Our top hotel picks are based on price, location, and guest reviews to help you find the best stay.
Hygiene: The hygiene was excellent. They even provided alcohol disinfectant and disposable toilet seat covers next to the toilet.
Environment: The environment was also great. The hotel had lovely surroundings and was conveniently located and easy to find.
Service: The service attitude was exceptionally good. Check-in was very quick, and staff would proactively greet us whenever they saw us.
Facilities: The soundproofing was very good, and the blackout curtains were so effective that it felt like early morning even at noon.
The room was pretty good, and the location was convenient. My check-in experience was quite unpleasant, but they did offer compensation afterward, so overall I'm satisfied. I didn't use the gym or pool, but for this price point in Beijing (around 1000 yuan), having those amenities and a spacious room is excellent value for money, especially if you're attending a concert at the Bird's Nest.
This hotel is super convenient with great transportation links. Everything you need is nearby – schools, banks, the subway, and a variety of restaurants. The hotel has many floors and plenty of rooms, including family rooms, and there's an elevator for easy access, catering to all guest needs. The staff are all very professional, and the cleanliness is impeccable. There's also a dedicated restaurant on-site.
The location is absolutely fantastic! It's within the North Third Ring Road, right next to Anzhen Bridge, making it a prime central location. It's just a 5-minute walk to Hepingxiqiao Station on Metro Line 5, and there are multiple bus routes directly accessible. Getting to attractions like the Bird's Nest and Yonghe Temple is super convenient, making it hassle-free for both business trips and tourism. The surrounding area has a full range of dining options, supermarkets, and cinemas – all the amenities you could ask for. Plus, the front desk service was excellent!!!
The lady at the front desk was very welcoming, and the room was spotless. The location is excellent; the front desk staff even helped me find a parking spot. Anzhen Hospital is right across the street, and the subway station is only 100 meters away on foot. The rooms are equipped with smart devices, and the projector comes with a membership already set up. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
Environment: This was my first stay at a Manxin Hotel, and I chose this location. The environment is beautiful, and the surrounding streets are relatively quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. The soundproofing in the rooms is also pretty good. When taking a taxi, you can ask the driver to pull in closer, saving you a few steps – and every step counts in Beijing, haha!
Service: When we entered one of the rooms we'd booked, there was a strong smell of smoke. The hotel quickly swapped us to another room. The hotel's laundry room has a washer-dryer combo, and our clothes came out smelling fresh and ready to wear. They even deliver the clean laundry to your room daily.
Facilities: I didn't get a chance to use the gym – after all, in Beijing, you easily walk over 20,000 steps a day! Oh, and they also have robots that deliver food and takeout, which is super convenient. You need to swipe your card to use the elevator on each floor, which seems like a good security measure, haha. However, if you're traveling with multiple families, it's best to stay on the same floor for easier coordination. Each room only comes with one key card, but you can request an additional one at the front desk if needed.
Hygiene: Overall, the cleanliness from the hotel entrance to the rooms was excellent. Even in the breakfast restaurant, the staff quickly cleared tables. There are plenty of tables, so you won't have trouble finding a spot even during peak breakfast hours.
Overall, my family was very satisfied with our stay at this hotel during our trip. We'll definitely consider Manxin Hotels again on our next visit to Beijing.
Pros: Decent sized room and bed, with plenty of space for luggage. Good shower and bathroom. Modern and clean. Nice shared lounge area and public spaces around the hotel too. Great location near the metro.
Cons: Sound proofing could be improved. Bathroom had a glass wall and door, which the privacy curtains didn't cover - fine for me as a solo traveller, but if you're travelling with others it would be very awkward as you can see literally everything. Also, although I specifically booked a room with a laundry machine, there was no laundry detergent so I had to hand wash my clothes anyway. Similarly, a kettle was provided but no tea etc - these small things are usually provided in other hotels.
