Affordable. I booked a triple room for $36 per night, but I was actually given a double room. It was clean and hygienic, with a hot shower and breakfast. It was close to the airport and suitable for the first night. It was a quick Uber ride. The boss was very nice. It took more than 30 hours from Cairo to Quito and I couldn't smoke. I asked the boss for a lighter. I took a puff of the cigarette and felt a little dizzy due to the slight altitude sickness in Quito.
