MM444792****The newly opened hotel environment is very good, the focus is on the service, the service is better than the hardware. The front desk received our Miss Wang Dan on the first day. The attitude was super good. She also helped us carry the luggage and actively helped us solve the problem. The breakfast was also very rich. The special emperor porridge in Fengxian County was very good. Next time you come to Feng The county will still live here.

前台工作人員的服務從諮詢到收尾都讓人倍感温暖。我因行程匆忙，隨口向前台提及有幾件臟衣服急需處理，小姐姐立刻耐心詢問衣物材質，確認是否可機洗、是否需要高温烘乾，還細心説明不清洗內衣褲等細節，專業又周到。得知我着急趕路，她主動安排機器人上門取衣，全程不用我多跑一步，還貼心告知大概2-3小時就能洗好，讓我完全不用惦記。
更讓人感動的是服務的細緻程度。酒店用的是專業級洗衣設備，搭配專用洗衣液，洗好的衣物不僅沒有異味，還帶着淡淡的清香，蓬鬆柔軟得像新的一樣 。我的商務襯衫有點皺，前台還主動幫忙熨燙平整，連細節都處理得一絲不苟。最後衣物用乾淨的專用袋子裝好，附上貼心卡片，由機器人準時送回房間，疊放得整整齊齊，儀式感滿滿。前台小姐姐把洗衣這件小事做得既高效又暖心。下次入住一定還選這裏！
