The hot spring staff were all very enthusiastic, and my child had a blast all afternoon. Furthermore, I found the food at Taoyuan Bistro quite delicious, with standard hotel pricing and good portion sizes, despite the lower ratings on Dianping. Cons: In terms of facilities, there were no children's bathrobes. The toilet flush was quite loud, clearly audible on both floors. The air conditioning was noisy; even on the lowest fan speed, it was quite strong, and the auto-fan never seemed to reach the set temperature and turn off, which was a bit annoying.
