Very good hotel, the service is very careful, learned that we are from China, specially wrote a welcome letter in Chinese, including Quito restaurants, specialty shops and other messages. In addition, don't worry about the hotel in the pedestrian area. The pedestrian area can pass the car at night. We land at 1 am and take a taxi directly to the hotel entrance. You can also call the pick-up and drop-off service through the hotel.

The reason I booked this hotel was because of the superb reviews. I can confirm the accuracy of those reviews. This is a fabulous place to stay. The staff are great. The facilities are exceptional. The restaurant is wonderful and has such a variety of delicious food. The health pool has crystal clear water. My room was much larger than what I'm used to over the last five weeks of traveling. It is easy to get the concierge to book excursions. There are airline check-in machines in the foyer. This is easily the best hotel I have stayed in over the past five weeks and comes with my highest recommendation.

Accommodation is OK, Quito is not developed as a whole, this hotel is still recommended, in the city, the room is more exquisite and clean, business trip is relatively high

Amazing place. I didn't know either Spanish or English but I was covered with so much attention and concern that I didn't feel any problems in communication. The hotel is warm and quiet, homey. I was set up 2 hours earlier. In the room every day was done a wet cleaning. Breakfasts were delicious with natural juice and fresh fruit. In the evening you can eat deliciously at the restaurant. I would like to come back here and feel the attention and care of these people

Staying at the Superstar Hotel in Quito, Ecuador, is definitely one of the wisest choices for this trip! The booked view room exceeded expectations. Open the window to the red-top complex in Quito's old town. The Pitchcha volcano in the distance is looming in the clouds. You can get a flowing natural picture when you open the curtains in the morning. The room is fully equipped, the smart TV can be connected to the mobile phone to cast screen, the details such as a kettle, a mini refrigerator and other details meet the needs of long-distance travel, and the bedding is so soft that people can sleep in the bed, completely offset the fatigue of the plateau travel. The most surprising thing is the hotel's service. The front desk lady is fluent in English, not only quickly checked in, but also took the initiative to send a Quito map, marked the must-see church, market and observation deck with a highlighter, and even carefully reminded the precautions for altitude sickness. Every day when you go out, the door will greet you warmly, and it will be recommended to wear it according to the weather. This feeling of being valued is too warm. The breakfast type is not huge, but it is exquisite. The traditional Ecuadorian breakfast ”Holvijo” (tortilla with cheese and fried eggs) is delicious, with local banana jam, sour and sweet; The passion fruit freshly squeezed juice and blueberry milkshake in the juice bar are solid enough to taste the fruit. When I came back in the evening, the lobby bar also provided free hot cocoa, a drink warmed my heart, and the dark street view outside the window was particularly pleasant. The location is also a plus. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Quito's Old Town (United Nations World Heritage Site). It is very convenient to go to San Francisco Church and Independence Square. There are also 24-hour supermarkets and cost-effective local restaurants nearby. Overall, the superstar hotel draws a perfect end to my trip to Quito with comfortable accommodation, intimate service and convenient location. If you come back to this ”city on the equator” next time, this will definitely be my first choice!

Choosing this hotel for my business trip to Quito was a fantastic decision! The hotel environment truly lives up to its reputation as a garden hotel. The front desk service was excellent and efficient, the restaurant food was superb, the breakfast buffet was plentiful, and there was even a gym. The hotel is located in a safe area near a large park in the city center, where you can also exercise and take walks. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again next time I have the opportunity to visit Quito. Very satisfied! 👍

Good customer service. My single occupancy room wasn't huge, but it was big wrought and had a big windows that could open for fresh air. HOT WATER in the sinks and showers (thank heavens!). The wifi was slow, but it worked well enough. The front desk is 24/7. The location is also good with many shops, restaurants, grocery stores, public transport stops, ATMs, and more around. I'd stay here again.

The hotel is on a one-way street. You have to take a detour every time you enter. It's a bit inconvenient. I don't know why the hotel has no security personnel. The vendors across the road look very unsafe. The lobby doesn't feel very warm. The restaurant's menu doesn't have many varieties. The price is reasonable.

My child and I arrived at the hotel almost 8 o'clock in the evening. The hotel staff was very patient. Due to the language barrier, the staff took the initiative to take out the mobile phone translation. When we left the next day, we called a taxi. The service was in place and the hotel was very clean and safe.

The facilities at this hotel are somewhat outdated, and the decor feels a bit old-fashioned. It would be great to see some modernization in these areas. That said, the view from the upper floors is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay. Additionally, the breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and tasty options. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but upgrading the facilities and decor would significantly improve the stay.
