"Customer service was awful. They acted like they didn't want to be there. Not recommended that you hire relatives that don't do well with the public. The rooms smelled. Made reservations and when you get there it's not what pictures say. "

"The hotel smelled like ********* when I got in the lobby to check in. The first room I was out in was not in compliance to what I made my reservation for. Also there was a hole in the wall as of someone was hiding something there. Me and my girlfriend just didn't feel comfortable at all. Very loud. No beverage machines and barely anything to snack on. Pictures were not hung up and the mirror was sitting on the floor. And like and behold my pregnant girlfriend went to the bathroom and there were used needles laying around. So then they switch my room next door and the same hole that was in the wall in the first room was also in the second room. I tried to get a refund but they wouldn't give me one. I must say that I was very displeased."

"This is your basic hotel. Nothing fancy about this place. I had to chuckle at the TV in the room. While the spot for the TV could accommodate a much larger one, the one in my room was only 30”. I sat on the edge of my bed to watch the Monday Night Football game, so I wouldn’t miss anything. The USB plugs by the bed stand didn’t work and there are no power outlets by the desk. I unplugged the coffee maker, off to the side of the desk, so I could charge my computer. Not sure why, but there was a portable dehumidifier in the room that clunked every time it came on. I turned it off before going to bed. Otherwise the room was clean and fresh."

Whenever I arrive my room is always available for immediate check-in, making it a smooth transition for me getting off work. "If youre looking for low budget accommodations you can trust, then this Motel 6 in Beaumont has you covered. No its not the Ritz but thats not what you’re expecting with a low budget hotel. The rooms are clean, free of cockroaches and the front desk staff are excellent.  That’s what you’re expecting and this place delivers. I stay here a lot for work and the rooms are always reliably comfortable."
