During our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine. 

All facilities are very good, the sanitary environment is very comfortable, the view is very good, and the night view is beautiful. There is a luxurious and colorful shopping mall next to it. The whole hotel is also very luxurious, modern and elegant with gold glittering. The gym is great, and the view is very wide when you get up in the morning to exercise. The swimming pool is also beautiful.

Receptionists are the face of the hotel but they aren’t too friendly and slow Only one receptionist when we check in and out so it took forever for us to check out The coffee in the room is chargeable The room service is reasonable priced Gym and massage is male and female separated Gym isn’t too welcoming many locals walking in and out for hang out or charging It became weird for me to gym at the gym We booked this hotel and thought we could walk to the mall across the hotel But we found no way a pedestrian could access to the mall so you need to call a taxi or uber anyway to get there

I recently stayed at Liora Boutique for one night, and my experience was a mix of positives and negatives. Check-in & Reception: Unfortunately, my arrival experience was disappointing. I arrived at 4:15 PM, when check-in should have been straightforward. The hotel uses a system where the room access code is sent via SMS, but I did not receive it until after 5:00 PM, leaving me waiting unnecessarily. Although I expressed my concern to the receptionist, the situation was greatly improved by the kindness and professionalism of the staff supervisor, an Egyptian lady, who kindly assisted me in accessing my room while I was waiting for the code. Thank you to her for the excellent customer service. Another issue was that the receptionist spent most of the time talking on his mobile phone. In my opinion, guests standing at the reception desk should always receive full attention before personal phone conversations. This is a basic principle of customer service. Room: The room was clean and well-maintained. While I didn’t feel that the flooring design matched the atmosphere of a boutique hotel, the overall décor was pleasant. I also appreciated the coffee machine, the large TV, the comfortable room size, and the well-designed bathroom. Location: The location is one of the hotel’s strengths. It is situated in the northern part of Riyadh and is only about 11 minutes from King Khalid International Airport, which makes it very convenient for travelers. Overall: The hotel has good potential thanks to its clean rooms, convenient location, and some thoughtful in-room amenities. However, the check-in process and front desk service need significant improvement to provide guests with the smooth experience they expect.

Excellent hotel, less than 200 meters from the Blue Line metro station (all attractions are on this line). It's incredibly clean, and the front desk staff are all very polite, patient, and speak excellent English. They also offer complimentary dates and water. A tip for everyone: book all Saudi hotels through Ctrip. I tried booking a hotel in AlUla (another city) via ***********, and the reservation was canceled without any resolution, forcing me to rebook at double the price.

Great hotel, great location, great staff. To be honest the staff were very catering, I even checked out later than I was allowed to which I really appreciate from them and they let me leave my luggage in the hotel when I was leaving for a short while, would definitely recommend.

I originally booked a twin room, but when I arrived at the hotel, I booked a single room. I was so dizzy. Maybe it was because my flight arrived late in the morning and the hotel had exhausted all the two people. It was Ramadan and I couldn't go to the first floor for breakfast. The hotel arranged for packing. Arrived in the room

Rooms were spacious, but there was a close construction site, which was quite noisy. Cannot really recommend the breakfast
