Hotels in Beijing Railway Station, Beijing

Our ground floor family room comprised two linked areas with a king-size bed in one, and a double bed in the other. It was a bit damp and there was a strange smell, possibly due to the damp. There were no windows in one of the bedrooms and the other one had a window that looked out onto the wall of another building half a metre away. Some of the furniture was fallong apart. Both the adult and child bedrooms had a ”minions” theme which was a little eccentric, and water-stained 1950s wallpaper. I think the rooms in the main block might have been more pleasant, and we were perhaps limited by our requirements - my teenage daughter did not feel comfortable in a separate room on her own. However the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Each room had a huge TV. The staff were, on the whole, friendly and most spoke a little English which I was grateful for. The hotel itself has an interesting history and that made the stay worthwhile on its own. The breakfasts were adequate.

The hotel environment was clean and refreshing overall, with both public areas and guest rooms meticulously maintained and comfortable. The front desk staff provided attentive and thoughtful service. When I requested earplugs upon check-in, they were immediately sent to my room – the response time was incredibly fast. On the day of my check-out, I realized in the afternoon that I had accidentally left my wedding ring in the room. I immediately contacted the hotel, and the front desk promptly coordinated with the housekeeping team to search thoroughly. They successfully helped me recover my valuable jewelry. The entire communication process was highly efficient, and their sense of responsibility was outstanding, giving me a strong sense of security. My stay was incredibly satisfying, and I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is slightly hard to find, but it is clean and has the basic amenities. The aircon works and so do all the plugs. One of the rooms I was in smelt of cigarettes but they moved me when I pointed this out. The towels and toilets tissue is replaced daily. I would stay here again when I'm back in Beijing as it's relatively close to the centre.

The hotel boasts a prime location with a subway station right outside, making transportation incredibly convenient. The facilities are top-notch, and the front desk staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, even giving us a parting gift. We had eight people across four rooms, and the front desk agent helped us arrange them all close together and even provided an upgrade. Every guest was extremely satisfied. The breakfast spread was comprehensive, and they even offered freshly squeezed juice. Overall, our stay was fantastic.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from the start; the reception team was very welcoming and made check-in a breeze. The room was spotless and well-organized, making it very comfortable to stay in. I did have a small issue with the air conditioning controls, and although I couldn't communicate in Chinese, the staff was incredibly helpful—they sent someone up to our room immediately to fix it for us. Regarding the breakfast, the selection wasn't huge, but the quality was good and the service staff were very attentive. The location is in a quiet, peaceful area, which is great for resting. However, keep in mind that it is a bit of a walk to reach the main dining and shopping areas, so plan accordingly. Overall, a great experience!

The young lady at the front desk during the day was incredibly enthusiastic. My husband and I, two seniors, had two large suitcases, and she helped us carry them downstairs. She even waited with us for our ride-hailing car and helped us load them in. We really can't thank her enough! The location is great; turn right out of the main entrance and there's a delicious Shunde restaurant. The food is fantastic! The hotel's location is truly excellent, though the only drawback is the lack of an elevator.

I was very satisfied, it really exceeded my expectations. This hotel was the best part of my trip to Beijing. It offers great value for money, the room was very clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The environment was also good. The front desk lady was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the cleaning staff were also very polite. The hotel also offers free luggage storage and even had a fridge to store my yogurt, which was fantastic! The only downside is that the room was a bit small, but everything else was excellent. If I get the chance to visit Beijing again, I will definitely choose this hotel. Highly recommended!

The room, though small, had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The landlady was very nice. Given Beijing's expensive real estate, it was a great value for money, especially during the holidays. Most importantly, it's super convenient, right next to Beijing Railway Station.

The location is absolutely unbeatable. It's right by Beijing Railway Station – you just exit, take the pedestrian bridge to your left, and turn a corner. It's also very close to the Dongdan campus of Peking Union Medical College Hospital, about a 13 RMB taxi ride. Even though the hotel opened in 2024, the cleanliness has been consistently excellent. The service is very warm and welcoming, and breakfast is served until 9:30 AM.

The room was decent enough, but there were mosquitoes! The front desk service was good. Overall, it was still pretty good! Breakfast was a bit limited; the congee was so-so, the main dishes were average, and the stir-fries were quite bland. The milk and soy milk were watered down.
