A very disappointing stay. First, the hotel butler called to ask about my arrival time, requesting to add me on WeChat so they could notify me when the room was ready. However, I never received any updates. The front desk was incredibly slow; each person took at least ten minutes to check in. When it was my turn, the male front desk staff member said there were no available rooms. I asked if I could switch to a different floor. He initially said no, then after a while, said yes, but then mumbled something I didn't understand, and then said no again. So, I went upstairs to my friend's room to rest. Once in the room, I messaged the butler to ask when a clean room would be available. The butler said there wasn't one at the moment. I replied that's why I was asking her, and she said she would check. She then informed me that a room was ready, so I went back downstairs to queue again. The female front desk staff member checked me in quickly, but she spoke very loudly, so everyone knew my room number! I then went to the concierge to pick up two packages that had been sent in advance. The concierge told me to wait. I asked how long, and he just said, ”Wait for me a moment.” He didn't give me a specific time. I told him I was in a hurry and asked him to help me find the packages and send them to my room. He said he didn't understand??? I repeated myself twice before he finally said he understood. Finally, I got to my room, 50 minutes after arriving at the hotel! The efficiency was terrible! As soon as I entered the room, I saw a large piece of trash! My mood was completely ruined! Later, the manager sent a welcome gift as an apology, but I have to say, it was a truly bad experience. I stayed for almost a week, and in the later days, I found spiders in the room. I was too tired to bother the hotel and dealt with it myself. On the first day, I had a cold and called for mineral water, thinking I'd ask for a lot at once so I wouldn't have to call again. I wanted 10 bottles, but they said only 6 bottles were allowed per room. That's so stingy! For a family room with typically 3-4 guests, only 6 bottles of water? Even an all-season hotel wouldn't be so cheap. Overall, this stay was quite disappointing. It felt like all the hotel staff were very fatigued.

The room facilities are complete and everything works well. There are plenty of dining options downstairs, and it's only a 5-minute walk to the subway. The front desk service (especially by employee number three) was satisfactory. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shopping areas, so you can easily take care of all your dining and shopping needs. You won't have to worry about transportation at all.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk service was warm and efficient, leading to a great check-in experience. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and everything was delicious. It's great value for money; I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip or vacation. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a really nice location, but it somehow feels old and in the need of a refresh. The biggest issue was that the AC was not working properly in the room: it was working as a fan and not as an air cooler. The staff, however, were really helpful and made sure to help me out by moving me to another (and better!) room. Special thanks to Jeffrey! I would suggest making sure that not only the bedsheets are clean (they were), but also the curtains since they had some suspicious stains.

Honestly, the experience was quite disappointing! Nearly 1000 RMB a night for this hotel felt like poor value. The room was a bit old and had an odd smell, the air didn't feel fresh. What I couldn't stand the most was the construction site drilling outside starting at 6 AM, and the hotel didn't even provide earplugs. There was no bottled water, and they told me to drink from the direct-drinking machine in the bathroom, but they didn't provide disposable cups – most people barely use hotel glasses these days anyway. All in all, I was quite disappointed and won't be staying again. And if you order takeout, you have to go down to the first floor to pick it up yourself. For a hotel costing nearly 1000 RMB per night, this experience was really bad!

The room was very clean, and the view was great. Every staff member was very enthusiastic. It's a hotel with high value for money. It's only a five to six-minute walk from the subway station, making it very convenient to get around.

Overall, it offers good value for money and is very suitable for business travelers.

Excellent! The hotel is newly opened with a great environment. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. Every staff member was incredibly warm and friendly, and they even offered a complimentary breakfast for my child. It's conveniently located right across from the 798 Art Zone, perfect for a stroll. There's also the Railway Museum and Film Museum nearby. Plus, it's relatively close to Capital Airport, so there's no traffic on the way.

I chose Atour for a short layover during my international transfer, and it was absolutely fantastic! The room was cozy and comfortable, and the front desk staff even upgraded my room type and gave me complimentary breakfast. As someone who works out, I often have damp clothes after exercising, and the hotel's laundry room was a lifesaver. It had two washers and two dryers, along with laundry detergent, delicates wash, disinfectant, and even white shoe foam and tissues! After my workout in the evening, the hotel also offered late-night snacks. I had two meat buns, two siu mai, and two bowls of millet porridge – it really warmed my heart. I was on the fourth floor with a very large suitcase, and there was a spiral staircase I needed to navigate. The staff helped me with my luggage both up and down, which was incredibly touching, as I'm used to doing everything myself! As someone who frequently stays at Marriott, Atour has definitely earned a huge boost in my regard!

Superb facilities and kind service, ideal for drivers I recently stayed at the Kun Tai Glory Hotel Beijing and had a highly pleasant experience. The hygiene standards throughout the property are excellent; both the guest rooms and communal spaces were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The facilities are top-notch, featuring a wonderful indoor swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness centre. Furthermore, the staff provided incredibly kind and attentive service, always making an effort to ensure a comfortable stay. The location itself is fair. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest MTR station, which might feel a bit far if you rely solely on trains. However, this hotel is absolutely perfect for drive travellers. The convenient parking and easy road connectivity make it an exceptional base if you are navigating Beijing with your own vehicle.
