NNikita V.There's everything you need, including an iron, microwave, and cutlery. Conveniently located. Breakfast is excellent, even though you have to walk 30 seconds down the street (they even had tea). There's a water station downstairs. Keep in mind that the room has French-style outlets, so you won't be able to use all adapters. I charged my phone via a wired connection; there was a USB outlet. The bed creaked a little. You can leave your luggage without any problems. A deposit is reserved on your card upon check-in. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I recommend it.

FFubangyangMercure by Accor Group is as good as always. It is definitely the most cost-effective hotel in France. It is located in the center of Rouen, with convenient transportation and life, good facilities and good service. I recommend it to everyone.

GGuest UserThe location is by the river with pleasant scenery. The room was large and comfortable. There are simple kitchen utensils. The breakfast was also very rich. It is about 2 kilometers away from the old town, which is slightly inconvenient.

GGuest UserExcellent location, within a few minutes of the city center. Breakfast is combined with Ibis Budget and Ibis Styles, therefore too busy to provide yourself with a good breakfast. So you often get it wrong.
Room was well equipped with all amenities and on the road side you don't hear any traffic. This makes it a comfortable location.

GGuest UserIt's an old facility, but considering it's in Europe, it's a decent standard. There are many famous tourist attractions near the hotel, so you can get to them all on foot. The parking lot is underground, and you have to pay the parking fee first to get out.

Breakfast is paid 10 euros, I feel worth the price, but I save myself to buy, more comprehensive meals to eat, eat well. There are bread milk yogurt coffee, meat, eggs, fruits, etc., which is quite satisfactory.
