The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The location is convenient for getting around, and the environment is quiet. It offers great value for money. The rooms are equipped with smart home features, modern, and clean. The front desk service is incredibly attentive. You can control everything in the room by voice, as it's fully integrated with Xiaomi smart devices. You can even open your room door with your phone's Bluetooth – very high-tech! The surrounding area offers convenient dining and transportation, and the hotel, located within a residential complex, is very quiet. This is a completely new type of hotel experience for me, a very modern Japanese-style hotel, and it's excellent. The front desk even upgraded my room for free to a fantastic one with a courtyard. I'm very satisfied.

After staying at Huazhu hotels for so many years, this time I had some bad luck. The TV screen mirroring in my room was broken, and even after reporting it to the front desk, it wasn't fixed. Then, there was a power outage on Saturday morning. They said it would be about ten minutes, but it wasn't fixed even after half an hour, and the elevator was stuck. For an Orange Crystal hotel, paying 500-600 RMB is really expensive; it's just not good value for money anymore.

The room's cleanliness was pretty subpar. When I checked in, the room was really dusty—there was dust in the cabinets and on the shelves by the bed. Other than that, the overall facilities seemed new and decent. However, I have to say, some guests' behavior was really bad; someone was washing their feet in the sink right across from the shower. I think the hotel staff should really intervene and monitor these kinds of things.

Entering the room was a delightful surprise – fresh and abundant welcome fruits had been prepared in advance, a warm and thoughtful detail. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the facilities well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay. Upon check-out, the hotel even thoughtfully presented a lovely little gift, an extra touch that made us feel especially valued. From arrival to departure, there were no oversights; the staff consistently prioritized guests, providing meticulous service. I highly recommend this hotel for both leisure travel and business trips. Both the value for money and the service are outstanding. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and sincerely recommend it to everyone.

The carpet in the hallway was dirty and smelled, needing a good clean and dust removal. The room was only 20 square meters, quite small, with a small window that opened downwards. The bathroom's glass door had large gaps at the top and bottom, not sealing properly, though the extractor fan worked well. The shower had good hot water, and the shampoo and shower gel were nice. The shower walls were made of white stone, which felt cold. There were obvious stains on the toilet floor, indicating a need for renovation. Inside, the walls were fabric-covered, and the latex pillows and mattress were comfortable, leading to a very good night's sleep. The TV was small, and the bed was 1.5 meters, a bit on the smaller side! The bedding fabric was slippery, not pure cotton, and felt very hot!

The hotel is very new overall, the rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, the service is intimate, the experience of staying is very good, and the travel is very comfortable.

The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. For instance, disposable razors were readily available at the front desk upon request, and during check-in, they considerately reminded us about breakfast hours. Our room was immaculately clean, and the restaurant staff were also very friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast offered great flexibility, with an excellent selection of noodle dishes for those who enjoy them. The front desk staff even proactively warned us about a strong wind forecast during check-in, which was a very helpful touch. This first stay left me with a truly positive and memorable impression of the hotel.

The lady at the front desk was really nice and upgraded me to a room with a window. The room was quiet and very clean. It's very close to the Bird's Nest, just two subway stops away, and the subway station itself is super close, just a short walk. Very easy to find.
