AAnonymous UserThis hotel is ideal. Newly opened, less than four months. The decoration color is simple and white, very stylish. There are carpets in the corridor, and someone walking outside the door does not affect sleep. The robot delivers takeaways, and the room card can only take the elevator to the living floor, which is safe. Environmental facilities are clean and the staff is good. Breakfast is also rich, I like the tender bean curd the most. I will choose to live here in the future.

GGuest UserI came to Qihe on a business trip and saw Xi'an Hotel. It was amazing. Whether it was service or health, it was five-star praise. The transportation was convenient and the parking was very convenient. The self-service laundry room was too friendly to our business people. The breakfast category was also richer. It was highly recommended.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and my child loved the room.
Since we're back in Dezhou, we naturally chose the Poly Yueya Hotel again!!!

GGuest UserI came to Qihe for a business trip and found this hotel by chance. The entrance hall was very fragrant. The beauty at the front desk was very warm. Every time I went out, I would take the initiative to say hello. It was very warm and very good. The room was quite big, the smart toilet, the hygiene was very clean, and there was a laundry room and dryer. It is very suitable for our business trip crowd! Full score, I will stay here on business trips in the future!

GGuest UserWe changed our schedule temporarily and came here because the hot spring hotel was out of rooms. We were given yogurt and small bread when we checked in. The front desk spoke a little stiffly when we checked in. We were a family of three and my grandmother and booked two standard rooms. The front desk kept asking how many people were staying there and emphasized that everyone had to register. We suspected that there were other people... The child accidentally dropped the toothbrush cup, so we specifically told the front desk about it when we checked out. The front desk immediately asked on the intercom to check the room... They didn't directly mention compensation, and ignored us, as if they had to check to see if there was anything else, which made us feel uncomfortable... But a manager came right away and said that it was not necessary, and gave the child a lollipop, which made us feel much better. The breakfast was not bad, but I suggested that the rice could be heated up a little more and the bread slices should be served with butter. Overall it was good and it was convenient to go to Europa Castle.

The ancient architecture blends seamlessly with the garden scenery; opening the window reveals pavilions, terraces, and a picturesque lake. The room was elegant and comfortable, with warm and thoughtful solid wood furniture and convenient, practical smart amenities. The service was attentive, and at night, we could enjoy the dazzling night view of Hualin Garden, immersing ourselves in Oriental elegance. It was a delightful and memorable stay. The hotel's proximity to the scenic area was very convenient. I'll definitely bring my elders here for another experience next time.

ZZiboFamilyVery clean. Staff were nice. The only pool that had water was the ~1.5m pool, but it’s location was perfect (shaded) for afternoon swims. Pool has floodlights to allow for night swimming, as well, which is nice. Kids enjoyed the indoor children’s soft play area. Location is pretty far from major urban areas, but this is to be expected for a country club; there are shops within walking distance to purchase food / snacks (also a shop inside the hotel). Rooms were clean, nice balcony. Our family had a nice time.
