QQishi①gewangFirst, the room window is located in the corridor. There was no sign indicating this in the shop, which is a serious discrepancy from the advertised pictures. Additionally, the room was a mahjong room, with a strong smell of smoke. The exhaust fan was constantly running, severely affecting rest. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and the staff lacked initiative in providing service. The room's hardware, all made of solid wood, should be commended. However, compared to a good rest, everything else is extremely poor. A hotel's purpose is to provide a good resting environment; if you can't rest well, everything else is terrible.

OoldrabbitcnVery good hotel, including dry and wet separation double floor towels, standard five-star facilities are very complete, the children's room is very warm and the Lego blocks are all brand new. It seems that there are not many parent-child rooms on weekdays.
After talking about the advantages, there are two very obvious disadvantages, which deserve special attention:
1) The ”free pick-up and drop-off service” indicated by Ctrip was understood by the hotel front desk as ”pick up or drop off, only once”, which is very funny. As the only high-star hotel option within 15 minutes' drive from Yundong Station, high-speed rail transit passengers should also be a large source of customers. It is difficult to get a taxi here because of the vast area and sparse population. How can they come up with a special service of ”only pick up but not drop off”? !
2) At 2:30 in the morning, the room landline rang, and no one spoke after answering it for about ten seconds, and it was hung up; I immediately called the front desk to check what happened, but as of 9 am when I left the hotel, the hotel only said ”after checking the room front desk and other departments, no one called, but I don't know who called.”
This security system has huge loopholes. My family thought there were bad guys scouting the place, so they were afraid to turn off the lights completely and did not sleep well all night. This is very poor service with potential for illegal and criminal activities, which should be taken seriously by the hotel.

GGuest UserThe pillows and mattress were incredibly comfortable, leading to a fantastic night's sleep. The toiletries were also of great quality and very pleasant to use. The staff were always on hand and extremely attentive.

GGuest User房間衞生整潔乾淨，入住舒適，打開窗簾向外望去猶如一幅山水畫，讓人心曠神怡，雖然窗外是車往人來的公路、樓頂上有着高鐵軌道，但是關閉窗户後噪音減少很多，不至於影響入睡（神經衰弱者另計）。美中不足的是：由於關閉窗户，室內顯得悶熱，打開空調衹有幹風出，就是不見冷氣噴射（可能入住客人少，啟動中央空調成本高）。早餐品種雖少，但味道還不錯，與房價對等。

It is located in the mountains, surrounded by clouds and greenery, and the air is full of the fragrance of grass and trees. The architectural design is very artistic, combining ethnic elements with modern simplicity just right, and every corner is very popular. The room has a wide view, and the window is a continuous mountain view. The night is quiet and the insects are left, which is very suitable for relaxing.

The wall-mounted air conditioner was fine; the central air conditioning wasn't as effective at cooling, but the airflow avoided blowing directly on the bed, making it comfortable for sleeping. Because we booked multiple rooms, we wanted the hotel to arrange them together, so we called several times beforehand but no one answered. Upon arrival, this resulted in two room changes, which was inconvenient for everyone. Fortunately, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the hotel manager was very cooperative; thank you all! This hotel is one of the closest to the Da Xiao Jing scenic area, as it includes breakfast.
