⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un oasis de amabilidad y confort en Mallorca Si estás buscando el lugar perfecto para alojarte en Mallorca, el Hotel Sutimar es un acierto absoluto. Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa de principio a fin, destacando por encima de todo la increíble amabilidad de sus dueños. Te hacen sentir como en casa desde el primer minuto, cuidando cada detalle con una calidez humana que ya no se encuentra fácilmente. El hotel es super confortable y tiene una ubicación estratégica: está cerca de todo. Tienes la playa a un paso y una gran variedad de restaurantes y comercios en los alrededores, lo que hace que todo sea comodísimo. Además, un punto extra muy de agradecer es que cuenta con un parking gratuito a solo 5 minutos a pie, algo salvavidas en la isla. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y cuentan con una terraza fantástica, ideal para relajarse al final del día. Mención especial merece el desayuno: abundante, variado y lleno de productos frescos de primera calidad. Se nota perfectamente que todo está hecho con muchísimo cariño por los propios dueños. Sin duda, un hotel con alma al que estamos deseando volver. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

Too small, the toilet and bathroom are inseparable in the room. It is definitely not recommended for newlyweds or people who are not so open because it has no privacy. The room is also very noisy. Sometimes you will understand what your neighbors say. When the flushing function next door is activated, you will hear the sound of water running down the pipe. These views sometimes disturb our sleep. However, you must stay realistic and say that this hotel is good and worth recommending a three-star hotel. The location is perfect, cleanliness is ok. The staff is very friendly and speaks fluent German. The food is clean but delicious, and the bar meets some beverage requests. As a small highlight, you can highlight the roof terrace with two whirlpools and sauna. The ordinary swimming pool is also very good. We will book the hotel again at any time.

Все було чудово! Персонал привітний! Була проблема з картками від номера-постійно розмагнічувались.

My breakfast was included during my stays and as I told them to pack my breakfast because I leave early morning before their breakfast time starts. They promised me they will give us Sandwiches and other related items whereas they give us some unhealthy and bad condition cookies and wafers. I didn't even check because I trust them. But when I saw this, I was shocked and called the hotel number and they replied they didn't know anything about this. How funny!! I was really disappointed.

I just loveeeeeee everything about this hotel, owner landlady was fab, the guy Ali was awesome and their was another girl who was very tall and slim, mainly do morning shift and at the time of breakfast she was fab too… we enjoyed our stay and without second thought if we come to Mallorca next time going to stay in Cupidor only
