Hotels with Breakfast in Shanshan

We stopped at this newly opened hotel while exploring the Shanshan desert. The room was very clean, the receptionist, Guli, was very welcoming, and there was free parking available. Although it was a short stay, the experience was excellent. Very satisfied! 👍

After we encountered a bad experience with a desert glamping resort in Dunhuang, we were a bit cautious with Dune when we booked it. However, after I communicated with the manager in Dune via WeChat, I was more confident as he was very polite and helpful. He helped us to booked a transfer from Turpan Airport to Dune resort. As our flight arrived Turpan in the evening, it was late when we arrived at Dune. The manager and another staff came to the entrance of the driveway to welcome us and helped us with our luggage. They took us straight to our tent, and they upgraded us to a bigger tent, too. We woke up to this beautiful Kumtag Desert Sand dunes, right in front of our tent! It was so beautiful. As the off peak season started, we were the only guests there but the staff were serving us with delicious breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious and plentiful! The manager and staff were very attentive to our requests. One of the staff has helped us to arrange a local guide/driver to take us to the Kumtag desert for an exciting ATV ride and sand sliding. We had a great time. We ended up hiring the same guide, a pleasant and calm Uygur young guy to take us for some sightseeing and dropped us back to Turpan. I would say to anyone who is looking for a real desert glamping, please come to Dune in Shahshan near Turpan instead of Dunhuang.

The environment is superb, clean and tidy, and easy to find. The host is warm and thoughtful, and the facilities are complete. It's comfortable and reassuring to stay here, offering great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The hotel's newly replaced carpet gives people a brand new feeling and is very comfortable. The front desk service is as warm, thoughtful and professional as always. My friends and I like living here very much. The hotel also has a free laundry room and gym. It is worth staying for friends who are on business trips. The hotel is located in the center of the county town, which is very convenient for travel.

Playing in the Grape Valley and the Fire Mountain, I had too much fun, forgot the time, I was too tired and didn’t want to hurry. I just found a hotel in the nearest Shanshan County. In fact, I didn’t report much hope for the hotel. I thought that the price was not expensive. Who knows, after arriving at the hotel, the front desk lady is very good. Asked if we had children, we arranged a very large room for us. My daughter said that this is the largest room we have stayed in during this time, and the room is very clean and bright. If you have the opportunity to come to Xinjiang next time, you will choose to live here.

How should I put it? This hotel is the best hotel I have ever encountered in this price range, no doubt about it. Moreover, the children like the hotel's breakfast very much. They want to eat more even if they are full. It really helps me solve the problem of children's meals 😂😂😂 The free pick-up service is very friendly to people like us who travel independently, and the manager is very gentle.

This is one of the best hotel I staied in China. Very good location, lovely staff, room is super clean and comfortable. Once again, trip.com customer service has been amazing helped me with issue with a previous reservation and they have been able to relocate us to this hotel instead. We felt so glad to have the opportunity to come here instead. Very high recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the desert, just a few minutes by taxi. The biggest plus was the complimentary hotel shuttle service, a thoughtful detail that made a real difference. If you're visiting Shanshan, this is definitely the place to choose!
