Had a fantastic business trip stay here. The room was clean, quiet, and perfect for both work and rest. Mia at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. When I checked in around noon, she even gave me a discount voucher for the lunch buffet on the second floor. The price was great, there was a wide variety of dishes, and overall it was excellent value for money. I had a very pleasant experience and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip.

The hotel's location is excellent, and transportation is very convenient. There are many traditional Beijing restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was comfortable with clean bedding. The breakfast was also delicious, and they even provided fruit upon check-in.

The hotel was beyond the expectations and very convenient. We stayed 5 days and everyday there was room cleaning and new amenities. The hotel was reconstructed in last year so room was very clear and odorless. Breakfast was good. It was a little bit far from a metro station but you can take a bus or taxi or even ride bicycle to get to the metro station so it won't be problem that much. The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Wangjing, with easy access to everything. I arrived quite late, but the front desk staff kindly upgraded my room. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with impeccable hygiene. The soundproofing was also great; I could barely hear any noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms. Considering the price, location, and brand, this hotel offers incredible value for money. I highly recommend staying here. The breakfast had a good variety of freshly cooked dishes, which was a real plus for a warm meal.

Every time I ordered takeout, the robot would quickly deliver the food right to my room door. It was not only convenient but also incredibly efficient. I stayed here for three days straight to prepare for my exams, and I absolutely loved it! The room was very smart; a simple command from Xiaodu (a smart speaker) turned on the heating, TV, and sleep mode. The bathroom, desk, and bed were all the perfect size, ideal for working, and when I got tired, I could relax in bed and enjoy watching TV. The location was also incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, with large shopping malls nearby and plenty of amenities. The front desk staff were especially welcoming; they even brought my luggage and takeout to my room, and greeted me warmly every time I left. The receptionist was also very kind and gentle. 🥰

Special shout-out to the front desk lady who worked on the 21st – she's incredibly honest and kind-hearted, returning lost items. The hotel facilities are all complete, with a wet and dry separation in the bathroom. Front desk service at station 3 was satisfactory. The room is spacious and very comfortable! There are lots of food options downstairs, and I really loved the floor-to-ceiling windows. I'll definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
