DDengfenglaixiI was very satisfied with my stay and came back to this hotel again. There was a girl with glasses at the front desk who was very helpful. I told her I was about to go out because I was doing laundry and didn't have time to dry it, and she said she would come up and dry it for me later. When I returned to the hotel, I found the clothes already hung in the closet – a very thoughtful and considerate gesture. The room was also very clean and tidy. I've stayed in many hotels, but this one left a deep impression because I usually pay attention to the sinks, and this one was exceptionally clean. Eating and accommodation are very convenient. There's a restaurant called Lao Lü Ma Yu Mei next door; I ate there last night, and it was really good! The lobby is also bright and spacious, perfect for taking photos and checking in on social media. So, I highly recommend this hotel!

CChak Wai Michael Ngan1) Because we need to arrive at the hotel at night to worship our ancestors, we called in advance to ensure that there was a room. The waiter was very polite and helped us ensure that the room was reserved.
2) If you forget your room card when you go out at night, the waiter will issue you an extra room card after verifying your identity
3) If there are any items left behind when checking out, we will do our best to help you retrieve them
4) The room is very clean, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, everything is great

GGuest UserThe rooms are spacious and clean, and the Chinese furniture is very beautiful. There is a parking lot, a wardrobe, and air conditioning in the whole house. It looks like an old-fashioned hotel with thick carpets and a musty smell in the wet weather. Removing the carpet will give the hotel extra points. The service was warm and gave us two more bottles of water.

GGuest UserBooked two rooms, not on the road, originally thought it would be very quiet. I don't know why, there have been people running around in the middle of the night, and there are people walking around in high heels, moving tables and chairs, very noisy. The bathroom is filled with a smell.
Parking is convenient, it is free, and the reception service is good. Breakfast is good.

AAnonymous UserI called ahead to the hotel to request a room further from the elevator, and their service was excellent. Despite the hotel facing the street, we weren't disturbed by noise at night, except for the ***** New Year firecrackers :). Even our dog slept soundly and didn't bark, which was a welcome change. Breakfast was quite basic. The parking lot is conveniently located right behind the hotel. The only minor inconvenience is that you need to drive about 15 kilometers to find restaurants, but it wasn't a big deal for us. We even managed to grab a late-night snack after checking in :)

GGuest UserI don't usually comment, but I'm from Chaoshan and I come here because of its reputation. I upgraded the room type and lived in the parent-child loft. The environment and facilities are very good (it would be better if there was an air conditioner in the children's loft in summer and children's toothbrushes were provided). The entire camp, the rooms and the lake are very beautiful. The children played football and threw darts. The barbecue dinner atmosphere and ingredients are good. The open-air karaoke is also great. You can also fish around. Another impressive thing is that the staff's service attitude is very good, almost responsive. While waiting to check in, they took the initiative to provide toys for the children, and even tried their best to help me when my computer could not connect to the Internet. It would be better if there were more recreational facilities around. It is more suitable for retreat at present. However, Luyue Island has just started, and I believe it will get better and better.
