該酒店一直是我們首選的常住酒店，但是也就是在這次的體驗感真的讓我感到失望，一直以來我入住當天都是開具當天的發票，不管多晚之前客服人員都能給我開具，但是在昨天晚上我十點多鐘到酒店辦理入住，提起需要開具當天日期的發票時，前台客服人員以財務下班為由拒絕給我開具，並口頭説第二天退房後中午十一點半到十二點這個時間給我開具，因為我本人公司管理制度嚴格緣故，我本人和我公司做了一下解釋！第二天早上我八點多退的房，發票訊息也發給了酒店微信，但是直到下午兩點發票都沒有給我開出，後來再次催促在兩點半，發票才開具給我！咱們酒店前台工作人員的更換正常，但是咱們酒店的服務質量不能下降啊！説到什麼時間開票就什麼時間開票，還需要等客户來催你嗎？希望酒店方加強工作人員服務意識的培訓，對客户特別需要開具當天日期發票的情況也做好完善工作，變通才能彰顯人性化的服務！本次體驗我衹能給出差評，該酒店在我們公司這裏拉黑
