easy and they were responsive. Overall, I would definitely return without any hesitation.

4 mins walk from Train station, great location. Rooms are not as described and the room pictures are not as shown. Booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 people, as the booking details said including 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. However, we'd received a room that was missing 1 single bed, it ended up one of us needed to sleep in the living room on the sofa bed, which is not my initial idea when making this booking, we don't want to sleep in the living room!  As we talked to the receptionist, it was very disappointed that they were not able to make another arrangement for us!  Honestly, I would have booked the 3 bedroom apartment because we don't want to sleep in the living room or on a sofa bed. Due to the incorrect room pictures, booking information and inappropriate arrangements makes this an unsatisfied stay. 

I had a really good stay at this hotel. The place was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything you need for a nice visit. The location is convenient and the staff were polite and helpful whenever I reached out. The only thing to know in advance is that you have to contact the hotel by WhatsApp or email to receive your access code before arriving. I didn’t realize this at first, so I ended up waiting around 40 minutes in the lobby while sorting it out. Once I got the code, everything went smoothly and the stay itself was excellent. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel, it’s a great value and very well maintained. Just make sure to message them ahead of time to get your code and you’ll be set.

Location is pretty far, yet metro goes close. Hard to find exact building cuz chekin is on the other building. Even tho is the same hotel line for the pool you have to pay extra. Furniture quite old, but spacy rooms. Love how hotels says its smart tv when it isnt. In general it wasnt bad but nothing special. Free coffe from machine quite nice.
