The room was very spacious and clean. The service attitude was excellent! My only suggestion would be to have a more varied breakfast. Overall, it's a great choice for business trips in the area. 👍

The place is beautiful and owner couple were super helpful! Location was perfect to go anywhere in the Watertown and not too far from the entrance to the Great Wall. Also super near to the square where the drone show is at. Breakfast was great, often being served with local treats for us to try. We stayed with 2 teens, 1 child and 2 adults. My children were upset that we didn’t stay any linger there. If we would to be back, it’s definitely where we’ll be staying! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the Resort. The view of the Great Wall is breathtaking and truly a unique highlight. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of high-quality options, the room is comfortable and well-designed, and the hot spring area is fantastic. Areas for improvement: 1.language barrier: it would be very helpful if front desk staff speaks basic English to assist international travelers. 2. room amenities: for a luxury resort, the mini-fridge was surprisingly empty.

Excellent
Overall, the experience was positive, with several standout features. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and had fresh-smelling rooms. The staff were generally helpful and responsive to our needs, attending to requests promptly when we communicated them clearly. The photographer we used was particularly kind and patient. The location was convenient, with the Badaling Great Wall just a short distance away. Getting a taxi to the airport (about 1 hour 20 minutes away) was also easy. However, there were a few areas for improvement. The limited availability of food and snacks nearby means it’s best to bring your own supplies. While there is a restaurant about 400m away, the quality of food wasn't great. We also found the hotel's assistance with booking excursions to be quite expensive – charging three times the typical price. Finally, while the staff were generally helpful, one front desk employee seemed tired and rather impolite on our last day, sighing audibly when we asked about the pool. This was a minor issue, but could be improved. The pillows were also exceptionally high, which may cause discomfort for people with neck or back problems. Despite these minor drawbacks, I'd recommend this hotel. The cleanliness, convenient location, helpful staff (most of the time!), and proximity to the Badaling Great Wall outweigh the negatives. I would happily return, armed with my own snacks and mindful of the potentially pricey booking services. I'd rate the overall service an 8-10 out of 10. Remember to communicate your needs promptly for best results!

Excellent
The overall stay experience was extremely satisfying, and the hotel impressed me in many aspects of its services and facilities: Comfortable and Thoughtful Basic Experience: The hotel is clean and hygienic overall, with tidy and bright guest rooms. Its prime location offers convenient transportation access to surrounding areas, and the quiet and pleasant environment provides a solid foundation for a great stay. Abundant and Delicious Dining Options: The breakfast on the first floor features a rich variety of items, catering to different taste preferences. The Chenshan Chinese Restaurant on the second floor offers a diverse range of dishes with excellent flavors, making the dining experience delightful. Well-Equipped and Practical Facilities: The meeting rooms on the second floor are fully equipped, ideal for business needs. The tea lounge on the first floor is spacious and comfortable, providing a convenient space for relaxation or small gatherings. April Attentive Service Details: The front desk staff are warm and efficient, the concierge team proactively assists with luggage, and the lobby staff greet guests politely when they meet—all reflecting professional dedication. A special thanks to Manager April, whose butler-style service during the stay was meticulous and caring, significantly enhancing the overall experience. In summary, both the hardware facilities and service quality are commendable, making this a very pleasant stay.

Take your parents to relax before the Spring Festival. It takes just over an hour from the city to the Jingwei Expressway. There are several kilometers of mountain roads. There are not many people in the village. It is very quiet. The B&B is very beautiful. You can take a hot spring bath indoors and outdoors. It is suitable for family travel

The rooms were clean. The staff were friendly and their service was good. It is located outside the attraction and you have to walk a fair bit of distance but it was not too fatlr. They helped us arrange a bigger car to send us to our hotel in the Beijing wangfujing area. My overall experience is very good. Thumb up!

Very Good
We stayed 2 nights and the service was great. They helped us get to the Great Wall, recommended activities for the children and helped us with reservations for the tourist spots back in Beijing City. The staffs Olivier, Kathy, Ella and Coco were so kind to our children and helped them with their Mandarin. The hotel is convenient place if you want to visit the Great Wall and a perfect getaway to enjoy the nature. Many kids facilities including the sports hall where we enjoyed badminton.

Our stay at the Marriott Beijing Changping was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delicious variety of both Western and Asian options that satisfied everyone's tastes. The Kids Club was a hit with our family, providing a fun and engaging space for our children. We also thoroughly enjoyed the hot springs, which were the perfect way to unwind. While there are two restaurants within the hotel, we appreciated the convenience of a mall just across the street, offering even more dining (and a game arcade) options. Overall, our experience was wonderful, and we can't wait to return!
