"Fantastic location - lots of nearby restaurants and small grocery stores, and a 7 minute walk to Sulaimaniyah metro station. The hotel was clean and the staff were polite and helpful, though the room was not routinely serviced and only upon request. Despite some of the reviews, I had no issue with the internet connection and used it regularly for browsing and video calls. The main negative aspect is the facilities - the room was very small with no window. There was no prayer mat provided and to be honest hardly enough room to pray in the room anyway (and the hotel's prayer room in the basement was like a very dirty storage room). The bathroom is a wet room, which is fine, but then the hotel should provide a squeegee mop to clear the water. Even all of this can be tolerated for the reasonable room price, but the lack of a desk or even a chair in the room makes it totally unsuitable for business travellers."

"It's a 25-minute taxi ride from the airport. The front desk and staff were very nice, and the breakfast was average but adequate.
The double room lacked a living room, only a set of tables and chairs, making it inconvenient for two people on a business trip to work.
The closet was small, with only four hangers. The women's outfits were too many for two people, and the front desk couldn't provide more hangers.
The WiFi was a bit slow, and the bathroom sink was a bit small.
The most serious problem was that there was construction going on around the hotel when we checked in. Construction in Saudi Arabia usually happens at night, so it was very noisy from night to morning! The hotel's soundproofing wasn't good enough to block out the noise. I couldn't sleep well every night!
If the price was around 400-500, it would be fine.
We booked between 10:10 and 15:00, and the average daily rate of 900 was a bit expensive."

Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. GGuest UserWe had a wonderful time here. The room was great. We were able to walk to some places from here and it was central for taxis/ubers. The room was really nice and they couldn’t have done more to be helpful during our stay. We are a couple hours d times at Dish, the restaurant there for dinner and snacks and it was very good. There’s also a nice cafe, bar (non alcoholic) and workspaces and lounge areas. I used the rooftop pool a few times which was wonderful and there were nice clean changing rooms and sauna. Thank you for the welcome.

We encounter with toilet flush mulfunctional multiple times and need to ask for maintanence to fix it. Other than that,the valet parking was available,for the guest to park their vehicle during the stay.

TTONGThe hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.
