Guest UserThe young lady at the front desk during the day was incredibly enthusiastic. My husband and I, two seniors, had two large suitcases, and she helped us carry them downstairs. She even waited with us for our ride-hailing car and helped us load them in. We really can't thank her enough! The location is great; turn right out of the main entrance and there's a delicious Shunde restaurant. The food is fantastic! The hotel's location is truly excellent, though the only drawback is the lack of an elevator.

Very good hotel to stay. Comfortable, clean and big rooms. Water and tea in the room. Room cleaning every day. Tasty breakfast with variety of options. Possible to take coffee in the hotel lobby. 9 minutes walking distance from metro station. Local mini market also located in walking distance.
Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Helped us to make a reservation to national art museum.
Definitely recomend to stay here. 😊

Guest UserI didn't finish my dinner out, so I got a roasted duck to go. That evening, I asked a staff member to put it in the hotel's fridge. The next morning, when checking out early, I asked the staff to retrieve the roasted duck for me. When they brought it back, I noticed the packed duck wasn't cold from the fridge at all. Later, on the train, I was about to eat it but sniffed it first and realized it smelled bad. It was clear that the roasted duck I had asked them to put in the fridge had never actually been put in there. It's hard to imagine, but if I hadn't smelled it before eating, I surely would have gotten sick. Can your staff be trusted? Did they deceive a customer? Please investigate.

XiaoqiyuEvery time I bring my child for an eye check-up, we stay here. This time, we received a complimentary room upgrade to a slightly more spacious room than the standard king room, which gave us more room to move around. The service, as always, was very thoughtful. The pleasant surprise this time was that it coincided with my husband's birthday 🎁. When we returned to the hotel, we even received a birthday cake 🎂! This is the first time in many years that something like this has happened, and we were very happy about it. The facilities are a bit old, especially some of the power outlets 🔌 are loose though.

wkkwongThe room was generally clean and the bedding was comfortable. The heating was a bit too warm for us, coming from the south, which took some getting used to. Breakfast was plentiful and replenished quickly. The location is fantastic, close to many attractions, and the subway is just a few minutes away. The best part was being able to run to Tiananmen Square early in the morning to watch the flag-raising ceremony! We stayed for 6 days and had a great experience. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

Liuliulong. This hotel boasts an excellent location, right in the city center within the second ring road. The subway station is less than fifty meters to the left as you exit the building. Downstairs, there are also plenty of breakfast spots and bubble tea shops. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly, attentive, and thoughtful.

Guest UserSimple hostel room. Due to the lack of window it was very hot in the morning. There were no sunflower cores widely distributed in the room, not very pleasant.

Anonymous UserRoom was unbelievably small. There is no room to even walk around. It is also slightly difficult to find the hotel. When you arrive at the location, you have to enter a restaurant, and behind that restaurant there is a hotel, but not this hotel. This hotel appears once you take the elevator up. Sort of a strange layout to get to the place. However, the location is really good with the metro only a minute walk away. Doesn’t take much time to get to popular places by metro as well. Good for budget and/or solo travellers, wouldn’t really recommend for families.

The staff and the location (is very close to the Beijing railway station) is very nice. I felt the room a little bit cold, even if with AC turned on, and too small for two adults. I would stay again if I were alone.

Guest UserThe room was cleaner and more hygienic than expected, and the facilities inside were very complete. It had an independent shower and toilet, with toiletries and slippers provided, and you could grab more if needed. The front desk lady was also really nice and very helpful to out-of-town tourists. It’s very close to Beijing Railway Station. At the time, I didn't know the exact location, and taxis were quite expensive – mostly unlicensed cabs. Regular taxis wouldn't take us because some thought it was too close, and others were afraid to stop on the street. The courtyard hotel is quite close to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and museums, which is very convenient for sightseeing.
