On the return trip, I chose this Hanting just entered the hotel. The staff was warm and thoughtful and patient. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The newly opened hotel room was very clean and tidy. Self-service laundry drying parking was also very convenient. There are many snacks around. Convenient transportation. Very good value. The stay experience adds a surprise to the pleasant journey

Furan位置非常方便，處於老城與新城的中心點，去哪都不遠。對面就是肯德基，聯華和電影院。
家庭房佈局合理，面積非常大，在這裏住了7天，度過了一個愉快的春節假期。
工作人員服務態度蠻好的，出入都有人問候。有需要也及時響應。
未來回鳳台的首選。

The location of the Rafi Hotel is very good, the front desk and service staff are also very good. The room layout is reasonable, the cleanliness is excellent in similar hotels, it is also very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is also very good in similar hotels. Guest User十分標準的漢庭，房間空間還可以，乾淨，酒店工作人員也很熱情認真。停車也方便，地上地下停車場都有。性價比很高，前台小姐姐服務周到，細節到位，非常有耐心。幫助我女兒及時入住，對家人照顧非常周到滿意並感謝。早餐豐富，品種多，特別是那個牛肉湯，美味具有本地特色，推薦！！！

The best hotel in Fengtai, the first choice every time I come, with a high cost performance. I especially recommend the hotel's buffet breakfast, which is very rich. Huainan beef soup and soy products are particularly representative of Huainan culture.
The room was booked through Ctrip. Ctrip confirmed that the room had been upgraded. When checking in, the front desk lady did not agree at first. The upgrade problem was solved through communication. I hope that Ctrip and the merchant can be consistent to avoid affecting the customer experience.

經常出差訂酒店很少給評價，第一次入住就被種草了，首先前台美女很熱情很有禮貌，都給我送到電梯口幫我按好電梯，到房間裏面感覺很乾凈，早餐去餐廳也是感覺服務好，品種也很多，退房還給我送了很實用的小禮品剛好能用的到，出門門口就是公交站直接可以到高鐵站，後院還有一個超大停車場，下次再出差這裏開車來也方便，會常來的

新酒店環境設備還算不錯，但商旅服務和員工技能態度還是很跟不上，比如住別墅區去公共湯池居然連個接駁車沒有，客人得自己迎着寒風走過去，前台的服務也很不專業，一問三不知衹會往管家身上推，尤其是第二天12.00前就必須退房我感覺很不人性化，住大別墅大多數都是三五好友一起，肯定會玩到很晚的，退房也就算了，前台還不到12.00還會打電話催你，毫無任何服務用語，甚至是非常不禮貌，連個稱呼都沒有，上來就一句你到12點要退房啊，我反問現在12.00了嗎？前台也沒有任何致歉，而是再次重複12.00前要退房，無語至極從來沒見過哪裡的前台這個崗位是這樣語氣講話的，給人極度不專業的感覺。整體環境設備搞得不錯，別毀在這些基礎服務上面瞭然後周邊吃的也很少，點外賣也點不到
