Uuser1912非常非常乾淨，因為提早抵達民宿，還沒整理完，不過說可以先讓我們放行李，走進客廳時工作人員正在拖地，放好食物和行李要離開時，聽到其中一位和另一位小聲地說再拖一次（地板），很讚美他的細心。寵物友善的部分也十分讓人讚許，會收300元的寵物清潔費用，可以在屋子裡自由跑跑跳跳。

We’re a family of four with two young kids (ages 4 and 8), and we had a wonderful stay here. The service from the staff was truly excellent. We ordered breakfast for two mornings but needed to leave before 9am—yet the team kindly made alternative arrangements for us without any hesitation, which we really appreciated. The breakfast itself was cafe-standard and really enjoyable. The room was thoughtfully equipped, and we especially loved the hot air blower in the bathroom. It helped keep the kids warm after their showers, which was such a considerate touch. Although there’s no lift to Level 3, the staff took the initiative to help us with our luggage, making everything hassle-free. We also enjoyed a lovely view overlooking Miaoli, and the sunset from our room was beautiful. The space felt cosy, comfortable, and perfect for families. We’d definitely love to return the next time we’re in Miaoli!

Outstanding
This guesthouse is perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle. With a beautiful stream right next door, it's ideal for enjoying water activities and barbecuing (you can bring your own BBQ gear). The scenery is absolutely stunning. The hostess is incredibly warm and thoughtful! I highly recommend visiting this guesthouse.

The check in time at 8pm is little bit late. There is no standalone door for toilet, and see through from sofa area 10mins walk to MOS burger for breakfast there is steam for shower room. the place is clean and service is good.

My family were greeted with warming hospitality during our 3 days stay. Not the best location for accessibility and any shopping for necessities are recommended to purchase before staying in the hotel. Breakfast that were catered is fresh.

Good location. Short drive to the Miaoli Train station. Tip. Miaoli Train station has a ”Cat Play Room” if you like cats.

Beautiful place with nice restaurants, cafes, gardens and DIY activities. We had enjoyable and interesting DIY experience doing the Indigo dyeing. Teacher are very patient. Each cottage is unique and the stay was very comfortable. Restaurants serves delicious vegetarian hot pot. Desserts at the cafe was pretty and yummy.

The environment is great, the service is very good and patient, and they are willing to accompany guests and wait for guests even when it is very late. The room was huge and so was the bathroom. You can pick strawberries nearby, but unfortunately it rained so we didn't go. . The cat in the shop seems a bit fierce, so I don't dare to approach it.

The best hot spring hotel in Taiwan! Definitely guarantee! Actually after visited slightly more then 50 hot spring hotels in the whole Taiwan, Sunrise Spring Hotel is probably the most underrated hotel, cause it has the best water in Taiwan, amazing sauna, beautiful location views, friendly staff, nice and clean rooms with very comfortable price! Wish them good luck and successful business!
