I took my family back to my hometown for the New Year and passed by Shanshan County. I was really tired, so I chose Letu Hotel to stay for one night. The hotel is newly opened. The location is not close to the main street and is very quiet. The room is very big and the family is very satisfied with the stay! Facilities: The facilities are complete. There are charging stations, which makes it very convenient to charge my car. There are also small robots, which makes the children happy. Hygiene: The room is clean and the cleaning ladies are very friendly. They will deliver anything you need in time! Environment: The surrounding environment is very good, eating is very convenient, and there is a supermarket! The food at the Jumping Chicken restaurant in front of the hotel is delicious 😋! Service: The front desk staff is very enthusiastic, very satisfied, especially satisfied! The room is so well lit, very satisfied!

We booked on short notice ten minutes before arrival and were absolutely surprised. Despite the language barrier the team of receptionists went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, spotlessly clean and have all the amenities one needs for a pleasant stay, and more. We slept very well in the new, comfortable beds. The bathroom itself is bigger than some hotel rooms elsewhere. The real highlight though was the complimentary breakfast we, were offered. Plenty of great food to choose from, coffee and tea. Upon checkout we could store our luggage for free until our train departed. All in all, great value for money and we'd definitely stay again.

One of the best comfy bed where I slept. Staff at the reception are very kind helpful and polite! Be sure to try the buffet breakfast downstairs...it's delicious! I definitely recommend this place.

The hotel's services are comprehensive and timely, and the pick-up and check-in procedures are perfect. The cost-effectiveness is very high. The room arrangements are relatively exquisite, exuding elegance and new Chinese taste. The room is spacious and bright, and the windows are almost floor-to-ceiling windows, with good viewing effects. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, soft bedding, and suitable temperature. It is a warm, comfortable and relaxing home away from home. The breakfast is rich and delicious, especially the beautiful lady at the front desk, who is warm and kind, dedicated and professional. I will also join the hotel's repeat customer team in the future. I recommend it to everyone

Very nice hotel. The room is clean and very spacious. I was able to open the windows and store my bicycle at a safe place. The staff doesn't speak English, but they know how to use the translation app and are very kind. One downside is, that the advertised breakfast buffet is no longer available.

The navigation location is the winery visitor center. There are charging piles, but the charging price of 1.2 yuan a day is a bit expensive. There is a restaurant inside, which is delicious and affordable. The front desk of the hotel is very considerate, the room is spacious, the mattress is relatively soft, and it is quiet. You can visit the winery in the hotel, which is quite interesting. The bathroom has a bit of a peculiar smell, so it's best to block the drain when sleeping.

Great stay. Very warm welcome by Reception staff. Mgr Vicky, english-spoken, was excellent in helping for a quick tour by taxi to nearby Bezeklik buddha mountains and the Tuqu village. Noodle soup station is good for breakfast. Hotel installations are top.
