This hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location, right next to the subway station and major shopping areas, making getting around and shopping a breeze. The lobby has a modern yet cozy design, and the staff were very welcoming, making check-in efficient and quick. Our room was clean and comfortable, with soft bedding that ensured a fantastic night's sleep. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the toiletries were plentiful and of good quality. The soundproofing was particularly impressive, providing a very quiet night. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, a mix of Chinese and Western, catering to all tastes. Overall, this was a truly pleasant stay, and I highly recommend it!

The hotel boasts absolutely stunning views right outside the window! It even has its own landscaped gardens with water features and a lawn. The grounds are quiet and incredibly relaxing, and there's a coffee shop right downstairs, making it super convenient. My room was spotless and free of any strange odors, fully equipped with stable hot water, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and responsive. Overall, the environment is peaceful and pleasant, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. Highly recommend! A five-star stay!

I was a bit conflicted when choosing this place:
I saw some reviews mentioning small rooms, poor hygiene, and outdated facilities. However, given that I was traveling with a pet, this hotel offered excellent value for money in this area.
My Stay:
Facilities: The room size was perfect. To my pleasant surprise, the bottled water was JingTain brand, and there were two pillows, catering to different preferences, making for a very comfortable sleep. The mattress was also really comfy. The room's lighting design was very thoughtful – unlike many hotels where the overhead light is directly above your head, here it was placed in the middle, so the light wouldn't shine directly into your eyes when lying in bed (a very considerate design that truly takes the customer's experience into account)! Another detail I appreciated was the charging outlet next to the toilet in the bathroom, which many hotels lack! Moreover, the toilet paper wasn't flimsy; it was a thick, high-quality roll, and incredibly, there were two of them!
Hygiene: Upon entering, the basic cleanliness of the room was very good, more than adequate for a guest's stay! Personally, I don't believe one needs to meticulously inspect every corner and crevice when traveling; after all, I doubt most people's own homes are completely spotless! The floor drain worked perfectly and was clean.
Service: As soon as I got out of the car, a staff member came over to help with parking and asked if I needed assistance with luggage. The two ladies at check-in were also very gentle and enthusiastic, providing superb service. I also overheard them handling a customer complaint over the phone with a very good attitude. I can honestly say that every staff member I encountered during my stay had an excellent attitude, which I believe reflects the brand's philosophy and management.
Issues to note:
1. Around 8:45 AM, housekeeping knocked on my door. When I asked what it was about from inside, they asked if I needed cleaning. I replied that I was checking out today. (The room status should indicate if a guest is extending their stay or checking out. Even if they were cleaning an extended stay, isn't 8 AM a bit too early? I wonder if they knocked on the wrong door, but since they didn't enter and it didn't cause any disturbance, I let it go. Everyone makes mistakes).
2. The 'Xiao Du' smart assistant in the room worked fine at night, but in the morning, it suddenly turned on all the lights and opened the curtains automatically. A moment later, it turned them off again. It was quite startling. I recommend checking this, as it would be terrifying if it suddenly happened in the middle of the night.

Pretty good chain of hotels. The only problem was that on on the second day, they took out the trash but left everything else untouched. Bed was a mess, they left the used teacup from the previous night on the table. Rather surprising as I’d clicked the “make up room” option on the smart monitor. The bathroom would benefit from better cleaning as there were water marks from the previous users of the room. Great amenities nonetheless.

The environment here is great, very clean and quiet. The service is exceptional, and the facilities are complete, which is fantastic. The price is reasonable, and the location is excellent. The front desk staff are very responsible, and there's even a robot that delivers items, which is super cool!

We came to Beijing with our kids for the May Day holiday. As we drove, the convenient parking was a major plus. Metro Line 7 is nearby; it's a bit of a walk, but totally acceptable. Getting around by car or taxi is also very easy from here.
Happy Valley and Universal Studios are not far away. It's also just 3km from Huiduogang Shopping Center, which offers 4 hours of free parking for members, making it super convenient for grabbing food, drinks, and doing some shopping.
Our room was clean and tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

For travellers looking for a genuine review here 😆
Okay so I actually had to sit down and write this because my stay was genuinely impressive haha.
From the check-in moment itself the receptionists were just super responsive and helpful. Had a bunch of questions throughout and every single time someone was right there to help attend to us, which honestly these days isn't always a given.
The room itself was spotless like actually clean clean. You know how sometimes hotels say clean but you still kinda side eye the corners? Not here lol. Housekeeping clearly knows what they're doing cause they even handled our washing and drying and got it back to us quick and perfect.
Okay but the robot?? 😂 This thing delivering our food and parcels to the room was actually so cool idk why but it made the whole experience feel fancy haha. Room service but make it futuristic.
The bed though. The mattress and pillows were something else fr. Had like the best sleep I've had in a while, the kind where you wake up and don't wanna move. Bathroom was super clean too and the toilet bowl being warmed?? Unexpected but honestly I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel.
Anyway yeah if you're scrolling through reviews wondering if it's worth it, it is. Wonderful experience overall.

Overall, I was very satisfied. There's plenty of parking, so you don't have to worry about not finding a spot if you come back late, and it's free for hotel guests, which is great. The only thing I have to complain about is the room key. It kept demagnetizing, and we had to go back to the front desk to reactivate it. I noticed it wasn't just us; other guests had the same problem. Can't the hotel come up with a solution for this?

Overall the place is very comfortable, it's just quite far from the city center. Although taking the Beijing Rail Transit, it only takes 1 hour to the city center. But around the hotel there are many places to eat (not many halal places, there is just a chicken restaurant like KFC behind the hotel) and local supermarkets can find local snacks for souvenirs. It is very easy for those who don't like too crowded atmospheres. The rooms are always cleaned every day and given a drinking bottle every day, the cleaning lady is also very polite. There is a smart robot that can deliver food. If you want to go to Universal Studio Beijing, it is very easy, no need to transit. Sorry, there are no photos of the room because the stay was very short. Especially for Indonesians, don't be afraid to stay here even though there are many local people. Because it is very pleasant 💕😍💕😍💕😍.

TTigerI’ve stayed at this hotel twice, and each time the experience has been wonderful. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful — from the humble security guards to the reception team and cleaners. The rates are very affordable, and the location is convenient with plenty of eateries and grocery stores nearby. If I visit Beijing again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

MM491053****I have to give a shout-out to Li Feng at the Hanting front desk! He was smiling the entire time during check-in, making the process quick and efficient. He even proactively shared recommendations for local food and transportation tips, which were incredibly useful. I had an urgent need to print some documents, and he immediately helped me out, showing patience and professionalism. From check-in to check-out, I felt genuinely cared for. His professional service made me feel right at home. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time, and a big thumbs up for Li Feng's excellent service!

SsintiachibasThe stay there was comfortable, good breakfast. The only negative side was that the reception is not very helpful. We didn’t book the room in advance. When we arrived there and asked if they had available room they said that it was all booked. We opened trip.com and turns out they did have rooms available. So we made the booking online right in front of the hotel and showed them the reservation… they had to give us a room. Other than this, it was good