I was in Beijing for a few days on a solo business trip. My previous hotel had really disruptive construction noise outside, so I checked into Atour at 2 AM. The front desk staff was very patient and quickly got me checked in. The room was great – clean, tidy, and very cozy. When I was checking out, there were some issues with my invoice (my fault), but the front desk staff diligently helped me sort everything out. Excellent service! Highly recommend! The area is quiet, perfect for a good rest. It's also very convenient for getting around. On my last day, I went to the Summer Palace; the peach blossoms in Beijing were so beautiful! I had a wonderful time. See you next time!
The room is very spacious, and the bathroom is exceptionally large – much bigger than the chain hotel I stayed at last time in Beijing. It's wide, clean, and odorless. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and provide excellent service. There are even security guards on duty, which makes you feel very safe. The pictures show the room after I checked in, but it was spotless before I arrived.
Staying at Mercure Beijing Anzhen was so convenient for the Bird's Nest concert! The location is fantastic, very close to the subway and the stadium. The room is new and smart, and there's a free mini-bar. The service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast was abundant. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm here!

GGuest UserThe staff was amazing. The staff was very nice and helpful, they even helped us with washing our clothes. The design of the rooms are also very nice. The only negative thing was that the room had a bad odour. We were allowed to switch rooms though.
GGuest UserThe front desk upgraded my room, though I'm not sure what specific type it was. The room number was 8222. For reference, this room type goes for 220 RMB when booked directly at the front desk. The room itself was quite clean and spacious, and the toilet was an automatic bidet.
GGuest UserThis stay completely exceeded expectations, from the details to the whole is impeccable. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the subway station, there are many foods around, the front desk check-in is efficient and welcoming, and the luggage stored in advance is also sent to the room intimately. The room is more spacious than the picture, the decoration is simple and atmospheric, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the night is good. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water is sufficient, and the quality of toiletries is excellent. Whether it is a business trip or a tourist holiday, this is a great choice. I will definitely stay again next time!
BBohaiI really liked this hotel. It's close to Gulou and Shichahai, making it convenient for getting around. It's right next to the subway, so it's easy to go anywhere. The service was excellent.
MM332714****The decoration style of this store is very old-fashioned, but the room is very clean and the daily necessities are disposable. The lady at the front desk also helped me upgrade the room type, which is great.
NNawaThe hotel is located in the courtyard of the community. The environment is elegant and quiet. There is a roast duck restaurant at the door. It is very convenient to order takeaways and take taxis. The hotel room is very spacious and the sun is full. The only downside is that there are cockroaches infested. After taking medicine, it has improved slightly. Health needs to be improved. The hotel is suitable for travelers to live, praise!
GGuest UserI came to see the concert alone. I stayed for 4 nights in the first week and felt very good. I stayed for 5 nights in the second week. Mainly from the Olympic Sports 2 stops, and the subway is also very close. There is also a direct bus to the Olympic Sports at the door!
The sanitation of public facilities is very good, and there are independent toilets, showers, sinks, washing machines~ water heaters~ air conditioning in the room, lockers~ very intimate, beds have independent sockets~
The corridor has been brightly lit, and the toilet is not dark at night~
The front desk lady and the little brother help carry the box~ The service is very warm. There are questions and answers, and there are beverage cabinets and toiletries vending machines downstairs~
In short~recommended~~Affordable! Must be highly recommended!
AAnonymous UserHotel 🏨 is strategically located, taxi and subway are very convenient. The front desk and rooms are very welcoming, and the restaurant on the first floor has authentic Lu cuisine. The room layout is reasonable, clean and tidy. Parent-child travel is recommended and feels at home.
MM227896****The infrastructure is complete; the transportation is convenient, close to Anzhen Hospital and Union Hospital, about half an hour walk, about ten minutes by car; the price is close to the people, the front desk is warm and thoughtful, such as spring breeze, the cleaning service staff has a good service attitude and feels warm; The small single room has an elegant environment and a comfortable living. It is the best choice for staying out!
