Traveling with my parents, we arrived at the hotel in about four or five minutes after exiting the West High-Speed Rail Station. The room was clean and odor-free, and the bedding felt soft, skin-friendly, and comfortable – not scratchy at all. Lying down, I instantly felt all my fatigue melt away. The air conditioning was set at the perfect temperature, neither too hot nor too cold, and the windows provided excellent sound insulation, so we barely heard any traffic noise from outside. After a hot shower, I quickly fell asleep in bed and woke up the next day feeling incredibly refreshed. Such a comfortable stay is truly a rare find! 🛌

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel a lot, this is really great place for travelers, the room were very clean and peaceful, the service provide by the hotel owner was excellent, i recommend this hotel for anybody else who want to stay here as the location is very attractive there. The location is fantastic, super convenient for getting around and shopping. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were very efficient. The staff were gentle and polite, always responding promptly to any requests. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very restful sleep. Toiletries were complete, and both the hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was excellent, and even the hard-to-reach corners were spotlessly clean. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, and the public areas were clean and spacious. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. It's excellent value for money, and my stay was thoroughly enjoyable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

1️⃣ The hardware facilities in the room, such as the bed and TV, were acceptable. However, the bathroom's shower stall was very old, and the drainage system was poorly designed. The shower floor had no slope, so every time I showered, my feet would be submerged in water, and it took a long time for the water to drain. There wasn't a high enough barrier between the shower and the toilet area, so because of the poor drainage, water would overflow from the shower, soaking the entire bathroom. What's the point of a wet/dry separation then? With the whole bathroom covered in water, guests are prone to slipping. This forced us to fold and place a large towel at the shower entrance every time we showered to prevent water from spilling out. 2️⃣ The front desk had significant issues with order inquiries and internal communication. During check-in, it took a long time to look up my reservation on their computer. They kept saying they couldn't find the booking. I'm not sure if it's because I booked through Trip.com rather than their system's 'Ctrip,' but external bookings always take a long time to locate. During check-in, I saw packages for other guests on a nearby table. I asked a male front desk attendant if they could accept a package for me, and he said 'yes,' indicating I just needed to write 'front desk' for delivery. The very next morning, the package arrived, and the courier called me to say the front desk wouldn't accept it. I went down to inquire, and a female front desk attendant said they don't accept packages. I asked why the male attendant yesterday told me they could. She then explained that normally they don't accept packages, but recently, due to many concerts, they make an exception for out-of-town guests, but you must leave your room number information at the front desk beforehand. The male attendant yesterday didn't mention needing to leave any information at all! The internal communication at the front desk was a complete mess. I booked this hotel specifically because of its proximity to the concert venue. Aside from being close to the concert venue, there's really nothing else particularly recommendable about this hotel.

The hotel's overall decor is simple yet elegant. We were given a high-floor room, and there's free parking available. Lillian from the switchboard was incredibly warm, polite, and professional. Check-in at the front desk was very efficient. The surrounding area is convenient for dining and shopping. It offers great value for money, highly recommended, and definitely worth another visit!

The environment is OK, and most importantly, the price/performance ratio is very high. It is convenient to go anywhere, and there is free parking. I will choose this hotel again when I go to a concert next time. I am very satisfied.

Last night, I stayed at Beijing Guangdong Mansion Hotel for the first time🏨 The hotel environment is good, and the location is close to the West Third Ring Road and Capital Normal University, which is convenient for travel. The hotel lobby is clean and tidy, and the front desk staff is considerate, especially Wang Wenjing, Tian Xiaohui, and Ji Ye at the front desk. They responded to our trivial questions and answered them patiently and meticulously, making people feel at home👍When checking out, they also gave hand cream to make customers happy👍 The room is also clean and tidy, and the warm air is turned on in advance, warm and comfortable. Beijing is dry in spring, and there is a humidifier in the room, which is very considerate and practical👍The cleaning staff in the morning and the engineers who helped us check the equipment were also very friendly and patient. Thanks for their thoughtful service, which made our short trip easy and enjoyable🌹🌹🌹

Service: Check-in was super fast, and the staff were gentle and always available if we needed anything. Full marks for service! Environment: Lots of convenient dining options nearby. Hygiene: Pretty clean, even for us with our slight germaphobia. We love staying in new places like this. Facilities: The floor creaks a bit when you walk on it, and the decor is just so-so, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. There were no chairs to eat at, so we had to stand or eat on the bed. I'd suggest adding some chairs.

The decor is a bit dated, not as new as some places, but the facilities in the room are well-maintained. I booked a suite, and the parquet flooring in the living room definitely adds a touch of class. The hotel service was excellent, with polite staff from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping. Even in the cold weather, the doorman diligently helped with opening doors and luggage. Breakfast was good; while not overly extensive, it suited the hotel's positioning. Beijing is very dry, and the hotel thoughtfully provided a humidifier. Since we had a child, they also delivered small slippers and a pillow. Overall, the price during Chinese New Year was well worth it – highly recommended! The main drawback is that it's a bit far from the subway station, probably a 12-13 minute walk, so we mostly took taxis. Also, being on the West Fourth Ring Road makes it a bit out of the way. On a side note, the yogurt from Zigongyuan across the street is quite tasty.

The decoration environment in the public area is very eye-catching. The experience of the room I stayed in was very poor. The facilities were old and hygienic. However, the service was still very good. The front desk was very polite and answered many questions.
