The best choice for a high-life experience at the Bird's Nest! It's been almost a year since I last visited, and the room is still well-maintained. The movable magnifying mirror is a great touch! However... the hairdryer still hasn't been replaced. It's still the old, outdated kind, thankfully I brought my own. Also... can't they switch to a softer toilet paper brand? This time, I found the 5100 water to taste really strange and unpleasant. When checking out, I encountered a very slow check-in process for the guests ahead of me. It felt like it took forever. In the end, I wisely decided to just drop off my room key and call the customer service center to check out, which was surprisingly efficient. I suggest the front desk separate check-in and check-out procedures.

My stay here was a delightful surprise! The hotel has a grand and elegant overall style, and the lobby is comfortable and chic. The room was spacious, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, making for an excellent night's sleep. The front desk staff and guest relations team, DALE and ARIA, were professional and attentive, always promptly addressing any needs. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the transportation was also very convenient.
