The hotel is located within the Biwako Resort area and requires a vehicle. It's a guesthouse, and the staff were very friendly. Since I stayed in a detached house, there was plenty of free parking outside, which was very convenient. The room was very clean and had a private onsen (hot spring bath).

Noisy at night, the sound of crow and tram is louder and not very soundproof The health is great, the house is also very new, very close to the lake The nearest supermarket nearby has to drive for 20 minutes, the convenience store is about 10 minutes drive, and the electric oven is not easy to wash. If you want to barbecue, it feels not very convenient.
