The attitude was super good. She also helped us carry the luggage and actively helped us solve the problem. The breakfast was also very rich. 前台工作人員的服務從諮詢到收尾都讓人倍感温暖。我因行程匆忙，隨口向前台提及有幾件臟衣服急需處理，小姐姐立刻耐心詢問衣物材質，確認是否可機洗、是否需要高温烘乾，還細心説明不清洗內衣褲等細節，專業又周到。得知我着急趕路，她主動安排機器人上門取衣，全程不用我多跑一步，還貼心告知大概2-3小時就能洗好，讓我完全不用惦記。
更讓人感動的是服務的細緻程度。酒店用的是專業級洗衣設備，搭配專用洗衣液，洗好的衣物不僅沒有異味，還帶着淡淡的清香，蓬鬆柔軟得像新的一樣 。我的商務襯衫有點皺，前台還主動幫忙熨燙平整，連細節都處理得一絲不苟。最後衣物用乾淨的專用袋子裝好，附上貼心卡片，由機器人準時送回房間，疊放得整整齊齊，儀式感滿滿。前台小姐姐把洗衣這件小事做得既高效又暖心。下次入住一定還選這裏！
