GGuest UserThe hotel has a good location and good environment and facilities. It is convenient to go out for sightseeing and tasting delicious food. Across the street are the internet-famous snack shops Yang Aizhen and Wang Agai, as well as the Longyou Steamed Cake Street. The service in particular deserves three praises. When I checked in at the hotel during the National Day holiday, there was no meal when I made the reservation, so I asked the front desk about the nearby breakfast shop. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and introduced it and directly delivered four breakfasts, which deserves the first praise. After dinner in the evening, I took a walk around the Da Nanmen Historical and Cultural District and returned to the hotel. As I was tired from driving, I planned to rest early. However, the TV in the next room was quite loud, so I asked the hotel front desk to help convey my request to lower the volume or turn off the TV. Soon the TV volume turned down and then turned off after a while. There was no sound all night (I learned the next day that it was an elderly guest who was not sensitive to sound and it was unintentional. Thank you for his or her understanding). This is the second like. The next day, when we were about to leave the hotel after having dinner there, a gentleman manager prepared two whole pieces of homemade steamed cakes for us, to apologize and compensate for the TV noise issue last night. It was really flattering and this is the third thumbs up. We are very touched by the hotel's timely response to guests' needs and its sincere attitude of not being perfunctory or shirking responsibilities. We hope that the hotel will continue to maintain this kind of service and improve the sound insulation of the rooms as much as possible. I wish the hotel business is prosperous and good people are blessed!

GGuest UserThe homestay is super close to the Longyou Grottoes Scenic Area, about 5 minutes walk, super convenient to play, saving the trouble of running back and forth. We booked the LOFT room on the upper and lower floors. The boss also took us to visit the single-family suite. The privacy is excellent, the most pleasant surprise is to bring a clear private pool! If you soak in the water in the evening to see the stars, it is estimated that it is also good haha
The service is also very intimate, breakfast is delivered directly to the room, the variety is rich and delicious, you don't have to get up early to go to the restaurant, and start the day slowly. When it comes to the restaurant, you must praise his dishes, authentic local flavor, fresh chicken soup, fresh eyebrows, stream fish is also done, every meal is very satisfying.
At 7 o'clock in the evening, the landscape area in the center of the hotel staged a music fountain show on time. The water curtain changed with the lights and music, which was very dreamy and added a lot of romantic atmosphere to the night. From location, facilities, catering to services, they are far beyond expectations. It is definitely the first choice for Longyou accommodation. I will stay here next time! GGuest UserA family of four passed by Longyou. I was petted by this hotel for two days. On the first day, I was amazed. Our children want to play. The front desk actually let the security guard open the huge indoor basketball court. Let us play happily. Sent us two tickets for rock climbing. Coach was great and free for high-altitude exploration. The wooden pillars are huge.
Breakfast on the second day. The breakfast aunt is very enthusiastic. I am afraid that I have not taken care of us. We have been very strange. How can the service of this hotel be so good? We have been feeling. Thank you very much. Later, I saw the photos on their walls. It turned out that this hotel has received many government leaders. There are also pianists Lang Lang.
