"Pros: 1. New hotel, clean, large bed, decent-sized room. 2. Breakfast was very good – the best I've had in a budget hotel in France. 3. Knowledgeable staff. 4. Large lobby area for sitting, playing pool, and reading. Cons: The only downside is the distance from the center (about 3 km). You can't walk there. If I drive through France again and end up in Normandy, I'd definitely choose this hotel. The price-quality ratio is justified."

"You need to be careful because there are two hotels with very similar names in Rouen, so it's a good idea to double-check which one your reservation is for. At this particular one, we had a hard time finding the parking, as it's accessed through the same parking garage as the shopping center. On the positive side, the parking was open during our stay and we didn't have to pay anything. We also want to highlight the excellent service during check-in; the person who assisted us was very friendly and provided great service. Regarding the location, it's about a 20-minute walk from the cathedral and the historic center. It's perfectly walkable, although the path goes through an area that seemed a bit neglected to us and, especially at night, didn't feel very safe. As for the hotel itself, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. We understand it's a low-cost hotel and our expectations were in line with the price, but it could still be much cleaner. On our floor, there was a huge cobweb right in front of the elevator door; my partner had to duck to avoid it every time we went out. Another negative point is that the rooms don't have any system to combat the heat: neither air conditioning nor even a ceiling fan. In the summer, having at least a fan would be greatly appreciated. The beds were fine, and overall, it can be a decent option for a one-night stay or a very short trip if you're looking for something affordable, but there are several maintenance and cleanliness aspects that should be improved."

"I've stayed at this hotel several times. The location is excellent, the environment is nice, and the rooms are quite large for a European hotel. The breakfast is Western-style, and there are mostly Europeans and Americans staying here. It would be even better if there were a swimming pool."

"Most importantly: security issues! This morning, a strange man entered our room, as if by mistake; we don't know how he opened the door! There are no glasses, kettle, slippers, or napkins in the room. I had a cold and needed hot water for my medication. One staff member was fine; he told me to fill it up from the coffee machine. Then, another night, another staff member rushed up to me and said that water wasn't allowed and that it was only for breakfast. The breakfasts were okay, typical for a small hotel."

"Excellent location, within a few minutes of the city center. Breakfast is combined with Ibis Budget and Ibis Styles, therefore too busy to provide yourself with a good breakfast. So you often get it wrong. Room was well equipped with all amenities and on the road side you don't hear any traffic. This makes it a comfortable location."
