The hotel was very comfortable and clean. We took a room perfect for only sleeping as we were in the hotel room only for the night. It is well located, near the temple of heaven and not far from the forbidden city and the other places to visit. We had no windows which wasn't bothersome for 4 nights. The staff is very kind. I recommend the hotel if you want to visit beijing!

Atour Hotel always delivers consistent quality, it's clean and hygienic, which is very reassuring. It's about a 15-minute walk to the subway station, which is a bit of a distance, and about a 20-minute walk to Beijing South Railway Station. There are plenty of food options nearby, making it very convenient. If you're concerned about noise from traffic, you can choose a room facing the inner courtyard, which is very quiet.

This is the greatest hotel of all. The location is so convenient. It's 10 minutes away from metro, a big supermarket and a nice little park. There are lots of local restaurants nearby and they're easily accessible. The hotel itself is so clean and nice. The room is perfect and spacious. The beds are super comfortable. The bathroom is superb. I really appreciated the fridge in the room and a nice TV. The staff would come and clean every day. And elft fresh water, too. The whole experience there was so good, I recommend this place to anyone 😊 The photo was made on our last day there - didn't want to leave.

When I had a question about the room later, I called the front desk and they responded swiftly, patiently answered my query, and promptly sent someone to assist. Their demeanor was gentle and patient. The check-out process was simple and fast, with no long waits, and they even offered free luggage storage, which was convenient for my return journey after exploring. The staff were friendly and genuine, not stiff or perfunctory. They really paid attention to the details, proactively helping me book a taxi and reminding me about my high-speed train departure time to avoid any delays. Overall, the service was professional, comprehensive, thoughtful, and meticulous, really easing the fatigue of travel. The room had all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay, and it offered great value for money. For travelers using high-speed trains, the attentive front desk service is a huge plus, making travel hassle-free. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next layover and highly recommend it to anyone needing to catch a train.

The room was surprisingly clean and tidy, with soft, odorless bedding. The bathroom was spotless, with a great wet/dry separation, and also completely odor-free. The attention to detail was evident everywhere, making my stay feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The facilities were excellent too; the high-speed Wi-Fi was perfect for streaming and working without any lag, and the silent air conditioning ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Everything I needed was readily available. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making check-in and check-out quick and efficient. They were also very patient in answering my travel questions, which made me feel right at home.

The hotel is quite new, and the staff are all very enthusiastic. The room size is sufficient, clean, and the facilities are new. However, the装修 materials used are pretty standard; the bathroom walls aren't tiled or stone, but wood, which was unexpected. The bedding is comfortable, and the round table in the room is larger than in most hotels, very practical for working comfortably. Breakfast was decent; the dishes and service felt a bit mechanical, but it was worth the price, and they even gave me one day's breakfast for free. I stayed two nights, and at over 700 per night, it's not cheap; there's room for improvement. There's only one designated elevator for going up and down, which isn't very convenient.

I actually booked for one night initially, and the room, including the bedding and layout, was so comfortable that I extended my stay for another night, even though it meant taking a taxi a bit further out. However, their service, I really don't even know where to begin. One day, I was struggling to get out of the elevator with my suitcase and a lot of other stuff in my hands. I was about to get into another elevator and happened to see a staff member, thinking they might help me, but they just walked right past me without even a glance. Fine, whatever. Then, when I was checking out, they clearly saw me approaching to check out, but one person was looking down at their phone, and the other walked away. I had to call them two or three times before they even acknowledged me. It was the same when I was extending my stay and needed to swipe my card; someone was right there, looked at me, and just didn't come over until I called out. And again at checkout, I checked out before 12 PM. Normally, I send over the invoice details and they issue it, right? Since I travel for work for extended periods, I have many expenses to claim daily. I usually organize my reimbursements and work summaries in the evening. It was 8 PM when I was doing this and realized they hadn't issued the invoice yet. So I called the hotel, and I asked why the invoice hadn't been issued, and what did they say? I was speechless. Later, they messaged me on WeChat saying the finance department had left for the day and couldn't issue it. Ugh.

First of all, I really want to praise the hotel's waiters. The service is particularly in place. For the first time in many years, I saw the front desk clerk in the early morning 3.4 to help the guests wash clothes in the laundry room and deliver them to the room. I really want to give the service staff a big praise. And the waiter will take the initiative to help the guests carry their luggage to the car when they check out. Secondly, the room is really very comfortable and feels at home. The reason for the new opening makes all the facilities brand new. And the corridor is very bright, and there will be no depressing feeling when you walk out of the room at night. This is really valuable. There is no hotel that can make the corridor lighting very sufficient. , Metro Line 8 is nearby, it is very convenient to go to Tiananmen Square, Wangfujing, Nanluoguxiang for half an hour. Next to the hotel is the stationed soldiers of the people, and the sense of security is full.

I stayed for 7 nights in a king room with breakfast included. The hotel had daily housekeeping, and there were no strange odors. After eating breakfast for seven days straight, I found the variety of dishes to be a bit limited, especially the bread, which only had three options and wasn't very good – quite hard and dry. However, the beef noodles were decent. Outside the hotel, there were plenty of bikes available, so you could easily cycle to the subway station whenever you wanted. There's a Daohuacun bakery right outside with delicious pastries, and a fruit stall with tasty peaches. There's also a stall selling sesame flatbreads for 1 yuan each; I tried the savory one and it was good! Plus, there's a great cold noodle (liangpi) shop and Yongshun Fried Chicken nearby.

Booked this hotel to attend a comic con held at the Dahongmen Banquet Hall. This time, the front desk was very considerate; they saw my note requesting a second-floor room and knew I was going to the comic con, so they specifically reserved one for me. That's a huge plus! However, just like my previous stays, the downside is that the Wi-Fi quality is too unstable and frequently disconnects. I really hope the hotel can improve the network quality in the guest rooms. Hopefully, it'll be better next time I visit!
