The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient for transport. The room was neat, clean, and well-lit, with a soft and comfortable bed. The front desk staff were warm and patient, and check-in was efficient. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend it.

I booked this hotel on a whim, thinking I'd just give it a try, but I ended up not wanting to leave! The location is super convenient, with a subway station right downstairs. Even though it's been open for a while, the facilities aren't old at all and are incredibly well-maintained. The front desk service was very thoughtful; I called to ask if I could check in early, and they said yes, but warned me that the room might not be ideal. They suggested I wait a bit longer for a better-located room to be prepared, which was very considerate. The duty manager was also incredibly attentive. The amenities are exceptional: the laundry room has plenty of machines, so you never have to worry about finding an empty one, and there's also a gym and a pool. The elevators are super fast, and every staff member was polite. The hotel restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes at reasonable prices, and they even deliver to your room – perfect for those of us who don't know what to eat, don't want to go out, and don't want takeout. Plus, they even offer late-night snacks! I also have to praise the toiletries; they have that bergamot scent I love. I was so satisfied that I immediately extended my stay! Highly, highly recommend this place!

I chose this downtown hotel for my business trip, and the location was fantastic – right next to the subway station. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they even proactively upgraded me to a high-floor room with a view. The room was clean and tidy, the desk was spacious enough, and the WiFi was stable. Breakfast offered a good mix of Western and Chinese options, and the coffee was decent. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night, but overall, it offered great value for money, and I'd definitely stay here again.

The night view from the high floor was absolutely stunning! When I pulled back the curtains, the whole city was sparkling with lights. I took so many photos, I didn't even want to go to sleep. Nelson at the front desk was super nice during check-in; he specifically arranged a high-floor room for me, saying the night view would be great. The water pressure in the bathroom was fantastic, making for a really refreshing shower. I had a wonderful, relaxing night's sleep. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

It’s a basic hotel that has recently been remodelled. We just wanted a cheap hotel close to the train station and close to the MRT so this ticked all the boxes. The room was spacious, clean and new. Wonderful shower. Only thing that caught me by surprise was our room had no window (it was a painting). But it was fine for the price. Some rooms do have windows, but these would be deluxe.

I was very satisfied with the room size, which was 30 square meters. It had a window, so it didn't feel cramped and was well-ventilated. The two beds were also large (1.3 meters each), which was perfect for traveling with a child; after a day of sightseeing, the whole family could sleep comfortably. The transportation in the area is very convenient, saving a lot of time and effort when visiting the National Museum, National Library, Military Museum, and West Station. There are also many dining options nearby, and they are clean, hygienic, and legitimate establishments. All in all, staying here for two nights during our trip to Beijing with the child was very stress-free.

The service is still great, I've stayed here multiple times. It's conveniently located and safe. However, to be honest, because the hotel is older now, there's an unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom. I suggest they use some air freshener, otherwise, everyone should definitely keep the toilet lid closed at night, or the smell gets quite strong.

The environment is great. It's a new hotel very close to the West Railway Station, which is super convenient. The service and hygiene are also excellent. Front desk staff Leo and Lewis helped me with a late checkout and even gave me some snacks. Really good, highly recommended!

My child went on a study trip by train, and this hotel's location was super convenient for getting around. The inside was lovely, quiet, and spotless. Plus, the parking lot even had charging stations, which was a huge relief for anyone with an electric car! Breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were all really warm and friendly.
