"Comfortable Stay, but Lobby Needs Better Ventilation I stayed at Savero Style Hotel Bogor and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is well-located in the city, right in front of the main road—very convenient for getting around Bogor. The lobby area is spacious and nicely designed, but unfortunately, it felt quite stuffy. There was no air conditioning running during my visit, and the ventilation could really be improved. It made waiting in the lobby a bit uncomfortable, especially in the Bogor heat. On a positive note, the room was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were just right, and everything felt fresh and tidy. If the hotel could improve the air circulation or keep the air conditioning on in the lobby, it would really enhance the overall guest experience. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay in Bogor for comfort and convenience."

"Overall, the experience of staying at this hotel was quite good. The service was friendly and the staff were polite to guests. However, in some situations, when there was something they didn't understand, their confusion was quite evident, making the information provided less than convincing. Perhaps staff training could be improved in the future. The hotel's facilities are generally complete, clean, and comfortable. The rooms and other facilities are well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. However, there are some specific concerns regarding the rooftop rooms. The bathroom has a separate toilet area and lacks an exhaust fan. Although there is ventilation, the odor from the area is still quite noticeable, making it somewhat uncomfortable. Furthermore, the TV experience experienced occasional issues with the WiFi connection, which often failed to connect to the TV. The WiFi connection for regular use also occasionally experienced interruptions or errors. Another point of concern is the balcony of the rooftop rooms. The balcony lacks any covering, such as curtains or blinds, making it feel quite open. Furthermore, the soundproofing of the rooms is less than optimal, allowing noise from the outdoor field to be heard from inside. Access to the hotel was a bit confusing due to the lack of clear signs or markers in the surrounding area. Furthermore, Google Maps sometimes led to inaccurate directions, leading us to get lost several times before finally finding the hotel. Clearer signs in the surrounding area would have been helpful. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel was generally comfortable. With some improvements to the facilities, internet connectivity, and location, the experience could certainly be much better."

"We loved our stay at the Whiz Prime Pajajaran. Our room (9020) have a great view over Bogor city. Very clean restroom and shower room (seperated). The mattress is to my opinion too hard but it's okay for just two nights. The hotel have a great inviting pool, too bad you can not order drinks or snacks at the pool side. The breakfast room offer Indonesian buffet breakfast. There are bubur ayam, sum sum, nasi goreng, ayam goreng mentega, kwetiau, several kinds of pastries, slices white bread with jam and chocolate paste, water melon and sugar melon to select. Unfortunately the fruit drinks are NOT fresh squeezed fruits but water mixed with concentrated fruit syrup. No fresh milk or yoghurt available. The downside of the buffet is that the flames of the food heaters were put off already at approx. 8:00 o'clock while the restaurant is still open till 10 o'clock. That's why all the warm food selections are cold already while guests still arriving at the restaurant! Please don't put the flames off before closing breakfast time. We decided for this reason only the first morning to have brekfast. Breakfast fee is IDR 100K per person. Overall staff are very helpful and polite. Will return again to Whiz Prime Pajajaran when in Bogor."

I especially enjoyed the breakfast spread — plenty of local and international options, all delicious! 🍳☕ After a morning stroll around the nearby gardens, coming back to the peaceful ambiance of the hotel felt wonderful. The room was super clean, the amenities are superb, the facilities worked well and the staffs are amazingly nice. It’s located in the central of the city and surrounded by a lot of good cafes and coffee shop. The coffee shop in the lobby is a must try! Definitely will come back again."
